Well, I have no idea where to start with this review but here it goes. I've worked with Anthony on multiple occasions and the first couple of times was great. Results were great and turnaround time needed slight extensions but that was never a problem. However, next time around I gave him around 7-8 pairs that needed to be fixed and he told me a turnaround time of around 2 weeks once again, but ended up needing 3-4 which wasn't an issue except for the fact that when I went to pick up the shoes only 1 of the shoes were actually ready. He did this one more time with shoes not being ready and still I was polite and kept it professional, but the drive there to pick up shoes were becoming extremely annoying because he kept saying they were ready when they clearly weren't. I proceeded to let him know I needed the shoes ready before my birthday in early May, and by then it's already been around 3-4 weeks. I ended up getting 4-5 pairs back in which he did a subpar job, but at that point I was just ready to stop dealing with his nonsense. Moreover, I actually just shoes got the back yesterday after almost 5 months. Within that 5 month period, I had to constantly reach out to him and ask him for updates and these were messages he wouldn't always reply to. Furthermore, when he did reply, we'd set up times for me to get the shoes but he just flaked without any sort of update. To Anthony, I really wasn't planning on leaving this review until you decided to say I took things personally. I was nothing but polite to you at the beginning even when you took an extra couple of weeks on your turnaround times, but you clearly don't understand how to run a business. I get the notion the customer isn't always right, but when you take 5 months instead of 2 weeks, do a subpar job, flake multiple times, and then have the audacity to say some bullsh*t like that? That's unacceptable by any means. Sure you gave me $100 back and dropped the shoes off at 1 AM, but that's the least you could do after I've spent God knows how much and only reason you delivered at 1 AM is because you missed the 10 PM agreement. If anybody is reading this, you're much better off finding someone else to repair your shoes because the headache is not worth dealing with. read more
