Placed a delivery order to be delivered 1/27/25. On day of delivery I received a voicemail that…read morestated my flowers would not be delivered because someone was sick and the shop would be closed for the day. The lady that left a message truly sounded sick. And I felt bad for her. We all get sick and need to take care of ourselves for sure. And i understood and was not upset. But Certainly there is more than one person that works at the flower shop?? It would have been nice to be referred to another shop or a backup plan in place. As stated on the message my cc would be refunded and true to her word it was refunded. It was not a bad experience just unfortunate and I had to scramble to find another shop to help. With that said there was nothing that could be done and that was ok and I'm not upset. When you get sick it's out of your control. She called to let me know and refunded my cc. That was greatly appreciated!

I purchased an arrangement for my mother in law's birthday the same week of Valentines Day. I…read moreordered the flowers in person 4 days before picking them up. I saw a photo on line of the arrangement I chose ahead of time, but figured for $80, it should be a decent size. I was completely wrong. The arrangement was not much bigger than a mug style arrangement you could get at a grocery store and really not any nicer. I was very disappointed in the cost and let the store employees know. An employee there told me that the cost of everything has tripled and the vase I requested was $35 by itself. I found the same exact vase on Teleflora for $18. And the same EXACT arrangement with roses (there were no roses in my arrangement) for $50.99. I could have had the arrangement delivered for $30 less than what I paid at the store and picked up myself. On top of that, I said it was for a birthday at least twice. But she asked if I needed a card, and i said I would at least like that to be included, she gave me a Valentine's card. I should have looked before I left the store, but I am still very disappointed. I will not use this florist again.

My arrangement was ready at the appointed time but I was disappointed in the size and number of feature flowers (Asian Lilies) in the arrangement. When I picked the up the vase, I got an armful of cold water as the vase had been overfilled and I was given no warning. The spillage continued in my truck all over the console as I wasnt given a small box to carry the attangenment in as I have been at virtually every other shop Ive made a similar purchase at. I paid $90 out the door and it should have been closer to $60 given the small size of the arrangement and only two (2) lilies among all the other cheaper filler flowers. Two thumbs down.
