Ill keep this short, AVOID this location. Why you ask, well simply because staff is unprofessional & they always manage to leave something out of my order, ALWAYS! If for any reason you must stop here make sure : You Check Your Order Before Leaving! Make Sure Everything You Paid For Is There. Parking is provided. read more

The last time I ate at KFC, I was 8-years-old. It was the Kernel's finger lickin' BBQ chicken that always kept me going as a kid. Feeling nostalgic and curious to try the new grilled chicken, I returned to this KFC after years of blazing foodie trails as a tween and adult. So, I order the 2 piece grilled chicken with slaw, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit, knowing full well I was not gonna want to move after this meal. Carbs were going to send me to nappy land. I ate the chicken but was so disappointed after eating it. I regretted pulling into the drive thru for rubbery, cold and tasteless chicken. I was expecting something close to Pollo Loco or Charo Chicken but got suckered into a $7.50 meal deal that just made me regret eating KFC all day. Arduous experience to say the least. Oh-well! I came, I tried and I won't be coming back. read more

Sometimes you need some Bird, some Original recipe KFC bird. You want all those original spices to have the dopest party ever, in your mouth. So if you rolled up to this KFC to make a simple transaction to get that mouth party started and you don't want to deal with drama. But folks, this KFC serves drama. Some might say, they serve more drama, than chicken. I have come here repeated times, and half the time I get good service, the other half I get Cranky McCrankerson at the window, giving me attitude or messing up my order. It's weird too, because it doesn't seem to ever be the guys, but rather the women who get all snippy. I'm half tempted to walk inside and start a therapy session. I'd hold up some fried chicken then ask gently "Where did the bad man touch you?" Then maybe I could have them doing trust falls next to the biscuit trays. So if you go to this place, you might have to verbally walk on egg shells. If they repeat your order wrong, don't be surprised if they deny doing so and raise their tone of voice in a manner that conveys that you are the crazy one. And when you get your food, be prepared to check the order and walk inside to exchange items. Also, they get really mad when you say "um you gave me a leg instead of a thigh, and I think you also gave me a double order of drama, cuz I'm pretty sure I only wanted honey mustard." read more

Talk about sticking it to the customer... This KFC has a new policy. All purchases now come with a $0.49 customer service charge. You can avoid the surcharge if you pay with cash or credit. That doesn't seem so bad, since most bank issued debit cards also function as credit cards (for purchasing purposes). But, here's the catch: They have bought new card reading machines that don't accept the credit card option on your bank card (the one that says VISA on it). So if you want to go to KFC, better hit the bank first, or break out that AMEX card. Otherwise you'll have to be the chump who pays extra for "customer service." BTW: It's not the $0.49 amount that bugs me. It's the practice, in general that pisses me the F--K off!! read more

I have given this place MULTIPLE CHANCES, far more than it deserves.I have never received a complete order, something is always missing! 1st time it happened, I said no big deal, it was a busy time for them, probably honest mistake. 2nd time, I checked it & it was missing the biscuits, but the line was so backed up I didn't want to be "that person" holding up the line, I know people want their food and to just go homeoh and they didn't close my container so I had spicy/oily sauce from my food dripping everywhere in the bag. 3rd & last time, of course missing items again ( I didn't check the last time in good faith that those 2x were just honest mistakes) BUT now I know they are just careless workers. Not a fan of this location. Reached out to corporate and one reply after that never heard from them again. read more

If I could give this location NO stars, I would!! My husband and I went in thru the drive thru and couldn't have had a worse experience! The Bad: - when we got to the order box/speaker we had to wait almost 5 minutes to order. - no bucket drinks - no butter or honey or napkins in bag, when asked for them we were asked to come inside... Unacceptable!!!!! - after all this mess, our order was missing an item! We had to go all the way back to pick it up ( again unacceptable!!) - gravy was WAY too watery with NO flavor! -Mac and Cheese was burnt -The chicken was extra greasy and gross The Good: - nothing to recall This is the worst KFC I have ever been, it should be shut down and have someone from corporate come in and retrain these employees!! Because, obviously the current management is a huge FAIL!!! read more

Good food on the pricey side. The display on the menu makes it seem huge. They got rid of the dollar menu which was good. They run out of sauces. read more

Caught these guys at the end of a bit of a rush today I think, so overlooking most tables needed wiping (which got done very soon after we sat) and employees a bit rushed catching up. Waited a LITTLE long to order no biggy, but got a thigh on No. 7 instead of advertised breast and had to ask for butter for biscuits, sauce for dipping tenders, and straws (which looked amazingly like McDonalds'! And of course, to be let into the restroom! New menu set-up w/$5 Fill-up meals pretty good deal though. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Do not ever go to this place. They have the most incompetent employees I have ever come across during my lifetime. Service is horrible here as the employees (Raquel & Esperanza) have no idea what they're doing there. I wasted so much of my time here because they couldn't get the order right and forgot my orders. Long story short, as a customer this place Is the worst. I'd rather pay so much more money to go elsewhere than here. read more

Staff was friendly also gave me extra BBQ but my food was cold and that affected the taste, I placed a order drive thru 40 minutes after they opened the Mac, popcorn nuggets and biscuit were all cold read more

This place will be hearing from the BBB and KFC corporate. I was on the phone with my mother while she was going through this KFC's drive-thru waiting to place her order, she told me to hold on while she placed her order, but I could hear everything. My mother frequents this place and always ends up placing her order in spanish because the reps usually speak spanish. This time she went ahead and started with "Por Favor me podrias dar" (Please could I get).... when she was interrupted by the KFC employee on the other end by the name of Linda who responded "Speak ENGLISH we are in CALIFORNIA!" (with an extremely rude tone). My mom asked "What the heck?" to which the employee Linda responded "C'mon we're in Cali, learn to speak English!". My mom offended, proceeded to place her order in ENGLISH! I heard all of this while I was on the phone with her. The employee was chuckling as my mother was placing her order and proceeded to the next window. My mother is an American citizen and speaks ENGLISH AND SPANISH. There is absolutely NO REASON why this kind of behavior should be tolerated, and no reason to why ANYONE should be spoken to in that way. When my mother approached the window to receive her order, which she was planning on taking, she was greeted by an employee named Alex (female), whom she asked if she was the one who took her order. Alex said NO and out popped the person who took her order and instead of apologizing to my mother she said "Well I don't speak spanish!" my mother responded "there is no reason for you to talk to me like that" and drove off. This kind of behavior is obnoxious and it's incredible that such a huge corporation like KFC who has been around for so many years, allows people like these to represent their company, ruining their reputation. As a business owner I would look at this place and wonder, "why does it have 3 stars?". As you are to imagine, this is the last time KFC receives business from my mother, myself, my family and anyone who we come across and share this story with. In the meanwhile we will be filing complaints with the BBB, KFC corporate and any other way we can, it was offensive, racist and embarrassing, considering everyone on the street and the cars behind my mother could here this rude employee. read more

Always easy to order here with the friendly staff and very quick and efficient with their work. Inside is always clean as well.

Apparently asking for a cup holder and a question deserves a eye roll and your food practically thrown at you when going through the drive thru. It's KFC so you go for what you like but the lack of customer service and direct rudeness at this location is astounding read more

Probably the most incompetent people working here. Ordered through the drive thru and it was repeated to them at least twice and they repeated the order back but it's like they forgot to put it in the bag. Drive thru is the worst! Staff is mediocre. Never eating here again. Quite honestly don't recommend it to anyone. You're better off starving then being upset by the time you get your food wrong and cold! read more

The staff is very nice, but this location is not stocked properly for the volume of customers they serve. The management needs' to do better. Me and my co-workers visit 2-3 times a week, so I was very upset they did not have any Pepsi, not regular, diet or cherry. read more

I was craving spicy fried chikin an ad not if good spots in Pedro so I settled for KFC. I had the Louisiana spicy strips before. This place failed to hit the mark. Horrible Restaurant went one night on my way home and got a 20 pc hot wings and got home to find they were old and hard. So after that I stopped going there. Well yesterday I wasn't feeling well and that's what my daughter planned on getting for dinner so I asked if she would ask them to cook a fresh batch of wings. Well she got home and all they did was re-fried wings they had already cooked. I don't plan on ever eating here again. I don't have money to waste on something I'm not satisfied with! read more

Ok people..... We all know KFC has been around for approximately 86 years or so.... That being said we've seen the ups the downs the good the bad the fake mashed potatoes the fake gravy the OK chicken throughout the years.... That all being said every once in a while I get a hankering for the fake mashed potato flavor that KFC provides even though I could go get potato buds from the grocery store and make them myself I prefer to go through the drive-through at KFC and get them from there. Anyhoo, tonight for the first time I dared to be different and on top of getting my random once in a while fake mashed potato order I threw in some popcorn chicken...... I have no words except for are you kidding me KFC ???? Do you just take balled up flavored flower and deep fry it and put it in a bucket and sell it for God knows how much ???I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that I tried/attempted to eat the entire box of them just to determine whether or not there was in fact any REAL chicken in any of those supposed popcorn chicken bites.... I mean come on KFC if Chick-fil-A can offer popcorn bites and nuggets(that actually contain REAL chicken) you guys should be able after all of these 80 something years to pull together a little bit something better than that seriously disappointing fake mashed potatoes fake gravy and fake popcorn bites come on !!! For the love already..... not to mention I ordered a small order of mac & cheese that was extremely overly salty and oh I don't know maybe 4 tablespoons full in a teeny ass container really do you guys worry about people's blood pressure when you serve the stuff ???? I honestly do not know or understand how the health department has not shut you guys down yet or put you out of business because y'all are horrible.... read more

I had not been to a KFC in over ten years! I get the #6. At first everything went good but then I started noticing the mistakes. There was food and/or condiments missing (yes I need butter), the time to get food took a long time, etc. Gradually over the last few months the chicken tenders have gotten smaller. Now I'm getting 50% less of what I had ordered before. Last time they forgot the cookie and NOW i'm putting my foot down. It will be another ten years til I come back. I shouldn't have to pay and try so hard just to get the correct order. read more

June 9th 10pm.... out of chicken. AND not planning to make any more because they "close soon." Wow. Dont come here. A chicken place that's out of chicken. Ordered some extra crispy chicken here and the chicken wasn't extra crispy. It was extra soggy. No crispy whatsoever. It was like they added the extra but put too much soggy into the transaction and threw the crispy out of the building. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back. I will be visiting an el pollo loco, churches, or a Popeyes from here on out. Hell I'll even go to pioneer chicken in bell gardens over this spot. Very very unfortunate. RIP KFC. read more

Wow. Just wow.... gimme a sec to gather my thoughts....... ok, so if the staff could get any more rude, or could care less, we would be in new jersey. They are terrible, and can BARELY mutter bits of english here and there. As far as the food goes, I've never had a more soggy, wimpy piece of chicken in my life, and cole slaw that was all liquid, like it had been sitting for a few months. No way, tear this place down and put something worthwhile. read more

Headed to the beach with the family and decided to get some KFC from this location. Big mistake... we had to park on side to get the order even though we were the only ones in the drive thru, and they still messed up the order. I was really craving kfc and these bad reviews had me worried. I went through the drive thru. I ordered chicken strips, mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was great. Excellent for a fast food place. The biscuits were warm, soft, and delicious. Recommended if you need something fast in the area.

I've held off from writing a review for years. But I've had enough. The food is good, I've only had yucky chicken once and they are very fast. Apparently too fast! In the last 5 years we've gone 2-3 times a year. Every. single. time.... something is wrong or missing. I literally have to take a full stock inventory before leaving and every. single. time never the right order. Get it together! read more

Love their biscuits and potato wedges (when fresh) but wish there was another option in the area for fried chicken. Still KFC is consistently KFC, and that's a good thing. Never had a problem with the service, only complaint is the parking at this location can be a challenge (and I hate to use the drive thru.) If I can't find a place to park, I don't stop. read more

This is the nicest KFC I've been to in a while. I'm not sure if they've started to update their restaurants. Anyhow, floors, beautiful. Tables, seats, walls, lighting, everything looks as fresh as the food I received. Lately, some KFCs have been serving me extra greasy original, that's okay, I like grease. But, here, the chicken looked exactly the way it did in the pictures. It wasn't mushy, it wasn't dry, it was perfect. Also, plenty of windows, very comfortable. I will definitely come around more, when in this part of my route. read more
