They mixed our order up, missing item out of the meal & almost never include tissues in our takeaway box. they then give us an attitude for asking them for the missing items. Today, we asked them for the missing dipping sauce. The girl served us at the drive through window said "you didn't pay for the sauce" then shut the window & walk away. We had tried to contact KFC via phone to ask about this new price list on sauces & to complain about the service but no one pick up the phone.

I ordered the new "Mighty" burger (it's not that mighty) when I got it home I unwrapped it and it was very sloppily made (as usual) I took a bite and found the chicken was purple uncooked and veiny, I drove back to the KFC and spoke to the manager, she was in shock that they would make "such a horrible burger" she replaced it and I drove home, I unwrapped it again and the burger was definitely made better, I took a bite only to find the burger was exactly the same as the last one!! I am annoyed and not bothered to drive back out to the KFC again! I feel sick and recommend that everyone stay away from this KFC branch!!
