All employees were wearing face masks correctly. There were lots of signs enforcing social distancing. The employees made you drinks for you, rather than everyone touching the drink machine. Our cashier, Steele, was very kind and friendly. I was very pleased with the customer service. My meal was ready within 5 minutes. The chicken, fries, and wings were all cooked to perfection. Overall, I had a great experience at this Zaxbys, and would definitely visit again if ever in the area.

Uh no ma'am. I let her know that I had a mobile order and had waited for 10 minutes to no avail, then was ignored at the drive thru speaker. A coworker behind her let me know my order was right there, to which she apologized about the mess up. My fries were cold and all the ice in my drink had melted. They need to get it together at this location, better training, competent staff, maybe take a page from whatever the closest McDonald's is doing as they are always on point.
