We…read moreexplained that the purchase was to help with getting our Father-in-Law to doctors appointments for cancer treatments and discussed what the options were for purchasing the vehicle back. Mr. Nault was very reassuring and indicated that if it turned out to be a short time we would lose $4,000 to $5,000. Sadly, within a few weeks we lost him to cancer and contacted the company to see about them buying back the van. Mr. Nault's offer was well below what he led us to believe it would be and resulted in a loss twice as much as we anticipated. We contacted other dealers of these type of vehicles and discovered that we over-paid for the vehicle to begin with. This was a very stressful time for the family and I firmly believe that Mr. Nault was not honest in dealing with us. I would warn potential customers to not trust these people, as they prey on people at their most vulnerable time.

They do not back up their warranties for anything . They try to send you on Wild Goose chases saying they'll work with you then and then that backing it up . When they came out for the remote not working they replaced it to not even test it for the issue to still be on going . After first-hand viewing hand viewing as well as video and audio being brought in they still take no responsibility of the lift/bracket issues . After 6-8 months of being jerked around and the manufacturer being upset that nothing was done through the manufacturer just had the entire metal framework replaced as well as the Box the controller hooks up to . The manufacturer saying Alpine should have taken care of all this . Tried being nice and working with these people forever just for them to continuously blow off responsibility . I spoke with Brooke on the phone who helped me and told her I would be in to pick it up soon because he just came home from hospital and would need this at home. At arriving at Rapid Rehab I was told my husband had to be there to sign and fitted for walker. This was never told to me during my many conversations with Brooke. Jodi and Jessica both told me they assumed I knew he needed to come to sign. It was very difficult sending email for my husband to sign as he a cancer patient was just discharged a day ago from hospital stay. He will probably need a wheelchair at sometime and I will not come back to Rapid Rehab and I will share this horrible experience with my insurance and Lacrosse Mayo Hospital and Rochester Mayo Hospital.
