placed an online order for our family, we went through the drive thru to pick it up, once we received our order half of our food was missing. (word of advice: always double check your order before leaving) when we went inside to let them know we hadn't received our full order there was a lady in the back who started raising her voice and getting frustrated because she fully believed she gave us our full order. once they finally gave us the rest of our food they still got it wrong and gave us crispy chicken instead of tenders. they didn't give us our sauce, napkins or spoons i had to go inside and ask for all of things they should've put in our bag :/ very horrible experience. read more

I ordered from here awhile ago on the app. Went to pick up from drive thru (during covid) and got screamed at the "THEY DONT HAVE AN APP" at the window. I asked for a manager and she screamed "IAM THE MANAGER AND WE DONT HAVE CHICKEN FOR YOU!" We did get that resolved with a call to corporate. But it's hit or miss whether you get a bucket of soggy chicken in a pool of grease or what you actually pay for to this day. Have some pried in the job you have to do. read more

Ordered the 8 piece tenders comes with 2 sides 4 dipping sauces. The girl getting order together three 40 ketchups in bag 15 sporks. Receipt said honey barbecue sauce. I got non as sge was flirting with purple hair pony tall. Added about 30 napkins s the ketchups were out in as an insult vecause her colleagues were giggling this store is a rip off with immature bottom feeders running it. Every time I come to this location I am continuously disappointed with the service. I always hope it will get better but the workers always seem to be in an awful mood and don't want to serve me my food with any enthusiasm. I'm not asking for much but even a little bit is good. This time going, the food was terrible. We were not given our cookie that came with our Famous Fill up Bowl, and our chicken was burnt and dry. Upon arrival to this Kentucky fried chicken I waited at the speaker for nearly ten minutes while there was not another car in line. When I finally did order my food the woman I spoke to was all but yelling at me. I ordered a famous bowl and specifically asked for a cookie (last time we were here they forgot it, and the spork) after driving away and checking my bag I found that there was no cookie. I drove back through the drive through and the woman who was visibly angry now shoved the cookie into my face. This would have been a bad enough experience on its own but there was more. I'm giving this KFC two stars for a few reasons. 1) It's fast food. Expectations are therefore, low. 2) The food is wildly inconsistent - which I'll go into during the main review. 3) The staff is typical fast food staff, young, immature, and annoying to listen to. 4) They run out of sides quite frequently, and 5) They have a "wall of memories." The first thing I'll cover is how often they run out of sides. On several different trips here, they were out of their mac n' cheese, potato wedges, biscuits, or coleslaw. One trip they were even out of the chicken. It takes them an incredibly long time to make new sides. If I had wanted to wait 20 minutes for mac n' cheese, I could've driven to the grocery store, bought mac n' cheese, and made it at home. It's fast food. Have it ready in a reasonable time. I can get real food in 20 minutes. Next, the staff. On my last trip it was more than 10 minutes before anybody bothered to take my order. I know this because after standing at the register for quite some time while the staff played a rousing game of "spray each other with water" I got bored and started timing. I would've walked out, but I really wanted chicken. Where was the manager? Probably playing grabass with the rest of them. They also have this super awkward "wall of memories" where they take (took? Haven't updated it in a while) pictures of people's pet's going through the drive through and pictures of customers as they ate their food. It's weird, creepy, and I can only imagine that the social stigma of being on that wall and getting recognized is just awful. The thing that gets me most is the inconsistent food quality. I always order the same thing. Always. One trip I get chicken that can be described as delicious. The next time, original recipe is burnt to a crisp. The time after that, the chicken is moist and wonderful again, and after that it's drier than a bag of sand. I would think that at this point KFC would have all their frying times down pat and wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. At this location, at least, they don't quite have the hang of it yet. The other problem with the food quality is once in a while something, somewhere, goes horrifically wrong. And by horrifically wrong I mean be prepared to be in a battle-to-the-death with your roommate fighting over toilet rights all night kind of horrific. In the interest of full disclosure, this only happened once, but it bears repeating as a grim reminder of what you may be in for (and it wasn't just me that got to participate in the all-night funfest that followed.) It was about 6 months before I dared return, to much better results (though the chicken was drier than a roll of Bounty.) All in all, it's KFC so you should know what to expect by now. I can't speak for other locations, but this one has issues. Hopefully others don't have them, or that damned "memories wall." read more

Every time I come to this restaurant I get stuck waiting 10-15+ mins just before ordering my meal, after that I wait another 5-10 for food to be prepared, I get it's a kfc and I shouldn't expect much but coming from working in food service it just amazes me how little movement is done in this store. Not to mention how frustrating it is to wait 30 minutes and then have your food come out cold, so i take my lose and Decide not to wait another 30 minutes to get a new sandwich. I hope for a better experience next time around but have yet to see it. read more

We do not have a local KFC within a 20 mile radius of our house. We stopped at this one as we were passing through. While the sides were ok, the chicken was excellent quality. The chicken tenders were tasty, also. The place was clean and has friendly staff. I was surprised with the options that are now available.
