Being that we weren't expecting any guests that same day we gave her a pass. The second time we hired her for a cleaning and was satisfied for the most part. The last straw was when we booked her for a cleaning and we communicated with her that her expected arrival time was 11am after check out since we had a same day turn over, meaning we had a guest checking in at 3pm that same day. We explained to her the day of service that we were at the property and were cleaning up a bit prior to her expected arrival and let her know what type of cleaning was expected. She requested for pictures 30 minutes from her appointment time and after that she no longer responded to texts or phone calls. I called her at 11:02am to find out her ETA. She answered belligerent and with an attitude and stated she will not be coming and refused to service our property. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Luckily we had a backup cleaner and assisted them as well and made it spotless for our incoming guests.

I returned as a customer a few months ago and had different cleaners. Since that time my house has slowly but surely gotten dirtier and I have had to clean mold out of my showers and sinks. I let the owner know after she severely up charged me for half a service. Sent her pictures and she was extremely rude and blamed me for the poor service. Good luck to anyone that has to deal with her. needless to say I canceled and wouldn't recommend. It wasn't about the money... it was about how she handled it. I took pictures and sent... she didn't care.

With the holiday, my schedule was extremely tight so them arriving on time was so appreciated. They cleaned my entire home and even noticed things that I didn't. The attention to detail was truly unmatched and I felt like I was left with a brand new home. I also have two medium/large dogs, and I was impressed by the way they were able to treat those high traffic areas. If you're a pet owner, you know how it feels to be nervous about your pets making your home stink, and the Pet Odor treatment completely handled that. I almost forgot I had dogs running around my house after the cleaning lol. The team was also extremely efficient, and I look forward to my next cleaning. If you are looking for a great cleaning service, I cannot recommend Chores and Floors more.

She and another lady arrived to complete the service on time. She emphasized on arrival that they were heavily booked today and seemed a bit anxious. I thanked her for scheduling me. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.
