First and last time we come here. Didn't even get to cut my daughters hair. Upon entering, the ladies look at my wife and I and didn't even greet or acknowledge the fact there we were there. As first timers we had a couple questions so after 15 mins of standing there, my wife tells one of the ladies that she had a few questions before deciding to cut our daughters hair there... she just looked at my wife and told her to take a seat and wait......... no questions were answered and they didn't seem to mind that we left, especially with the gestures that they made as we walked out!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Only gave it 1 star to write this review because if I could I'd give it zero star. Never Again!!! Wow I'm surprised that places like this are still up and running. How do customers tolerate this treatment from businesses?! Shameful. read more

Loved this place. Very sweet ladies who do the haircuts they take the time with all the children and very accommodating to children who are alike my son who just don't sit still. It's sweet they offer lollipops to children afterwards. read more

My nephew got his hair cut by Caridad. The haircut came out fine, but she refused to cut his hair unless I showed him videos on my phone. My nephew is only 2 and we don't allow him to use the cellphone, but she refused to cut his hair otherwise, so we gave in and did it. My nephew was calm the whole time, he was not unruly, and the phone was unnecessary. I put the phone for him for a few seconds so she could start the haircut and then took the phone away. Ridiculous that they force customers to do this. The whole reason I brought him here is because they specialize in kids haircuts. Might as well take him anywhere if they force the cellphone to do their job for them. I will not be coming back here. read more

We came here around 10:15 on a Sunday morning. I had called in camino, and they answered, and told them my son was in desperate need for a haircut. We got there, and the place looked closed. The door opened, but there was NO ONE inside. I called out hello, but left one foot outside the door, because I have seen too many scary movies, and this felt like a scene in one (kinda dark with clowns, and such). A lady came out of the back maybe about a minute later. I told her in English - that I was the one who called. And she just smiled and nodded. Ok - Spanish it is I guess. She told me to pick a chair... Now every chair - is some kind of transportation (super cute)... A plane, a tractor, a firetruck... you get the picture. And of course, my son pick the airplane. EGHAD. Filled with nasty little curly hairs. I had to pull my kid off of it. I looked for a clean one - and did find one. But that now had me skeeved. There was no wash, or option for wash, at least we weren't offered one, which was fine because I didn't want my kid getting lice. She pulled out a sprayer with water and I handed Lucas an old, but clean book I found on the counter. Batman. The rest of the cut was a cakewalk. She used sterlized scissors, bonus. I read batman 3 times through, and by that time, the cut was done. By this time people were coming through the door like wildfire, but this lady was still the only employee there. They have a ton of stuff, coin rides, a choo choo train, etc. for kids to play on while they wait too (also kinda old and dingy). I paid while my kid took a few quarters and rode the truck. Now I did like this place - it was efficient, and they gave a great cut. But I really just couldn't get over the overall dirtiness of this place. So I'm going with two stars, because other than cutting hair, you should also be clean FKOHS!! read more

I went twice this past week for some back to school haircuts and am very happy with this place. I showed up at about 6:30 on Tuesday and it was empty. Two ladies came up and they each took one of my kids (5 and 3). Neither spoke much English but I never mind that. The woman who cut my daughter's hair was FAST and good. She even styled my daughter's hair like mine with a cute clip and everything (my daughter was requesting hair "like Mommy"). The woman who cut my son's was a tad bit slower but I blame how much my son was moving around. Still she gave him a very handsome hair cut and cleaned up the edges nicely. Cuts are $14 and we were outta there before 7. I went back the very next day in the afternoon for my oldest son (8). Again, they were deserted and the lady who had my daughter the day before had my son this time. Again, super fast and he looked super handsome. We were out in less than 20 minutes. I honestly have no idea what the cleanliness complaints are about. Both times I went, everything was very orderly and nice. No hair on the floor or things like that. They have two ride-ons that are only a quarter each. These are great distractions if you actually find yourself having to wait so make sure you bring a couple quarters with you! Otherwise, the big train in the middle seems to keep most kids quite happy. I will definitely be back for future cuts for my children and recommend it for fast and good service. read more

Just left this place. I was the only one in the entire shop and felt like I was being rushed out. The woman made me wait 10 minutes as she finished her phone call then rush through the haircut (horrible haircut by the way)Just to get back on the phone after we were done. Sure the place is $20 for a haircut but I'd rather spend 50 at a barbershop that will make my sons haircut experience one that he won't be traumatized by. read more

A little old fashioned inside, but plenty to keep the babies entertained. The haircuts have been great so far and very inexpensive compared to other kids places....who give generic bad haircuts. I was charged $20 at one place for a first haircut that was basically bangs. Here...my little one has had full on cuts to shape for $16. If I were just going on looks...it's old fashioned so I'd give this place a 3....but I am giving it a 5 for service and quality of service. read more

The setting us cute enough, but it would be nice if the employees actually cared about the requests of their clients! We brought our son in for a TRIM. He had cute curly hair just past his shoulders. We told her twice, before she began and once mid haircut that we wanted the back to stay long. We walked out with his hair about half an inch above his collar!!!!! Visit #3 was a success! My toddler (3 1/2) is getting better at taking haircuts. The lady did a great job & was so sweet. She talked my son through the whole process very patiently & by the end of the haircut, he was counting his numbers along with her. That was a great idea on her part, because my son LOVES numbers. This was my second time here and was very pleased again with the service. Both times the hairdressers were very patient and did a good job even with a squirming to toddler. The price was reasonable at $16. The only downside is the place is a little antiquated and could use a sprucing up but other than that I very pleased with the service. read more

This could be a great place for kids haircuts but as the last reviewer said they need to clean the place up and have it look more inviting. The books and the toys are old and beat up a little bit but it is expected by what the parents let their kids do. We walked in and they were busy, not packed. I would recommend this place but just beware of the cleanliness and remember you are in Miami so English and customer service is not always optional. read more

Not only did the stylist go on to say my son's hair is supposed to be combed up and short but SHE DID WHAT SHE PLEASED! i am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
