Hello Gorgeous! That is the name of the flower arrangement I chose for a friend who is going through a difficult challenge. I wanted an arrangement that was bright and cheerful, like a bouquet of sunshine, and this arrangement featuring gerbera daisies was the perfect choice! Since I live in Portland, OR, and my friend lives in Greenville, I decided to call a florist in her zip code rather than use a company that coordinates. I wanted to make sure the arrangement was an appropriate size and by calling the florist directly, I was able to ask questions and even tailor the arrangement. In this case, they added some yellow gerbera daisies to add contrast to the predominantly orange arrangement. The vase itself was modern rustic, not glass, which was another preference. All the arrangements come in Standard, Deluxe and Premium so you can select the size and price that works for you. I went with Deluxe. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful and patient, answering all of my questions. I placed the order online and called back to make sure they received my instructions about adding a splash of yellow and she confirmed my order. Flowers were delivered the next day and my friend said they were gorgous! Hello! I am in WA state working as a nurse and my daughter had a baby at Patewood. I attempted to order through the Hospital Gift Shop site and although I met the timeline requirements the delivery was delayed until the next day!! She not only had the sunflowers, but charged me less for the bouquet. I was able to get two gorgeous and full sized, carrying bouquets for a great price!! Paula's artistry and craftsmanship meant so much to us. This was a special night for everyone in our family. My daughter's grandparents, and her father and I, wanted present the flowers to my daughter for Senior night sports event. She was elated at the gesture, and her room smells wonderfully fragrant. I highly recommend this florist! I decided to send my best friend some flowers because she was having a hard week. I ordered the flowers around 11:30 AM and they were delivered by around 12:50 PM. The deliver fee was very inexpensive for a same day delivery. I really didn't see where I was charged any extra fee for same day delivery. Absolutely disappointed. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and what she received and what I ordered was completely different. I asked for a small and short arrangement in a 4x4 square vase. I also specifically asked for an arrangement with peonies and hydrangeas being the dominant flowers. I spent $120 for a small nice arrangement. The worst florist I've ever had. I hired this company to do my bridal bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets. Not only were they grossly overpriced, but they were not even close to what I asked for. I asked for specially ordered imported red flowers that of course cost extra and they were not in my bouquet. I received an all white bouquet with mostly flowers that hadn't even bloomed yet. I was never offered a refund for the imported flowers. When the lady arrived to my wedding venue on the day of I explained to her that that the bouquet she'd brought was not what I asked for and she did not care. She went on to say that even though it was not what I wanted that it is still beautiful. I also ordered flower girl baskets and rose petals. They were not delivered with my and my bridesmaids bouquets. My bridesmaid had to call and make them come back. Thankfully we did receive them about 15 minutes before the ceremony. It was just very unprofessional for them to not deliver my full order in a timely manner. I provided the florist when pictures and detailed descriptions of what I wanted and she did a terrible job at providing that. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My husband paid a lot of money to buy me flowers for Valentines day. When the flowers first arrived some of the petals were wilted and spotty. It has now been less than 24 hours since I got them and now one of the flowers is completely dead and 3 more of them are losing petals and look horrible. UPDATE: After contacting the florist, they sent me a brand new arrangement and a box of candy. I appreciate that they are willing to correct the situation. I can not give them a great review because of the disapointment with the first arrangement, but they handled my complaint very well. read more

Terrible florist...extremely unprofessional!! -- This was my second negative experience with this florist. First time was when my stepdaughter had flowers delivered to me. When I sent her a photo of the arrangement that I had received, she was crushed - the color was wrong, the flowers were not what she had ordered. This was not just a matter of needing to substitute a few flowers for what was on hand. Miserable experience #2 was when my husband ordered flowers for our 25th anniversary (unaware that we had previously had a problem with this florist.) The arrangement, promised for Saturday, was just never delivered. Husband was very disappointed and called the owner first thing Monday morning. She stated they had not delivered because of the weather (it was snowing but the roads were clear, and I received other deliveries that day without problem.) When my husband questioned why she hadn't at least phoned to inform him that they weren't going to deliver, and then requested a refund, the owner became loud and irate - stating that she never gives refunds, that she can't control Mother Nature, and that the flowers had been made up on Friday and if he didn't want to take them now he would have to pay for them regardless. When he informed her that he was not going to pay well over a hundred dollars for flowers that had never been received, she had a melt down - angrily yelling at him before hanging up. Fortunately DISCOVER Card agreed with my husband and refused payment. PLEASE DO NOT entrust your special occasions to this florist!!! read more

My boyfriend uses this florist regularly for "just because" arrangements. He loves working with them because they are helpful, listens to what he is looking for, and gives beautiful arrangements. I have flowers from a bouquet he got me 3 weeks ago still in full bloom on our coffee table. If you can't make it to the shop, or prefer the convenience of online, order from their website. Do NOT order from 1 800 flowers or some other bulk flower delivery service. Because delivery services take a cut of the price you pay for the arrangement, the florist has to work with less money than what you actually paid - usually always resulting in a difference between the arrangement you thought you ordered and the arrangement you actually got. read more

I am from Manitowoc, WI and my uncle in Greer, SC passed away in June 2016. I went to Roorbach's; a local florist, to have sent FTD, a ceramic pot--14" in diameter, 2ft deep, filled with annuals. When Roorbach's placed the order through FTD we were told the order could be done no problem. A week after the funeral I visited Greer, SC to see my aunt, I was able to see my arrangement per her funeral director who had photographed each arrangement that had been sent. Unfortunately, the arrangement in the photo was NOT what I had ordered. The arrangement was, a hydrangea, in a plastic container no bigger than a foot in diameter and a foot tall, something you would perhaps set on a table. When I returned home, I called Roorbach's and explained my dissatisfaction with the arrangement that I had requested and Roorbach's called the florist the FTD had sent the arrangement to--Petals and Co. LLC in Greenville, SC. Roorbach's received a very rude response from Petals and Co. LLC and therefore Roorbach's reported the florist to the FTD. After hearing this, I called Petal and Co. LLC personally, and spoke with Paula, the owner. I explained to her the situation that the arrangement was NOT what I had intended nor was it anything similar, so I questioned her as to why she did not call me to make me aware of changes she had made to the arrangement. She responded very defensively, was rude, raised her voice, and essentially had no intention of correcting the situation. On the florists website it is indicated that they work for "100% customer satisfaction" and "They go the extra mile", also, that they are "committed to quality and service". My experience with this company was not any of the above. read more
