I actually do not like this place because, the manager (Rita) was being very rude and want to have a nerve to use cuss words at us three women. The employees also was playing around too much. She lacks of professionalism, and she shouldn't work as a manager. Her employees already rude. They kept my mobile order sitting there for a little long time. And the manager as I mentioned above wants to pretend that my order was not in the system, (which she's lying). For one, the whole entire crew needs to be fired and replaced with people who care about people's food and hospitality, the food is not that good anyway. Absolutely horrible customer service, they claimed they closed early due to "striping the parking lot" but left all of their lights and signs on. We placed a mobile order and it went through just fine but nobody answered the drive through speaker even after 6 cars were left waiting for over 20 minutes. Finally we drove up to the window and waited for someone to walk by and they told us they were closed and were too busy cleaning to tell anyone they were closed or look at the cameras to see the line wrapped around their building. read more

Tonight is the second time in two months that I have gotten a rancid taco salad shell. There's nothing worse than rancid grease. It smells disgusting and is inedible!!! Gross!!! In addition, about two weeks ago shortly after 10pm, I placed an order only to be told there would be a 15 minute wait because they had run out of beef... How is that even possible??? Obviously there are serious managerial issues with this location!!! I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone! AVOID would be my best advice!!! read more

The customer service at the Thomaston Taco-Bell deserves less than one star. After waiting in a drive-thru line that was not moving for more than 15 minutes, I switched my mobile order to carry-out. When I parked and attempted to enter the store, a store employee locked the door literally in my face. I showed the employee that I had ordered on the mobile app and she just threw here hands up in the air and stated "we are closed" even though the sign clearly stated they were open until 8pm. All of this occurred just after 7pm. To top things off, this Taco Bell charged my account for an order that I never received and I am having extreme difficulty in getting a refund. I will never, ever spend another red cent at that Thomaston Taco-Bell and will advise everyone I know or meet to avoid this store. read more

Not to complain by any means but this place really needs some improvements. Starting with employees attitudes, as well as cleanliness. Every table I attempted to set at was filthy and no one showed any interest in cleaning any of the tables. I also ordered my usual chicken quesarito and the person behind the counter handed me a chicken burrito instead and when I went to inform them of the mistake, all they wanted to do was debate me on it. I went right before closing time and the worker didn't put my Doritos loco taco in the paper thing it's supposed to come in and it was too salty. My 5 later burrito felt way too liquidy inside and it made me uncomfortable to hold. Upside, he gave me free cinnamon twists, downside they were stale. read more

After my fiance got off work we went to taco bell and orders 1 taco party pack soft and 5 extra soft tacos and sauce. After we told them three times we wanted all that tacos soft after we got are food the taco party pack was all crunchy so we went back and found out that the lady messed up the order and gave them the box back. She told use to pull up and she give us the soft tacos after waiting i look in the box and it was all the same crunchy tacos from before. We gave back to them so we went back around to the window and told a different lady that we ordered soft tacos not crunchy that we got the same box that we just gave them back and that lady had an attitude with us and snatch the box out of my fiance hand and told him to pull up and got are food and she said that we need to make sure to say soft tacos next time witch we told them three times we wanted soft. We get home and there are suppose to be 12 tacos in the box but there was 10 tacos and we didnt even get are taco sauce. I will never spend my money here again. read more
