They frequently seem to get our orders wrong. Today's error was they gave us butter and honey for our biscuits, but they failed to include...the BISCUITS!!! I asked for an extra side of gravy (large)... Did not receive. I had to ask for one of my drinks that they forgot. Based on how much I was charged, I think I was even charged for what I didn't get. The employees seemed confused in the drive through today, which is not just today. I get it..fast food is a fast paced job, but still been disappointed in the service. I patiently waited 2 hours tonight for my order with KFC through uber eats, and I did understand since it holiday everything is taking longer, but finally after almost 2 hours when the driver arrived there, even though its 15 mins before they closed, KFC still went ahead and cancel my order. As someone who rarely eats fast food, this was about what I expected. I came in with a group, very hungry. We were greeted by classic rock, bright old style burger-joint decorations, a jukebox, and tired employees. Finding a GFDF menu option wasn't easy, and the people behind the counter weren't much help. I'd hoped their rice bowl could be modified, but when I told them about my allergies, they simply told me that their bowls have dairy, and hurried on. I ended up with a grilled chicken breast, green beans, and fries. When you've gotta eat, you've gotta eat. OMG! I have been spoiled by years of eating chicken from El Pollo Loco (the best). The chicken here at KFC is unbelievably greasy. More than 10 layers of good quality paper towels were needed to soak up the grease that oozed out when I heated it in the microwave. read more

I had a terrible experience with the kfc in sherwood. I would like a call back from a supervisor. They closed their lobby at 8:30 pm and asked me to go thru there drive thru. The times on windows said the lobby closes at 10pm. The manager said they closed the lobby because they were slow but they seemed busy to me. As I walked thru the drive thru in the cold they took my order, said proceed to the next window and your order will be ready. As I walked to the window the employee again asks me for my order. I said I ordered at the window and I had to tell him my order again. He even  said as I walked up "what are you here0 for". I then payed for my order and five minutes of waiting, they told me that they didn't have the items I ordered ready and it would take another 15-20 minutes. I then said if I wait inside I wouldn't mind but I'm not going to stand outside in the cold when the lobby is suppose to be open still. they refused. I spoke to Brandon and asked for a refund which took quite some time. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and would like to hear from a supervisor. The only reason this happened is because they were rushing to close and closed down the grills. This is not the first time I've been to this location and have this happen. The GM and DM should be notifed of this incident. read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Ordering our food at the drive-through, the staff taking our order asked, "do you need anything else?" in an exasperated tone after every.single.item ordered. When finished with my order, I asked for the order to be repeated back to me. The order taker with the microphone still on (I suspect it was deliberate) laughed loudly and then said nothing until I asked for the order to be repeated again. He repeated the order back to me in a snide tone. When I got to the window and asked why he laughed when I asked for the order to be repeated, his response was, 'you can get food at other places that are open.' I responded, "What?" and he replied back, "You are obviously offended. Go somewhere else." As we were driving away, I noticed in my rear view mirror that the customer following us was also upset with this person by the way they were throwing their arms in the air and shaking their finger at whomever was inside the window. It is already a strange and scary time for all of us. If the job is somehow so beneath an employee that they have to be unkind to customers, they should be quarantined from other humans for so many other reasons. I use to love KFC because you use to get a fair value for your money, but not anymore. I went into this location which I assume is just like them all. I ordered a $20 fill up of tenders and when I got the purchase home, I found the smaller bucket half full with small tenders. I do mean small and I do mean half full. There were 15 pieces instead of 12 but half full, I got ripped off. I am going to start getting my chicken at Safeway from now on. Safeway is closer, less traffic, good food, easy in and out, no down side. KFC just lost another lifetime customer. read more

Ordered a 3pc big box extra crispy. Over priced and bad tasting chicken with no service. Overpriced about 14 dollars for 2 chicken breast and scrawny chicken wing. Season was wildly crazy with one breast piece over seasoned with pepper (I like pepper, but...) and the other was like licking a salt lick. The wing was just a burnt cinder block. So hard it was not crispy. The roll was super small and over baked making it a contender for a hockey puck. I am not sure how to eat mashed potatoes and slaw with my fingers as there was no spork provided. Then I guess the mode today is to wipe your chicken greasy hands on your pants as no napkins were provided. What ppl say on here is true. They got my order wrong, they forgot the cole slaw. My two pieces of chicken were tiny and the biscuit was too. The container for the mashed potatoes has gotten very small too. I thought I'd give them a chance and they've blown it. How hard is it to fulfill an order? I live about 10 minutes away, so it's my go to place for a quick lunch. Decided to get some of their new Nashville Hot Chicken before the Super Bowl Started. I get home and realize I paid $16.00 for a 12 piece, and got 8 pieces...that is unfortunate because I am not going back since the game started , but I'm sure they'll make it up to me later. Long time Sherwood resident whose family has frequented the Sherwood Oregon KFC location through the years, even when they sold the nationally advertised ""$5 Fill Up" for $5.50. Stuck by ya'. You have now raised the 2 piece Fill Up to $7 but instead of keeping things the same in the meal you decreased the size of the mashed potatoes/coleslaw and shrunk the cookie. If my salary had increased 27% like your prices in that length of time I'd be thrilled! I'm voting with my paycheck and spending it at all of the other new food places in town. If you're going to raise your prices so drastically, the least you should do iis keep the food the same. And don't give me some excuse it came from the national level. You came up with a reason to buck national when it came to selling the FIll Up at a higher price. read more

Over advertised price ($5.00 - but cost $5.50) and day old chicken. I've eaten here and at other KFC's for years and we generally order original. The chicken served was dry skinned, tough skinned, dark colored, and kinda dry. I had dark meat and my wife had a breast. Not the KFC we are used to.
