Wally's was a great pit stop on our road trip. The owner was very nice, very talkative and made some good jokes. Gave both of my kids a free ice cream cone and they said it was amazing! Honestly, this place has the worst quality food for the highest price. My family of 5 paid $70 for food I wouldn't want my enemy to eat. $10 for 6 mozza fingers? BK gives 6 for 3.99. Then the $8 Chicken Nuggets you only get 6 and they are not chicken. $11 regular donair and $13 super donair. Only difference, more lettuce on the super donair. Our mozza sticks and chicken nuggets tasted like whatever he cooked in the fryer last. Just absolutely gross and almost blackened. This guy shouldn't be allowed to charge this much for Kirkland nuggets, mozza sticks and whatever type of cat I ate on my donair. Stay away. read more

This place has the best donair pizza. Period. Its one of the few x-large pizzas you can buy where the box actually has some weight to it. It has optimal amounts of sauce, onions, tomato and most critically they put lots of donair meat. If you like donairs, pizza, or donair pizza this is the best donair pizza you can get. Drive right by.. save your money for food worth eating. Lazily made food with no thought for customer satisfaction. Cheap, low quality, thin processed meat for burgers and chicken options. Fries tasted and felt precooked and reheated for my meal. Coffee had to be microwaved - not kidding, it was served cold and I asked them to heat it up. I can't believe they have repeat, loyal customers. It was my third time trying their food in the past few years because I wanted to give it a chance, and each time was a waste of money. This is a very crucial stop when you are heading to Fort McMurray. Their Wally's burger and double mushroom cheese burgers are definitely at the very top of my favorite burgers list ever tasted. Staffs are very friendly and service oriented as well. I make sure I stop here every time I head time. Otherwise the trip would be considered incomplete. read more

We have spend years going to this place, and after our most recent experience, will never go back. The old guy that works there shouldn't be dealing with people, especially when you order kids meals for your kids, and are refused them because they aren't with you. I have never had worse customer service in my life. It used to be such a great place to go, and the service used to be so friendly, but whoever the people are that run it now, it's changed for the worse. Stopped in for burgers boyfriend was raving about this place for months so had to try it out. Well we placed our order mushroom bacon burger with onion rings and a clubhouse with potatoe bites. Our order was ready the lady asked if it was to stay we said yes so she proceeded to take our order out of the bag and boyfriend notices it's not our order the burger and potatoes bites are there but also a poutine and no club house. We told the lady that wasn't our order she asked what ordered and as we were telling her the guy came up and proceeded to tell us yes this was our order and when we said no it wasn't and told him what we ordered he began yelling at us that we were wrong we did order this and we calmly said no we didn't so he continued to yell at us. The lady tried calming him down saying we can just make the sandwich and onion rings but he said no. Said he was having a bad day and didn't need to deal with this. Took the food and thru it out refunded our money,we than asked if we could order our food again and he said no it will take an hour. So needless to say I never got to experience the food that is supposed to be exceptionally good because the guy was having a bad day and didn't want to correct our order all because he was having a bad day. And at no point did we get rude or raise our voices to this gentleman but he treated us horribly so because of this we will spread the word not to be stopping there due to the lack of respect shown to us. read more
