The server and host did not check the order before sending me home with my bag. when i arrived home, 30 minutes from town and realized the error, I called the manager, who was EXTREMELY RUDE and tried to blame me for the restaurant error after I purchased $230 worth of food at Boston Pizza Westlock. I was so upset I hung up and informed them I would be returning the food to the restaurant the next day and expecting a refund. The manager accused me of eating the two boxes of wings at the table when I only had soup because I had just had dental surgery and only ordered the wings for my family at home. Very poor customer service and the food was just OK. Very RUDE manager!

We stop and have Pizza for lunch and usually leave an order for Lasagna to be picked up later after we finish our shopping and business in town.It's always nice to have a great meal at home after a long busy day and Frank makes sure you have what you wanted.There are new items on the menu with four new Pizza my choices are usually old favourites,the Bread and Meat sauce with baked Spaghetti. The selection is smaller than you might find in a city, but they make up for it in originality and variety. How about three kinds of noodles? And Italian meatballs, prawns, chop suey, deep fried scallops and tempura fried fish. Those last two really impressed me, because they were both fried just enough to allow their delicate flavors and textures shine through. Someone paid attention. On their salad bar, you'll find a different variety of vegetable and fruit salads, alongside simple but excellent fruit slices like papaya, mango, and lychee fruit. Again, someone paid attention to the details, instead of just hacking up some tossed salad and a bunch of melon. I LOVED that they had sushi! It was simple stuff, mostly cucumber, avocado and shrimp, but it was beautiful and tasty--not going to complain! Desserts were simple, but there's something for everyone. Two kinds of cake, chocolate and lemon--I had one of each, plus the lovely custard. What I thought was really cool was the wide variety of ice cream they had available. They had the standard vanilla, but also mint chip, oreo and more. Service was superb. They are quick and soooo nice there. Excellent! I'm pleased with the whole experience. The poutine is good, my chicken tenders were decent (their Tropic Thunder sauce wasn't half-bad), but the gravy that came with the fries was amazing! Seriously, some of the best gravy I've ever had - I drank the leftover gravy like soup it was so darn good. While my experience hasn't been amazing 100% of the time, this is definitely a better-than-average place to get food.
