My niece recently married and my family chose to send flowers to celebrate their new life together. When I placed the order by phone, I requested an arrangement that would be full of pink, yellow and white roses along with a few purple flowers added. Because of my niece's and her husband's work schedule, I requested they be delivered at a 4:30 time. When speaking with Barretts, they assured that the order would be fulfilled as requested. Upon receiving the conformation email, I learned that the flowers were delivered at 12:04pm to the front porch. Also the picture of the arrangement in the email revealed only a few pink and white roses with a lot greenery. The cost was $174.90 and needless to say, I am very disappointed that what was sent and the time it was delivered was not what I was promised. read more
