Other than the outdoor pipe, Pafumi has replaced stolen copper pipes twice, fixed toilets, sinks, disposal, leaking second floor tub, fixed the boiler, installed a stolen water meter and ran pipes along with a thermostat to hook up heat to radiators on the third floor that had been disconnected by the previous homeowner.
