It's a dry spicy chicken with a light flaky coating which isn't at all heavy like other Korean fried chicken. Pleasures of eating fried chicken without the guilt!!! I liked the snow cheese as well. The taste and quality of the chicken tasted exactly like the first time I tried them; nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. This place has been my go to for Korean Fried Chicken since they opened in March on the Southside in the parking lot of the Wash Factory. They recently relocated to the Northside on 96th Street and 153rd Avenue in the parking lot of the Ukrainian Youth Unity Complex and I couldn't be more excited; it literally is less than a 5 minute drive from my place!
