However, I have many concerns with this practice 1) there is a revolving door of doctors 2) each doctor we've seen has had wildly differing opinions on treatment plans 2) they have really over corrected each time we've come in, to the point of needing to book in-between emergency appointments because they created a nearly horizontal flare and then overlap. 4) There is zero accountability if you have an issue. Doctors are totally booked and just say they weren't the one who did the last adjustment. I would highly recommend a practice with one or two doctors over this model. Lastly, I believe in breaks for workers, but being closed for an hour and a half for lunch each day is wild - just do one hour or have shifts.

The worst experience for me and my daughter. What a waste of time. If I can give Dr. Kastin 0, I would not hesitate. He tried to briefly explain the reason for the set up of the office instead of a dental chair by saying something like he's only there once a month -- but still makes no sense that he's going to do work or even provide a consultation to a patient sitting in a small office chair. This would not have been so bad if he had given more than 2 minutes of his time and he wasn't so ARROGANT and RUDE. One last thing -- I noticed when I was leaving they provide various gifts in return for promising to write a review. They didn't ask me to do one probably because I didn't look too pleased with the service.

I originally came to her after feeling dissatisfied with my previous dentist. My previous dentist placed a shoddy crown over my root canal, which eventually cracked and fell out of my mouth after just two years. Despite having no mold to work with, Dr. Tsomo made me a new crown and made sure that it fit my teeth perfectly. The difference between her crown and my previous dentist's crown was astounding. I'm confident that this crown will last me many years to come. Additionally, I really enjoy getting my biannual teeth cleaning here. This is also my very first cavity in all 24 years of my life and I trusted my dentist through the whole process. I had my one teeth filled and was experiencing pain and sensitivity but I waited about two weeks to see maybe if it's just my teeth trying to adjust. I made an appointment to go back and get it refilled and a second tooth next to the initial one had been drilled and filled without me knowing beforehand. I was never asked or told before the drilling that another teeth would have been touched in the process. I waited another two weeks after that, still pain and sensitivity. I cannot chew on anything on that side of my mouth. I cannot drink anything that is not room temperature without it triggering a sharp pain in my teeth. I went back again and a temporary filling was put it. Same ordeal, pain and sensitivity. Waited another two weeks and did a scan and was told I still had a bit of cavity that wasn't taken care of the very first time and was assured that this time for sure would be the last time I had to deal with this pain. So some more drilling was done and the temporary filling was put back in. AGAIN pain and sensitivity. I went back one last time and was told that maybe I was just allergic to the filling and a different filling was put in. Not only did it not help, I constantly feel like I have to grind my teeth now. This new filling also came with a lingering discomfort that has been causing me a headache. I will not be coming back here and I for sure do not recommend this place at all. Initially after the first filling was done, I had asked if I could please switch a dentist and I was denied that. This is obviously intentional negligence to not put into consideration what a patient is asking you. This experience is really traumatizing especially for what was told a small filling that took me 5 visits going back and forth. Please always ask for a second opinion about your cavities because this could literally be you. I really wish I have never had my teeth filled or step foot in this place. I can never rest or eat the same again and have to deal with this pain everyday. Please go somewhere else or avoid this place.

Spent 15 mins in waiting room and 10 mins xray. 5 mins max in cleaning. Still couldn't believe it was that quick. The dentist just left. Let her assistant came back. I went back an hour after to talk with doctor that my teeth did not get cleaned. The dentist, Dr. Khan, did not even look at my teeth ago. Let alone redoing the job. She just explaining. Note: I got here by in network insurance, with a co-pay for cleaning. Dr. Khan told me if I want my teeth cleaned. I have to opt for deep cleaning, which is extra. Well, not an extra penny will be spent here. This is not my first time having cleaning in NYC. But the worst. Any other clinic did a better job. I am not here to advertise other place.
