I felt like I was genuinely cared for by the entire staff, as well as the surgeon, Dr. Quintero (which is rare in this field). Skip to "RESULTS" if you want to skip reading this lengthy review. And remember to get Jplasma, no matter where you go. Even upon entering the place, I knew I'd found a special gem amongst the thousands of other cosmetic offices in Miami. I cannot express enough how I went from hell at SA (check out my review on that nightmare for more details) to Heaven at Perfection Medspa. I went from to being treated like cattle to being treated like a VIP Princess at Perfection Medspa. My original surgery date was with the previous place was on Feb 1. And (long story short) had to replace them with Perfection. (The only hold-up was me retrieving my refund from the previous surgery center and paying for the new center). Now that I have that out of the way, on to the good stuff. Mila and Kathy took me in, honored my Primary Doctor's medical clearance (which is normal) and were willing to find me a Surgery date within the following three business days. Mila was so sweet walking me through the intake process and Kathy was so thorough in the post-op process. Kathy really took her time to ensure my results and educated me on maximizing results in the aftercare. She's a boss, I love her. And all of the ladies at the desk were warm, professional, and always smiling and making me feel valued. I love them all. RESULTS: Dr. Quintero's bedside manner was on point. He also listened to my concerns and marked my body according to each one. Lol he did not leave one line unmarked, so I could tell that he was listening. After surgery and through the swelling, after each lymphatic massage, my waist was the first thing I noticed was completely snatched. SNATCHED, okay?? And I noticed that the bra fat was completely gone and the back rolls a thing of the past. I don't think anyone understands that these two issues plagued me my entire life (even when I was skinny) and are now just a memory, thanks to Perfection. I attempted to address these two same issues in 2010 and obviously had horrible results, which brought me back to fix the same concerns at this office now in 2023. I also got my arms done and thought it's too soon from the swelling to see immediate results, I can see subtle differences that give me peace of mind for now. I will update. I got one more thing done that I don't want to disclose openly, but you can message me and I'll be able to answer. I am happy about the results of that, as well, even through the swelling. My only disappointment is that I did not find this place in 2010. I highly recommend. They are a bit more costly than the Miami chop-shops, but worth it.

What was supposed to be a simple VASER procedure for minor skin tightening and contouring turned into a nightmare that I'm still trying to recover from. I trusted this clinic based on false promises and slick marketing. Instead of the results I was promised, I left with severe burns, loose and wrinkled skin, and an open wound so serious that I had to wear a wound vac for three months just to heal. Let that sink in--I came in for skin tightening and left with a medical trauma that's taken years to try to correct. Angela, the woman who runs this clinic, along with her mother, showed zero accountability. I sat down with them face to face, explained what I was going through, showed photos, and begged for a resolution or even a partial refund. Instead, I was met with excuses like "things happen during surgery" and a refusal to take any responsibility. They claimed what happened to me was out of their control--yet their clinic performed the procedure. Since then, I've spent thousands of dollars on treatments trying to fix what they did to my once beautiful, healthy body. I've had to seek out specialists, therapists, and scar revision experts because of the damage they caused. Not only did they completely botch the procedure, but they also grossly overcharge patients, offer no proper aftercare, and take advantage of vulnerable women looking to enhance their appearance. I'm writing this review not out of revenge, but out of duty--to protect other women. Do not let the aesthetics of their Instagram or the way they talk during a consultation fool you. I had been wanting lip fillers for a really long time and my friend told me that she refuses to go to anyone besides Dr. Trini Vega; I soon realized why! He is so knowledgeable about the safest, most aesthetically flattering techniques to achieve the results that you want. You really feel like you're in good hands because he knows what he's doing. Between the numbing of the mouth area and the actual filler injections, the whole process only took about an hour. He used Juvederm Ultra for me and is equipped with the most top of the line products for all procedures. He told me that I'm the first client he's had that asked for BIG lips, not just a little touch up and boy did he deliver! I am not new to facials (incl. different peels, microdermabrasion or hydrafacial and I have visited many salons (good, very good and also bad) and I have to say that my facial here was just average, even below average. I would not come back because for the same $$$ I have had much better experiences. I booked hydrafacial with Claudia and even though she was very friendly and nice, I was surprised that she didn't use the steamer to open up the pores before the process (as in any other good salon). When I asked why, she said, "It's broken". Oh... ok... then they could have called me to reschedule..?? Instead of steamer she used a clay mask saying that it would open up my pores.. hmm not sure, usually mask is the last thing they do but ok... I have to say that all the process was very interesting - lots of different exfoliating vacuums, different acids (salicylic and glycolic) and lotions. I had never had a facial with so many different vacuums going over my face. Even though I did enjoy the process I had to ask what is what, because my esthetician was not explaining almost anything, and I felt that we are rushed as the appointment is only one hour. Also the extraction process was much, much shorter as in other places. 2.5 stars because they skipped the steamer, esthetician was pretty quick, there was no massage and final, my favourite step - the mask. She also didn't give me any sample (even if I asked), usually different salons give me samples of their products so I know if I want to buy something. I'm sure other people might like the services here but as I have had 5 star facials performed by the best estheticians, this was just an okay service. I would not spend my $$$ here again.
