My daughter and I stopped at the KFC on 13th Ave S in West Fargo ND. OMG, never again. Filthy, flies, no one to take our order, we stood by the counter for several minutes and no one even acknowledged us, employees walking around with their butts hanging out, playing on their phones, they acted as though we were really bothering them. Once we received our bag of food and reminded the comatose employee that drinks were included with our meal we were unable to find a clean booth or table. We ate quickly and left as quickly as possible. Terrible experience. read more

The lobby is filthy with most tables dirty and in disarray. Garbages are overflowing. Food arrived lukewarm and they pretty much screwed up everything but the medium soda. Better options. Look elsewhere. read more

So I have been seeing a lot of advertising about KFC's new plant based chicken sandwich so I thought I would go get one and try it. I couldn't see it on the menu so I drove up to the window. The guy told me that they do not have the plant based chicken sandwich but they do have plant based chicken nuggets. I said okay I'll try those. Then he told me that even though they are plant based they are fried in the same grease as the chicken . So I could not get anything. Why is KFC advertising this plant based food for vegetarians when they don't really have it and what they do have if fried in chicken grease? It is false advertising and I am upset about it! I sent then a complaint and all I got back was a form letter that I could not even reply to telling me that they are sorry. Not even a hope that they will get the plant based food they claim in their advertising to already have or to stop contaminating the plant based nuggets with chicken grease. Which defeats the entire point of having vegetarian food. I feel like KFC just doesn't care about vegetarian's or helping the planet they just want to pretend to so they will look good to everyone else! read more

I sure appreciate the effort by staff to replace my order. When I called KFC when it seemed my door dash order was missed it didn't sound like they could do anything. I have been burned so many that I panicked. We had company and I was frustrated that our meal was missing. Our order did come after a few minutes. The door dash driver had selected our order as delivered when it was another In our area. He was very apologetic. Then after about 20 min our doorbell rang again and KFC had taken it upon themselves to replace the order. Food was very good also. Thanks everyone. read more

I'm only giving 2 stars because I like KFC chicken. This is the most poorly run KFC in the FM area. Yesterday will serve as an example: The buffet only had 8 pieces of chicken: 4 crispy and 4 regular. Nothing in the third tray. The regular chicken had soggy splotches and the breading was coming off. The extra crispy was so dried out it looked like cement. We picked through and chose the best of the lot. It was not refilled at all in the 30 minutes we were there. There was lettuce in the cole slaw. The mashed potato pan was almost empty and what was there was crusty and dried out. The first time we went there, food was similarly limited and when I asked the cashier if they'd be putting anything out, he snapped at me and said they were too busy to worry about that. There were very few customers but both garbage cans were overflowing. There were no forks on the supply table. The window sills by the tables were covered in crumbs and spilled food. That's three times we've gone and every time was a disappointment. If this were the only KFC I'd ever been to, I'd say it's the worst restaurant ever. Fortunately, there are other, well-run KFCs in the area. We'll be going to those other KFCs from here on out. read more

Disgusting place. I can't believe the health inspector hasn't shut this place down yet. Not one clean table in the joint, and the floor hadn't been swept/mopped in probably a month. Everything was sticky to the touch, from the cups to trays, to the back of the chairs. We had a few bites from our meals, and dumped the rest due to a lack of appetite. Make sure you have had your tetanus shot prior to entering. We won't be back. read more

Only the drive through is open, however I don't think the people in charge of the drive thru knew what they were doing...a order was taken and a car would move to the window...no other orders were taken until that was filled and the car left the window. Vehicles were backed up through the parking lot unto the street...after waiting 15 minutes and moving two car lengths, I left...will not return until inside is open for ordering/eating. Had better KFC experiences. There is a girl eating a bowl of mashed potatoes on the cook line while talking with other employees. The buffet was cold and most items were crusted over. I am sure they slowed down after lunch but not a reason to just let it sit. I love KFC. I hope this was just a fluke. read more

Ate here at around 1230 on a Thursday, not busy looking as we pulled up. Had to wait a few minutes for counter staff, turns out that a cook had to help us. Could see the kitchen while waiting, looked unkempt but nothing terrible based off my experiences working in kitchens. Salad area was picked over/messy, hot bar was messy, crusty and picked over. The chicken was nearly empty but lukewarm at best. Wife said her pop tasted like mold, and the she said mine did too. She couldn't even eat her food and after a couple of bites I was done as well. A huge rush came in after is as best as we could tell, there were three staff. One wasn't even in uniform, thinking he got called in to fill a spot but didn't have time to change. read more

Went to the drive thru ordered then waited for 15 minutes until i got to the window to be told that they are missing biscuts and 1 chicken tender. If all you sell primarily is chicken and biscuts how do you not have them? And why would you have me wait in line to tell me you dont have what i ordered? This store was disgusting! There was food all over the floors, counter tops and tables. There was garbage under the tables and seats. The food on the buffet looked like it had been there since 11 am (ate there at 5pm) there was snow up to your ankles outside. Nobody was working.
