Excellent customer service and the meal deals are so awesome! Clean and friendly! Food done promptly and again- the customer service is on point! We came back and this is now our Wednesday spot! TY KFC Sherwood!

Nothing but good things here! Melissa is "DA BEST". Sorry I missed her today! Service was fast. Waiting for my Chicken Pot Pie to cool down. Have ate here several times in the past, always excellent. Only 1 mistake. Fixed the next time I came back. Sorry your experience was not as good as mine. The temperature of the pot pie is as one would expect (30 degrees hotter then yesterdays at Beaverton ( not dissing, just saying!)

Beware of the Sherwood KFC, Do not recommend it! Experiencing retaliatory behavior from staff. TLDR: I had two terrible experiences back to back. Unable to finish meals. Food intentionally tampered with. Corporate sends the complaints to the store and then the store prints out the full complaint, name, and everything and posts it for all to see and remember the next time you order. The first terrible experience happened in Sept when they lost my online order, The staff were upset when I insisted that they remake the order without repayment. Then somehow crazy enough after I specified a couple of times for the sauce on the nuggets to be Honey BBQ it ended up being the hottest sauce they have available making my food inedible to me. It was a whole ordeal just getting the food remade, I was so upset about the whole thing I filed a complaint with Corporate. The Assistant Manager of the Sherwood location emailed me a week later telling me my complaint email was shared with the crew so they can improve. And to mention my name the next time I came in, they could discount my next order. I did not like this idea out of fear of retaliation, I felt as though the wrong sauce was intentional, because I refused to pay again for an order that they lost. Two months later I finally ordered again. I ordered via the app, Used my name like normal but I did not call the store or mention the discount that was promised, I just wanted to be able to enjoy KFC because my children love KFC Mac& Cheese. Well, that has now changed after they found yellow paper/hard pieces in their Mac & Cheese. My daughter almost swallowed it. See pics below. I again filed a complaint with Corporate but also went over to the store the next day and demanded to speak to the GM. Demanded to get the owner's name. Never got the owner's name, the same female who I dealt with the first order months ago tried to give me the store number saying the GM might be in later that day. I insisted that they call the GM so I could speak with them. She called someone who came in 5 minutes later. I do not believe I spoke to the GM or even a manager tbh. I showed them the picture below and she said "oh yeah that's a time tag it must have fallen in somehow" and then offered me a $5 refund. I mentioned my conspiracy theory and stated how this is the second time it seems like my food has been tampered with. She laughed it off. I asked again for the owner's name and contact information. She refused to give their info. At this point, I won't go back there again. I have zero confidence that food ordered under my name will not be tampered with.

Haven't had KFC in forever but I was craving a chicken sandwich. First off, the remodel is so nice. Everything is clean and has a nice layout. We ordered the kids meal for my daughter which she loved, and my husband and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Let me tell you, this was delicious. The generous size of chicken was large and tasty! This easily beats other fast food chains I've tried. I will be back.

Half-cooked, partially raw chicken. Pic doesn't do it justice. Blood was still runny.. and I ate most of it before noticing.

EFF this place! I'm furious!! I just got done puking my brains out from eating raw chicken! We were just served chicken that was raw inside. Ordered a bucket of chicken from the drive thru for a family movie night at home. Got home and proceeded to eat it. I didn't bother to look down until I had eaten two pieces already. Not to mention the lights were dimmed because we were having a movie night. But the texture of the chicken was a little chewier/more rubbery than I had been used to. So I flipped on the lights, and lo and behold, the fucking chicken is pink and bloody. SEE PICTURE Luckily we didn't eat the majority of the bucket. I'm definitely tossing it out. And I'm saving these bones to bring back to KFC to show them the bullshit that they served my family. I'll also be making a complaint with the department of health and with KFC corporate, because this is completely unacceptable! It's unacceptable and downright dangerous. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE I KNOW FROM EVER EATING HERE IF THEY VALUE THE HEALTH OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILY!

KFC had one chance to make a first impression, and they blew it. After reading a cheery story about KFC becoming a Christmas habit in Japan, we got nostalgic about being Southron Bucketheads, logged into KFC's system, and 100 minutes before closing, placed an order SH5FUW. Ha ha ha. Grubhub's driver called to say, half an hour before store closing, all the orders were 'shut down' with no explanation. Sucks to be her (no cash tip from us since no delivery), and sucks to be us (we don't get our Buckets). No explanation from KFC as to what happened; instead, they claim successful delivery (see screenshot, below). Sure taught us a lesson about trust, KFC.

Good food. Good price. Equivalent meal costs $5 more at BK/McD with an entree, two sides, and a drink.

Opening at 9 am on Saturday, this location of the famous Filipino chicken chain provides their…read morecomplete menu even for breakfast. It has been open for less than a year at their only Oregon location here at Hillsboro. On our last day in Portland, my wife, her mom, and I stopped in for fried chicken on our way to the airport. We were all jolly when we left. I've really come to appreciate the consistency of Jollibee's chicken fried chicken. Unlike some of their competitor's, where the chicken breading might be coming off because it has been sitting under a heat lamp too long, their chickenjoy breading is crispy and their meat juicy. All of us had already eaten breakfast at the hotel we had been staying at, so weren't particularly hungry. Thus, just got a 3 pc Cjoy combo meal ($18.49, no tax) with 3 pieces of spicy, dark meat chicken (2 drums, one thigh), a biscuit (fluffy and tasty), two sides (mash potatoes and fries) and fountain drink. It also comes with a cup of brown gravy, meant to be used as dip for the fried chicken. Brown gravy with fried chicken has become something I seek out now. The fries are very similar to McDonald's and the mashed potatoes to KFC. In both cases, that is a good thing. I got a pager and it went off about 10 minutes afterwards, so got up to bring the chicken back. They have a self serve soda fountain. It is expensive though for a fast food chain, with no value-type menu available yet. Fil-Ams are loyal to this chain, and seem to be OK with the slightly higher price. It will be interesting if they ever choose to expand, what they would do to draw in non-Filipinos.

Also, I asked for the half-and-half, but for some reason got all original wings, which was still really good but the spicy as far superior so I was a little disappointed. On top of that, my order was 15 minutes later when I got a text to pick up my order cause it was ready.

El Jefe Grill (Spanish for "the boss") isn't just another Mexican place for you to ignore, this is the real deal for street tacos and their signature fresh, mesquite grilled chicken. El Jefe opens at 8 am to tempt the breakfast crowd with giant burritos filled with bacon, sausage or chorizo. Come back for lunch and try the Taqueria side of the menu, all house made with fresh, quality ingredients, diverse fillings (birria, chicken, lengua, carnitas, al pastor (my personal fave) and even tripa). Along with flavorful salsas at the amazing salsa bar, El Jefe's preparation is simple and authentic. Our first visit we ordered the Whole Chicken Meal combo ($24): a whole perfectly seasoned and grilled chicken (cut up after grilling) with two sides and a pile of corn tortillas. We chose whole pinto beans & guacamole and chips. The chicken was fresh and we got one just off the grill. Juicy, tender, with perfectly charred skin. The whole beans were good but needed some seasoning, as did the guacamole. Plus we had enough for leftovers the next day. You order at the counter from the menu up on the wall. The place is small with a few tables inside but the outside seating area is covered and has heaters. I noted that the plastic panels can be removed for summertime when the weather is perfect for sitting outside. Everything is clean. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There's a small merch area where you can get an El Jefe T-shirt, travel mug or ball cap. Entrance is level, ADA accessible with no stairs or steps and your doggos are welcome in the outdoor area. Parking is easy and right outside the door. Definitely going to repeat a visit.

Prices - super reasonable - I can rationalize this instead of eating at home any day (thank you!)! Food was good! My husband got a chicken burrito; but with no rice or pico de gallo (he has the cilantro glitch) he said it was a bit dry. But I think that's his situation, not a general rule. I got the chicken tacos - they have all the sides and salsas you could ask for. YUM!!!! Beans and rice as a side - great! A two taco plate with rice and beans for $8. I'll do that any day of the week! I'd pass on the chips and guacamole in the future. Not needed. Thanks for a great lunch! And - we had zero samples at Costco and bought zero items we don't need!!

The only thing that makes me feel like I can't eat this on a weekly basis, is the oiliness that collects from the chicken?
