My little sister suffered a really tragic loss in her life and I wanted to send flowers to let her know I was thinking of her. I picked out an arrangement on Keith Wheeler Flowers' website. The arrangement that my sister received was nowhere close to what I ordered. I understand that florists sometimes have to make substitutions...but this is arrangement was laughably far from what I paid for. Please see the photos! I called the florist to ask what they could do. They said there's a disclaimer on their site that they don't have to make what you ordered. I've ordered flowers many, many times before and never had issues to this extent. The florist refused to remake the arrangement or to give me a refund. What a terrible experience and so sad that this florist would take advantage of people in grief. I recommend you avoid this florist at all costs. read more

Super disappointed in the order for Mothers Day for MIL. I ordered the top bouquet from their website and she received the bottom bouquet. I really liked the box, tight design and flower choices in the top. The bottom has less quality flowers and choices. Definitely not the 80 dollar item I expected (100 after taxes and delivery). I was told by the shop that they were out of the container, ok that's fine but the flowers and arrangement themselves? I would have expected a call for such a difference. He ran out of pink and red flowers so plopped some long-stemmed yellow flowers in the vase that were 6 to 8 inches higher than the other flowers in the vase. Disgraceful. Very unhappy in GA I ordered a "Blooming and green plants in a basket" for my mother's birthday. What she got was a poinsettia and a peace lily in a basket. You send these when someone dies and for Christmas. I chose what I did because it was suppose to have a variety of greenery and flowers. I understand you do not get what is in the photo however this wasn't even close. I contacted Mr. Wheeler to discuss the delivery & was extremely rude & didn't seem to want to listen to me as a customer. The call ended with him hanging up on me. When I tried calling back, he would not even answer the phone. Whether I was looking for something else or not, this certainly is not how your treat your customers. I called Keith Wheeler's Flowers to order a bouquet as a last-minute surprise for my mom's birthday. Mr. Wheeler himself answered the phone and took my order, and he is nothing less than the consummate professional- helpful, courteous, talented, and prompt. I told him that the bouquet was for my mom's birthday and that her favorite color was purple, and he suggested and designed a beautiful custom bouquet of a dozen lavender and hot pink roses. Instead of the usual boring baby's breath filler, he used beautiful greenery and small purple flowers. I appreciated his creative touch! The bouquet was presented in a large glass vase with a handmade purple bow. Even though my order was a last-minute whim, Mr. Wheeler consulted with his driver to make sure that he could get the order delivered that day. 45 minutes after I placed the order, my doorbell rings. Talk about fast service! He even called me back to make sure a substitution was ok after he discovered that he didn't have a full dozen lavender roses. I first tried out the Keith Wheeler Florist website - very easy to navigate and order. I found that delivery would have to occur the next day, so I decided to call and double check. I really suggest you call and see what Keith can do. He is a very nice person and will bend over backwards to help you find the perfect floral arrangement/gift to convey your thoughts. Less than 30 mins after placing my order, I received a call from the florist informing me that the plant I ordered was not available, and could be substituted for another plant - I choose the Spathiphyllum - which costs, per their website US$54.99 - a difference of $42 - which I pointed out to the florist; his response was no - they both cost the same price. When I said that is not what your website said, I was informed that it was not his website, he is just linked to it like the thousands of other FTD affiliates. That sounds like a bait and switch to me - so I said I am going to cancel my other - to which he replied by hanging up. My birthday arrangement was so over the top gorgeous the women in my office were in awe and even the men were commenting and asking where they came from for future reference. I was looking for a florist to do the flowers for my wedding around April of last year. I went in and the man was on the phone being quite loud. He told the person on the other line to hang on and just looked at me like I was bothering him and finally in a very rude manner said "can I help you?" I received a floral arrangement that was ordered through FTD. The arrangement was left on my front porch in 90 degree heat. I was home all day and did not hear a door bell or knock. My phone number was written on the envelope but did not receive a phone call. Since I was not expecting the flowers, I found them Sunday afternoon. Apparently, the flowers had been delivered Saturday. I spoke with Keith Wheeler Florist. He was exceptionally rude, and told me, " it was not his responsibility to notify me of the delivery".... Tired of flowers-in-a-box, I researched a local florist for my mom's 97th birthday on Aug 30. My only request was a low centerpiece. I received flowers for my birthday from this florist. Upon receipt, I immediately noticed the flowers weren't fresh. The arrangement was poor; one side looked bare in spots. My daughter sent me a photo of what she ordered and this is not at all the same arrangement, though some of the same flowers are in this one.
