I should've listened to the reviews. This is the absolute worst KFC you can go to in the city. Where do I even start first of all you pull up and it looks like it's abandoned there's no sign of activity but sign is completely blank. The chairs are up. They have no side options except for mashed potatoes and the chicken doesn't look edible. I have to throw it away. I wouldn't even give it to my dogs. The staff is back there having a ball. We have been a few times in the past 6 months and every time they are out of chicken. The manger Maddy is not friendly at all her attitude sucks. This place needs to be shut down or place under new management. I also filed a complaint with corporate. Went in on 1/29/26 and was given a wing that was a miss cut and went back inside to trade it in for a different piece and Maddy Refused my request I had to beg one of the crew members to exchange the wing out after it was exchanged Maddy throw my bag on the counter. Easily the most poorly run fast food place I've ever been to. They've been out of chicken on three separate occasions when I've gone. One time the worker at the drive thru was so rude to my wife and I that we just left without getting anything. Staff was nice and pleasant. Ok experience overall. The Pepsi was out (bummer) but I settled for the Tropicana fruit punch. We had one issue where my husband wanted white meat, but they fixed it right away. Oh. Almost forgot, they forgot our cookies out of the $5 fill up box. The refund did not go though so the manager just went through the motions of taking the card and doing a refund apparently. I said I could wait for the next batch but the employee said it would be a wait of over 30 min since they haven't dropped the next batch yet. Called the KFC, my option give was to drive the 20 mins back, so I did because I'm not paying for half of my meal and not receive it. I suggested for the inconvenience that I be refunded the $8.99.
