As first timers we had a couple questions so after 15 mins of standing there, my wife tells one of the ladies that she had a few questions before deciding to cut our daughters hair there... she just looked at my wife and told her to take a seat and wait......... no questions were answered and they didn't seem to mind that we left, especially with the gestures that they made as we walked out!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Only gave it 1 star to write this review because if I could I'd give it zero star. Never Again!!! Wow I'm surprised that places like this are still up and running. How do customers tolerate this treatment from businesses?! Shameful.

The facial room was not decorated for children and full of equipment which scared the girls. At the entrance of the facial room , there were jars of chocolate, the girls were not offered not one chocolate or even water the whole time they were there. You can see in the pics as well.
