I told them from the start that the outside service valve was leaking. Last week they said they would repair it this week - then never showed up. When I called, they said they were still "searching" for the valve. Baker in Statesboro had the exact valve for about $50. They also overcharge for Freon - $80 per pound, which is outrageous. And when I called back, they basically suggested I find someone else. Very disappointing experience.
