Umm - I had a terrific experience! It was not a tale of two cities, but rather a tour de force as I displayed my "shocked face" four times, for four different reasons: 1 - not just that there's a bar (see also: Rock, living under), but it's a full service bar with 30 beers on tap. 30!!! And they support at least one local brewery, BoneSaw. Nice! 2 - service: the folks working seemed friendly and good at what they do. My bartender was Ki and exceptionally pleasant. She was patient and informative about all things BWW. Very attentive! 3 - pricing: I thoroughly digested the menu and any printed material in reach while imbibing. The prices seemed reasonable to me and on par with similar casual dining experiences. 4 - specials: I'm told this aspect of the business has been recently revamped. I am here for it! Half priced appetizers M-F from 3:00-6:00 and everyday after 9:00PM. Yay! Also, there are drink specials too (see pic). They seem to have specific day-of-the-week specials too! Check the website and app for any updates, because you know things can change. Heck - just call them before you leave the house! Sooooooo.... Don't be afraid! Give 'em a try at least once. I was totally pleased with my food, drink, service, and experience overall.

Good memories. So I'll admit it: I walked in with low expectations. My wife dropped me off while she went shopping. Word-of-mouth hadn't exactly sold me. It was freezing outside, and I figured I'd just kill some time. Turns out, I was wrong. The beer selection is huge. Not just long for the sake of being long, but a tap list that actually makes you pause and think about what you're ordering. That alone already puts this place on solid footing. Because of the cold, I kept it simple and ordered soup--and it was very, very good. Hot, comforting, and done right. No gimmicks. Just solid food when you need it most. House of Brews didn't just fill the space left behind--it improved it. I went in expecting not much and left pleasantly surprised. That's always a good sign.

When we found out that Dave's was opening a franchise in South Jersey we were so excited since that is where my family is from! We hyped it up to them and told them that they were going to LOVE it! When we were just home visiting, we got to finally try it out since they opened last year! The restaurant is very cool, plenty of tables, very open, and they even have seating outside as well! One thing we love about Dave's is the different art in each location, it's so cool to see how it changes wherever you visit! We also love that in every restaurant you can find a bit of their story from how they started in a parking lot in LA! We ordered the 2 slider meal with fries, one extra hot and one medium with cheese. We also ordered a side of mac and cheese as well as 2 drinks. The order came out pretty fast and the food looked delicious as always. We loved how fresh the chicken was and the perfect seasoning of the chicken to make it the correct spice level! The fries were amazing, as always and the mac and cheese was creamy! One thing that makes the slider the most perfect is the crunch of the kale slaw! It wraps up the flavor profile so perfectly! OH! And we can't forget to talk about the Dave's sauce. Get extra. You won't regret it! Overall, this is out favorite restaurant to get hot chicken from!
