Adj: Fresh In-N-Out…read more- a California classic. We're really blessed to have so many locations all over the state and even in our city/metro. This is the newer location on Del Paso Blvd in North Natomas. I prefer this one over the one on Truxel Blvd which get traffic-jammed at the entrance of the shopping plaza. This one is just much easier to get in and out of. The staff are friendly and hard-working. It is always nice to see young people (hard to admit I'm not one of them anymore, lol) with good work ethics and positive attitudes. In-N-Out sure does hire good people to deliver excellent service. The ambiance is the same as others, except I'd say it's quieter and more relaxed at this location compared to the one on Truxel and they're not that far from each other so that I definitely prefer to go a little further into town and dine here instead of the original In-N-Out in Natomas for a more pleasant dining experience. Overall, I really do enjoy most In-N-Out restaurants and hope they will continue to expand and grow, they do so much for the community with their non-profit work helping trafficked children and other outreaches too. It's nice to know when our dining and enjoyment here also helps others, especially children and women in need.

We ordered 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks, but our Flying Dutchman was made incorrectly. We were also charged additional money at the second window because an item was missed at the payment window, which should've been caught earlier in the process. On top of that, we waited around 30 minutes, and when the employees called out orders they spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand them. The environment felt rushed to the point where we felt pressured to just say "yes" and move along instead of being able to properly confirm our order. We also asked for sauce packets and never received them. To make matters worse, we later discovered hair in another one of the burgers, which completely ruined the experience for us and raised concerns about cleanliness and quality control. I understand fast food can get busy, but accuracy, communication, cleanliness, and customer care still matter. I'm not upset over one simple mistake -- it was the combination of multiple issues and the rushed interaction that made the experience extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and works on slowing down just enough to ensure customers feel heard and orders are correct. Considering the multiple mistakes and inconvenience, I would also appreciate some form of accommodation or reimbursement for the experience.

I actually almost decided not to eat there which I'm really glad I did not because the food is really good The chili cheese fries I would say it's probably my favorite. The cheeseburger was great. I couldn't even eat it all very filling. It looked small. At first I will say looks can be deceiving. The one thing I would say is the chicken tenders for children for the kids meal is very tiny. That was disappointing. Their milkshakes are amazing. My grandson got one of the new ones and he was super happy with it. Food I would give a four out of five service I would give a three out of five I am going to rate this place of four although I feel more like a 3.5. I however, believe everybody has the opportunity to grow. I will say my grandson said the chicken was good which makes me happy. My photos make the chicken look a lil bigger than it is. Keep in mind when you come eat here it does take a little bit, but the food is fresh. I will definitely be back for these chili cheese fries, and I want to try some more stuff on the menu.

So I finally ask about my order and they either misplaced or forgot all about it because all of the staff asks one another what happened to it. A couple minutes later, they hand me my order. It was filling but lordy, half of it was jalapenos. I mean, I asked for jalapenos but half the damn burrito was jalapenos. In the photo are all of the jalapenos I had to take out and I still have acid indigestion from the amount I did eat. Kind of a bummer since it's close to work, but if they cannot figure out their mobile order system I don't want to come back. Each one had a teaspoon of beef, carefully rationed like the cook was paying for it out of pocket. I've seen more meat stuck in a keyboard. Calling these tacos is stolen valor. Everything tasted like it was assembled by people who hate customers, hate their job, and possibly hate Taco Bell itself. This place isn't fast food. It's slow disrespect. The worst Taco Bell in the nation and it's not even close. Other Taco Bells should apologize for being associated with this one.

A lot of their locations have closed, but the one on Northgate, the one we used to hit throughout high school and college, was still standing. The menu looks different now, more customizable and cleaner. I ordered a small OG Kiki's fries with ranch and mango habanero, a guilty pleasure wing flavor, and I was honestly surprised by how good it was. It came out fast, just like you hope at a place like that, and the service was good. It is not inventive or stunning or anything like that, but it does the job. If you are craving it, then you are craving it. It even feels like the quality is better than it was back in the day, so maybe downsizing their footprint was the right move and they are focusing on getting things right. And truly, who does not love a bowl of fries, chicken, ranch, and mango habanero sauce. It sounds glorious, especially if you have indulged in some extracurriculars beforehand. Well done, Kiki's.
