We met with the owner three times before the wedding to provide inspiration pics, confirm what we wanted, and make adjustments. Below are pictures of my daughter's floral inspiration photos combined with what we received on her wedding day. In the contract specific flowers were listed that were not used as well as specific colors that were NOT to be used that were used in almost every arrangement. I have reached out to her multiple times to discuss this matter in hopes that we could come to a mutual agreement. She refuses to meet with us and will no longer respond to any texts. I have also messaged and emailed her husband, as he is listed as co-owner, and have received zero response from him. The lady that left a message truly sounded sick. And I felt bad for her. We all get sick and need to take care of ourselves for sure. And i understood and was not upset. But Certainly there is more than one person that works at the flower shop?? It would have been nice to be referred to another shop or a backup plan in place. As stated on the message my cc would be refunded and true to her word it was refunded. It was not a bad experience just unfortunate and I had to scramble to find another shop to help. With that said there was nothing that could be done and that was ok and I'm not upset. When you get sick it's out of your control. She called to let me know and refunded my cc.
