My little sister suffered a really tragic loss in her life and I wanted to send flowers to let her know I was thinking of her. I picked out an arrangement on Keith Wheeler Flowers' website. The arrangement that my sister received was nowhere close to what I ordered. I understand that florists sometimes have to make substitutions...but this is arrangement was laughably far from what I paid for. Please see the photos! I called the florist to ask what they could do. They said there's a disclaimer on their site that they don't have to make what you ordered. I've ordered flowers many, many times before and never had issues to this extent. The florist refused to remake the arrangement or to give me a refund. What a terrible experience and so sad that this florist would take advantage of people in grief. I recommend you avoid this florist at all costs. read more

Super disappointed in the order for Mothers Day for MIL. I ordered the top bouquet from their website and she received the bottom bouquet. I really liked the box, tight design and flower choices in the top. The bottom has less quality flowers and choices. Definitely not the 80 dollar item I expected (100 after taxes and delivery). I was told by the shop that they were out of the container, ok that's fine but the flowers and arrangement themselves? I would have expected a call for such a difference. My MIL lives in Simpsonville but I'll choose another option in the future. Super disappointed. read more

Keith Wheeler's Flowers - What I ordered from website. What was received. - Florists Near Me - Mauldin, South Carolina

I received the most dreadful Valentine's Day bouquet from Keith Wheeler's Flowers in Mauldin. It looked like a child plopped flowers in a vase and it went out of the shop like that. He ran out of pink and red flowers so plopped some long-stemmed yellow flowers in the vase that were 6 to 8 inches higher than the other flowers in the vase. Disgraceful. We will never use this company again. The sender was embarrassed that I received an unsightly, unprofessional bouquet of flowers. read more

I'm in Texas, and wanted to order a flower for a daughter's important birthday. I called and got same-day service with no problems. I gave him an amount, and asked him to use whatever flowers he would like to use. My daughter loved the flowers; it really blessed her. This picture was taken three days after they were delivered -- STILL looking good! Thanks, Keith Wheeler -- Great Job! read more

Great service, Keith takes pride in his work, goes out of his way to make his customers happy. My daughter was sick. Just before Keith was closing his shop, I called in an order, Keith delivered two hours later. Than You Keith! read more

I sent an email 24 hours ago to this company and never heard back from them. Also, their phoneis not workingat all.

This was the floral service experience you dream of. I contacted Keith Wheeler's Flowers because it's close to my dear friend's house, and I wanted to buy her flowers as a message of love after they lost their beloved 15 year old dog. I called the business on a Saturday morning, gave basic direction -- that I wanted to cheer up a friend who had lost her dog, that I thought she'd prefer bright colors, and a price range -- and that was that. My friend received the flowers the *same day*. She and her family were blown away by the beauty (she sent me a picture, and, yes, stunning). The flowers were a source of joy for over a week -- buds kept opening and blooming for days, and they smelled beautiful. I can't say enough good things about this business. It helped me show love and cheered my friend in a tough moment. Thank you, Keith Wheeler's Flowers! read more

The flowers that I ordered for my wife's anniversary were so beautiful. The arrangement was spectacular. I called Saturday morning after New Year's day and received excellent service and very prompt delivery. Keith told me he was operating with limited resources, and his suppliers were closed, so he could not process an order from the photos on the website. I said fine, gave him a budget, and asked that he do the best he could do. He made an amazing arrangement. My wife was thrilled. Keith made our anniversary very special. read more

Great service, beautiful arrangements! Could not asked for a better experience in ordering flowers from out of state!

He did my wedding flowers and they were GORGEOUS! I let him choose the best/most available flowers for September because I know there can be problems with availability nowadays, and he did not disappoint. He did 3 centerpieces, a boutonniere and a MoG corsage as well as the wedding bouquet. Everyone was impressed with how beautiful they were. Delivered as arranged, in flawless condition. I would highly recommend Keith's services for any occasion! read more

Very unhappy in GA I ordered a "Blooming and green plants in a basket" for my mother's birthday. What she got was a poinsettia and a peace lily in a basket. You send these when someone dies and for Christmas. I chose what I did because it was suppose to have a variety of greenery and flowers. I understand you do not get what is in the photo however this wasn't even close. I contacted Mr. Wheeler to discuss the delivery & was extremely rude & didn't seem to want to listen to me as a customer. The call ended with him hanging up on me. When I tried calling back, he would not even answer the phone. Whether I was looking for something else or not, this certainly is not how your treat your customers. I would not recommend him or ever use him again. read more

I called Keith Wheeler's Flowers to order a bouquet as a last-minute surprise for my mom's birthday. Mr. Wheeler himself answered the phone and took my order, and he is nothing less than the consummate professional- helpful, courteous, talented, and prompt. I told him that the bouquet was for my mom's birthday and that her favorite color was purple, and he suggested and designed a beautiful custom bouquet of a dozen lavender and hot pink roses. Instead of the usual boring baby's breath filler, he used beautiful greenery and small purple flowers. I appreciated his creative touch! The bouquet was presented in a large glass vase with a handmade purple bow. Even though my order was a last-minute whim, Mr. Wheeler consulted with his driver to make sure that he could get the order delivered that day. 45 minutes after I placed the order, my doorbell rings. Talk about fast service! He even called me back to make sure a substitution was ok after he discovered that he didn't have a full dozen lavender roses. I appreciated the fact that he consulted me about this matter. The bouquet was a hit- my mom absolutely loved it and it made her birthday that much more special! I will definitely use Mr. Wheeler's shop for any future floral needs! read more

I wanted to get a get well set of flowers for my mother in law and after looking up some reviews, I tried Keith Wheeler's Flowers. Spoiler alert - you can't go wrong! I first tried out the Keith Wheeler Florist website - very easy to navigate and order. I found that delivery would have to occur the next day, so I decided to call and double check. I really suggest you call and see what Keith can do. He is a very nice person and will bend over backwards to help you find the perfect floral arrangement/gift to convey your thoughts. It all ended up well and he even called me the next day to make sure the delivery address was correct before attempting. The flowers and balloons were a big hit and I will be sure to not only use Keith Wheeler's Flowers again in the future, but offer a recommendation to anyone needing his help! read more

I needed a florist fast and only had Yelp reviews to go by, I called and they were amazing over the phone and the arrangement was gorgeous! It was exactly as I envisioned, classy and huge! He said over the phone I would know my arrangement when I walked into the church and I did, it was the best one there! Definitely highly recommend! read more

I called in a custom "get well" order from New Jersey for my Auntie in Simpsonville who was ill. I called Keith, gave him my budget, asked "what's fresh?" He took it from there. Ridiculously easy. The bouquet totally knocked Auntie's socks off. And it most definitely made her feel better. Top marks for going "above and beyond" to deliver last minute *and* for being super nice. read more

Ordered an arrangement for my friend today...you know it's difficult to find florists who go above and beyond and more so when you're not located in the area which you need to order. Ordering was a breeze, just asked for certain colors and payment was processed over the phone. The arrangement was delivered, despite some terrible weather in the area today, it was followed by a phone call confirming receipt and satisfaction!!!! What?!?! I'm am blown away by the customer service and the arrangement...WOW it isbeautiful!!! Don't order from a catalogue, let professionals create a beauty for you!!! Thank you to everyone at Wheelers!!! read more

I called Keith Wheeler's Flowers based on the one other review (jay l., posted before mine). It was five stars. I like to call local florists rather than the big agencies like FTD or 1-800-Flowers. This florist sent a spectacular bouquet for a very reasonable price. It really was above and beyond, as the prior reviewer said. I will absolutely use this florist anytime I need to send flowers in Greeville or Simpsonville. read more

I placed an order for the Chinese Evergreen plant - the total cost including delivery was $113.41. Less than 30 mins after placing my order, I received a call from the florist informing me that the plant I ordered was not available, and could be substituted for another plant - I choose the Spathiphyllum - which costs, per their website US$54.99 - a difference of $42 - which I pointed out to the florist; his response was no - they both cost the same price. When I said that is not what your website said, I was informed that it was not his website, he is just linked to it like the thousands of other FTD affiliates. That sounds like a bait and switch to me - so I said I am going to cancel my other - to which he replied by hanging up. So happy I paid for this with my Amex - one phone call and that charge was blocked!! read more

I've never set foot in a florist shop and had no idea what I wanted really. Keith was helpful and willing to make the birthday bouquet I needed in less than 24 hours (and same day if I'd needed!) It looked awesome. I will come here again when I need flowers for sure. read more

Just stopped in for the first time today, what a friendly and helpful staff! They immediately greeted me and had what I needed in hand so quickly and at a wonderful price! Definitely will be back for my next floral project and place an order. read more

I would give him less than one star if I could. We got a bouquet of flowers for my sister's graduation ceremony and they looked like something a kindergartener can do. They were poorly arranged and the wrapping was tissue paper. It was underwhelming. read more

A $10 delivery charge for delivery within Simpsonville? You've got to be kidding!

I was looking for a florist to do the flowers for my wedding around April of last year. I went in and the man was on the phone being quite loud. He told the person on the other line to hang on and just looked at me like I was bothering him and finally in a very rude manner said "can I help you?" I thought maybe he was just having a bad day so I proceeded to explain my situation to him. He stopped me in the middle of talking and rudely told me that it was almost mothers day and that was the only thing on his mind. Needless to say he did not get my business and I definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone else. read more

I have never ordered flowers from here but have been the recipient on a couple of occasions. The arrangements are beautiful, way above anything I've received from other florists in the past. My birthday arrangement was so over the top gorgeous the women in my office were in awe and even the men were commenting and asking where they came from for future reference. My boyfriend knows nothing about flowers but knows he can go to Keith and tell him what the budget and the occasion is and let him do his thing and i won't be disappointed. Great job! read more

I am so thankful to have found Keith Wheeler florist at 12:30 pm on Saturday(the day before the funeral). He was most accommodating and very friendly. His floral arrangement surpassed in beauty all that were there on Sunday. I specifically requested a military theme standing spray and he did not disappoint. Family and friends stated Mr. Harry would be honored with such a lovely arrangement. I live in Greer; however, I WILL use Keith Wheeler for ANY of my floral needs. Thank you so much for your work of art and love. Esther read more

I have never encountered a more rude person in my life. He acted like he would rather be doing anything else other than taking my order and then yelled at me when I didn't give him my credit card fast enough. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. read more

I received a floral arrangement that was ordered through FTD. The arrangement was left on my front porch in 90 degree heat. I was home all day and did not hear a door bell or knock. My phone number was written on the envelope but did not receive a phone call. Since I was not expecting the flowers, I found them Sunday afternoon. Apparently, the flowers had been delivered Saturday. I spoke with Keith Wheeler Florist. He was exceptionally rude, and told me, " it was not his responsibility to notify me of the delivery".... The roses were wilting by Monday afternoon. After this experience with terrible customer service, I will never use Keith Wheeler Florist. read more

Tired of flowers-in-a-box, I researched a local florist for my mom's 97th birthday on Aug 30. My only request was a low centerpiece. Encouraged by Yelp reviews, I gave him free rein, and the results were spectacular, with orange lilies, red roses, white carnations and daisies, oh, my! My sister messaged me a photo on delivery, and another when the lilies and roses opened up. Mr. Wheeler checked with delivery people, said they couldn't handle another delivery on the 29th, and I told him that would be fine. I will definitely use again and again. Cost was actually less to order in the same ZIP Code. read more

We are new to the area and my husband wanted to find a local florist. He searched online and found Keith Wheeler. I am so glad he did! Our anniversary and my birthday are only three days apart. Mr Wheeler told my husband he would go the extra mile because he wanted to earn his business. Boy did he! Beautiful doesn't do these arrangements justice. They were the most impressive, incredibly beautiful arrangements I have ever seen! read more

I called Keith from out of town to order a spray for a funeral. I spoke with him at 9:00 in the morning, and the funeral was at 3:00 the same day. I mistakenly gave Keith the address to the wrong church, so when he went to make the delivery at 1:00, he called me to say there was no funeral at the church that day. When I realized my mistake, Keith was very gracious and understanding, and he gladly sent his driver to the correct church - 45 minutes away! - at no additional charge. Keith Wheeler's Flowers displays the utmost customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Keith and thank him profusely for getting the job done right. read more

Today, not knowing any florists in Simpsonville, I went online to purchase flowers for a friend who died last night. I have NEVER encountered a ruder person than Mr. Wheeler. I was overwhelmed with his lack of social skills and his so obvious lack of compassion. I politely told him just how upset I was with him and then I promptly spent my money with another florist. read more

I received flowers for my birthday from this florist. Upon receipt, I immediately noticed the flowers weren't fresh. The arrangement was poor; one side looked bare in spots. My daughter sent me a photo of what she ordered and this is not at all the same arrangement, though some of the same flowers are in this one. I took pictures of the flowers I received for my daughter to see. We're both upset. After only 3 days, petals are falling off. Some blooms never opened and are dried up or falling off. Even the greenery is brown in spots. read more

Not very nice! I called first thing in the morning to have a cut flower arrangement delivered the same day as a congratulations gift. Keith must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. I tried to reference an arrangement from his website - and got yelled at for it. When he finally pulled it up, he informed me of all the flowers in the arrangement that he didn't have. Then he said I need to trust him to use what he had and do something good. Thankfully, the arrangement arrived on time to glowing reviews; but, wow the customer service was very lacking. read more
