I wanted an arrangement that was bright and cheerful, like a bouquet of sunshine, and this arrangement featuring gerbera daisies was the perfect choice! Since I live in Portland, OR, and my friend lives in Greenville, I decided to call a florist in her zip code rather than use a company that coordinates. I wanted to make sure the arrangement was an appropriate size and by calling the florist directly, I was able to ask questions and even tailor the arrangement. In this case, they added some yellow gerbera daisies to add contrast to the predominantly orange arrangement. The vase itself was modern rustic, not glass, which was another preference. All the arrangements come in Standard, Deluxe and Premium so you can select the size and price that works for you. I went with Deluxe. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful and patient, answering all of my questions. I placed the order online and called back to make sure they received my instructions about adding a splash of yellow and she confirmed my order. Flowers were delivered the next day and my friend said they were gorgous! Hello! More importantly, they brightened up her day and let her know that even though we are on opposite coasts, that she's in my thoughts and I'm here for her. Highly recommend.

They helped us customize a casket spray and standing spray to our liking including changing colors, adding things to help with our request. The flowers when we walked into the funeral today were absolutely stunning, we had so many people ask who did the flowers and were shocked on how beautiful they were, not to mention the price. They were an amazing value. If you need any sort of flowers for an event, funeral, wedding etc. look no further this is the ONLY place I will be getting flowers from now on.

In the contract specific flowers were listed that were not used as well as specific colors that were NOT to be used that were used in almost every arrangement. I have reached out to her multiple times to discuss this matter in hopes that we could come to a mutual agreement. She refuses to meet with us and will no longer respond to any texts. On day of delivery I received a voicemail that…read morestated my flowers would not be delivered because someone was sick and the shop would be closed for the day. The lady that left a message truly sounded sick. And I felt bad for her. We all get sick and need to take care of ourselves for sure. And i understood and was not upset. But Certainly there is more than one person that works at the flower shop?? It would have been nice to be referred to another shop or a backup plan in place. As stated on the message my cc would be refunded and true to her word it was refunded. It was not a bad experience just unfortunate and I had to scramble to find another shop to help. With that said there was nothing that could be done and that was ok and I'm not upset. When you get sick it's out of your control. She called to let me know and refunded my cc.
