Wouldn't advise trying to resolve your issue through the takeaway and if you order on just eat just contact them for a refund unless you want to be called a liar.

Also, during busy times oil is clearly re-used when burnt as the food has a sour taste to it. When complaining to the management you receive a voucher at best, which is just ridiculous as handing in a voucher which tells staff that you were unhappy with the service you received seems like a recipe to have your food spat in. I went with my girlfriend and we had booked a table for two - so I was disappointed that our table for two ended up with us rubbing shoulders with a big party of people as the tables are arranged incredibly close to each other. Another reason for my relative dislike of the place is that the food itself was only mediocre in terms of both quality and quantity. If, for example, I order a portion of chicken wings, I expect to get more than 4 in a portion and for the size of each chicken wing to be bigger than errr a usb stick (only thing I could think of at that size hahaha). Finally, the staff in the place where very attentive - and that was the problem. They are ready to swoop in and take your plates away the very second you have finished your meal - even as your taking your last bite of food they swoop in and dont even ask if you have finished but rather just nab your dish. I did not like that. So overall, not a great place to go to, its not awful, its just that there are better places to go and have a chinese in the town. They do have offers on a lot where you can get a dinner time deal etc and their drinks are not as expensive as some of the other chinese restaurants in the town but these really are the only redeeming feautres about this place.
