This is such a cool neighborhood bar with great food, cold dry is, your favorite sporting event on and people who come time and time again. They made some updates to this place since the last time we lived here and they now have gold simulators! I went and checked it out and saw families playing, groups of friend and couples playing together. Such a cool and different concept to add but it was packed! We came here for happy hour and had an early dinner. The menu hasn't. Hanged much but they did have an extensive lent menu which I thought was great. I ordered the Reuben since it's that time of year and the flavor was amazing! I do love that they still offer free popcorn to the tables while you wait for your food. Just a great place all around and awesome service every time.

I hate when one seat has a good view and the other doesn't at the same table. Our server was very kind and gave good recommendations. We shared a Rueben and the kielbasa/pierogies. Rueben was very good and not greasy. My fingers weren't left dripping. Also def recommended getting the chips. They r homemade. Will come back to try other items. We saw things going to other tables that looked good. Good beer menu as well.

They had several TVs with sports balls on and a table with assorted games to be played. Great rainy day bar.

It's in a shopping Center Plaza kind of off of the main road. I have been before but just for a beer. We sat at the bar area and the bartender was really nice. Sorry I didn't get her name. You can tell there's a lot of regulars that come here but we were treated just the same. They have about 10 taps and had a few ipas on there for me. What I really like is the prices. An IPA for $5? Can't hardly find that anymore. So we had two rounds of beer each and got two appetizers. I spinach dip and some pepperoni egg rolls. Both were actually really good. Spinach dip could use some more seasoning but that just seems to be the case almost everywhere anymore. Food came out fast and was delivered hot. Beer was Ice cold. It's kind of a small spot so you're either going to sit at the bar or at one of the few tables that are around the bar area. Lots of TVs around the bar. $31 for both of us. I do recommend.

The inside had display after display of breweriana. If you like old beer collections especially vintage stuff you'll enjoy strolling around the building. The staff was nice, the seating downstairs was pretty cool. I was getting some castle vibes in the room (wood beams, big windows, stonework). Menu wise we ordered a light dinner after a long day on the road. My son had PB&J and said it was just ok. The house made Root Beer smelled great, but was flat. The wood-fired Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza I shared was just ok. It was sloppy (cheese sliding off) and needed to have crispy pepperoni to execute that style. I had two brews that weren't anything special. The Glass Hopper IPA had an earthy and herbal aroma and taste as advertised, but it was too soft on the hops and had more of a malt flavor throughout. It was a one and done. The Italian Pilsner had more of a grassy/floral flavor, but lacked a crackery pilsner malt and a citrus/orchard fruit that I'm used to in a good solid Italian pils. More of less glorified homebrew. Everyone working there seemed nice and friendly, but were not personable. It was all business, which is ok, but we felt like unexpected guests. It took them forever just to decide what area they were going to seat us in and then it was like here first boring table in the entire place. The rest of our party pretty much felt the same. If it wasn't for the ambiance and history of the building I would have suggested something in the downtown area. NOTE: The steakhouse located in the same building on the other side looked pretty cool. If you're in the downtown just look for a different location and save the 10-15 minute walk.

However, the last time I went we were cold shouldered by the bartenders. It was a week day night about 7 people on one side of the bar other than ourselves and 2 bartenders... I am a bartender myself so I know how it feels to be behind the bar. My dad had come down to hangout with me and my boyfriend and we sat there for 23 minutes with no service. When my dad finally called out to the male bartender who was serving somebody who had walked in quite a while after us the bartender rolled his eyes and still didn't come to check on us in the 5 minutes we waited before just leaving. Not a great experience and also not sure why we were treated that way as we didn't cause any issues that night prior to being shunned. But now after reading some other reviews I realize we are not the only people that have experienced service like this...

When my husband joined me, we suddenly were asked what we would like to drink. There is no service with a smile here. It seems like this is the type of place that exists just to serve the various sports events nearby. There's nothing warm about the people working here. They're simply here to do a job, and they're not even going to do it well. They are just going to do it because they have to. Ordered loaded tots. They were supposed to come with cheese and bacon. I also ordered my tots well done. I received soggy tots, a spattering of cheese, and maybe eight tiny pieces of bacon bits? It was food I guess. Not worth $11. I definitely won't be visiting this place again. Terribly lackluster service and mid food. It's Ohio in a nutshell.

Once on st patty's (great buffet) and this time. The only thing I'll say is that, it's an interesting place, a lot going on, from live band, a lot of seating which makes it both accommodating but very tight to move around, service has been a hit at the busiest and a miss on an average day so, inconsistent. THIS IS A PLACE THAT WILL CHARGE A CC FEE AND NOT LIST OR ITEMIZE IT!!! I absolutely hate that. The weight staff was very helpful, very efficient. They did not waste motion. We were seated quickly and well. A few minutes later, we had drink orders and I asked about appetizers and she said as soon as they come out, we'll get them to you and so we got some. The fries came out burning hot, which is exactly how fries should be. Hot fries, and cold ranch make a wonderful appetizer. We also got the cheese bread which was worth eating too. Practically a pizza on its own. I ordered the pub burger. It might sound a little mundane, but it was sublime. The bacon was well done and crispy, but it's not prefab frozen stuff. It was real bacon. I enjoyed the cheese. It was a properly done burger. Not overcooked not undercooked just right in my opinion. Exactly what I asked for. My sweetie got the side salad to go with her sandwich instead of fries and she is delighted, which she normally isn't. She's usually pretty tough on salads. She says it was crispy and yummy. So perfect. I don't know if I've ever heard her use that to My little shared a pizza margarita thing. They were delighted. They threw it like a herd of velociraptors, which is pretty atypical for them. Usually, they smell it very strongly and lick it once and then move on. We have very few leftovers, which is not usual for us. Only took one to go box, and that's for the pizza for the kiddos. Normally, I'm an imperial stout guy and so I didn't know if they'd have anything for me. They recommended a sounders porter and I'm usually not a porter guy, but it was good. I liked it. That's a good recommendation. I like the friendly, family, friendly, casual atmosphere. They've got a very large menu and they've got some really nice items on it. Their food comes out hot fresh and properly cooked. What's not to love? If I'm ever up in this area again, which is likely, I expect to be stopping by here again.
