The store is extremely well kept. I love the clothes they have + they range from every size you'd need for both clothes and shoes. The prices are great as well. My kids love the toys there too. Scam vibes! If you choose to drop off items for appraisal, versus waiting in the store, you CAN'T decline the offer. I think that's suspicious. You get a low ball offer because they know you can't dispute it. While I understand, I have the choice to sell to them or not, what I think is very convenient is this information is not listed on their website. Good selections of children's clothing, and organized well! The sizing is clearly indicated on the aisles, so I didn't have any trouble finding appropriate clothing. There are pretty bows and TY stuffies near the front as well as swimsuits and life jackets. The baby equipment is stored at the very top of the shelves so you need to ask for assist me getting them down. When I visited, they were having their semi-annual sale! My star deduction? So, we arrived half an hour early and were waiting by the door which is not an issue. The issue, though, is while we were shopping one of the associates was slamming baskets loudly (scared my baby in my arms and my daughter, we all jumped!) and speaking in a rude manner to her coworkers. I tried to tune out her conversation, but it was hard NOT to hear what she was saying and it wasn't very nice. However, the lady that checked us out was super friendly! There were three ladies working when we stopped by. It was just a buzzkill to have to hear the negativity throughout the store while we were trying to browse. Hopefully she will read this and realize she's not as quiet as she may think, the whole store can hear. By the way, they are NOT buying any clothes less than 18 months at the moment. In fact, they had bins of $1 clearance at the front with tons of 0-3 months. read more

The next time I came which was today 2-3 weeks later cause I haven't been able to come before 5pm... and they denied me again at 5 on the dot not a minute after and I explained I haven't had the chance to come. I brought in a bag a clothes and 3 pairs of winter boots, 2 pairs of sandals, and 3 pairs of tennis shoes and all they gave me was 10 dollars. I chose to do drop and come collect cash latter since my husband didn't want to wait in the store . When I got the text that they were only giving me 10 dollars I called to ask what they purchased. The girl on the phone asked the seller and they said they were only able to buy 7 pieces of clothing so I was like okay I guess that's fair . When I picked up items all the shoes and boots were out of the bag I didn't get them back . Boots were almost brand new my daughter just wore them a few times , tennis shoes were in perfect condition and some were brand name shoes . When I browse around some of the shoes they were selling were 15 dollars or more and they looked worn out. I gave them 8 pairs of shoes and they still took some of the clothes. It's my first time selling to any store like this and my last. All to save the trouble of putting up a yard sale since I don't have a yard. You can definitely find cheaper and better items at yard sales and make more for your items . Definitely don't recommend. read more

Never have I ever had such a horrible customer service experience. My sister and I met at the Kid to Kid in Keller and they said we couldn't both sell in one day because we are from the same household. We don't live together, we didn't drive there together- literally didn't make any sense. I was so confused and the manager and workers were so rude and not helpful in any way. They just kept saying it was their policy and they wouldn't help us. I will never go here again and I will warn anyone I know thinking of going. read more

Sold a bunch of my sons old clothes after our garage sale was a flop. I had priced them at $1 each for the garage sale and that's basically what I ended up getting selling them here, so I was pretty happy. They will also donate any clothes they aren't purchasing, which saves me the trip. They offer about $3 more store credit, if you choose that over the cash. As for the clothes, and toys and such that they sell/resell I felt some were good deals and some weren't. I did find a Calico Critters dollhouse I was looking for, with accessories for about $20..which is the cheapest I've ever found one for. read more

Literally called 4 hours ago and was told "we'd be happy to take Costumes anytime!" (I asked because I though they'd be wanting to wait until closer to Halloween.) So I loaded everything up with my three children, drove over here, unloaded three kids and a box and two bags of Costumes from the car in heat over 100 degrees... to be "greeted" by a store clerk saying "oh, we don't have room for any of those costumes. We only have one small endcap for them and it's full." She didn't even look through the items!!! Would not come back to this location!!! read more
