Arriving back in Sacramento very late at night, there was a limited amount of fast food restaurants that were open. I'm not sure why, but Wienerschnitzel has always been one of my fast food guilty pleasures, especially when they have their coupon deals. There were (3) customers ahead of me in the drive thru, but surprisingly there wasn't a huge wait. I got the 2 chili dogs, 2 corn dogs & chili cheese fries for 10$ (coupon). I am unsure if there was only one staff member working that night but it definitely appeared that way. That being said, kudos to the staff member as I could see she was making sure to get the food out to the customers quickly and with a smile. And with a lot of condiments in the bag (when I forgot to ask ha!) Thanks! read more

Man I need everyone to listen real close when I tell you that the best deal in fast food is right here at Wienerschnitzel! 2 chili dogs 2 corn dogs and chili cheese fry's for 8 dollars! I know given the current state of this country I'm prone to believe just about anything but when my cousin told me about the deal while we waited in the lobby I had to take my ass outside to take a gander at this poster! It must have been what Moses felt when he gazed upon the burning bush and heard the almighty speak. This meal did more than nourish my body it gave me hope, hope for my country hope that a dollar can still go far and most importantly that god is still present and cares and loves us. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. This Sunday skip church and find your spiritual experience right here at wienerschnitzel! read more

It's been years since I've been inside of a Wienerschnitzel. The one I frequent is in south Sacramento. I came to this one and was shocked at the difference. This place is 100x cleaner and better. They close at 10pm and I got inside at 9:30. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me out but he was super nice and cool. The food was better and fresher than other locations I've been to. If I'm ever craving wienerschnitzel again I think I'll make the 25m drive to this one. They have a big parking lot and is right off the freeway. read more

Jessica helped me in the drive-thru today, and I just wanted to recognize her for the excellent service she provided. I think the customer before me had upset her, but she handled it with grace and professionalism. Despite what she had just experienced, she was still incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. I know it isn't easy to continue providing great customer service after dealing with a rude customer, so I wanted to say thank you, Jessica. Your kindness and positive attitude didn't go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate you! read more

I've tried multiple Wienerschnitzel's and this one is just as tasty and the staff is great as well as knowledgeable about the menu items they offer to guests. Their drive through is efficient and effective as well as walking inside the restaurant to order the food and possibly hangout in the restaurant to eat with friends or family members. Worth dropping by for some good food. read more

Waited in line for 10 minutes (they were abnormally busy as they were doing the free meal for Veterans Day) and I ordered 2 dipped cones. Paid and then waited some more. The lady said, "it's broken. I need your card for a refund." No apology and she seemed cold. I politely told her I had waited a very long time and asked if I could have a free drink for my time. She said' " we don't do that here." Zero customer service. Won't be back. read more

This was by far the worst experience! I went for national corn dog day and was rudely told they don't honor the one day only promotion but my email promos show the Natomas address. So I added another coupon meal. The chick with the pink tattoos behind her ear was beyond RUDE while I was ordering. When she opened the window she told her co worker she had to go and then said my order was $50. I showed her my coupon bec remember my first promo wasn't honored She said I didn't order the items for the coupon. I told her that's the first thing I ordered and I told her I had a coupon and told her what it said and the price. She read my order which was NOT the coupon items so here we go again when I told her I wanted to add the missing items to use the coupon I already told her about she said- oh I'm sorry we can't add anything at the window So you re already making my meal. You LIED about the promo and then got my Order wrong and you think I'm paying $50! If you hate your job quit. I went to the other location and was told that franchise in Natomas accepts the same promos so she was lying and rude and lost a customer I was able to use my Coupons, food was hot and fresh and I paid $32. Lose the chick who doesn't want to work! With this inflation I would think every customer counts. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on incompetent, rude and downright ugly attitude people! If I could the rating would be ZERO stars!!!!!! read more

Seems 10+ year old reviews vanish thanks to Yelp these days. I had one for this place. Gone. They run coupons all the time. I discovered W when moving here and have always liked their chili dawgie dawgs. The staff here is decent to nice. Not as cheap as they used to be with coupons. My daug and I hit it up usually 2-3x in the summer. read more

The lady at the window was as sweet as could be, DW is very lucky to have her. Unfortunately, the basic TINY chili cheese dog and the TINY corn dog was a joke for $3.99+ each. Not only were they tiny, they did not taste fresh. The hot dog bun was hard and smashed into the bag and the corn dog looked the sized of partial kids meal for a 3 year old. I ordered 2 corn dogs, 2 chili cheese dogs and a small root beer float and my bill was $22.00. What a rip off, I'll never go back. I was totally disappointed by the food. I wish I took pictures. read more

Horrible. Both hot dogs inside the chili dogs were burnt, shriveled and hard. I only ate one bite before investigating and that evening I got sick. Never again. What did I do to deserve being served this..... I'm over my craving and affection for this place. read more

Drove through the DriveThru at 10:30pm while what I seen was two workers they totally ignored me while I sat at window both had headsets on so I know they heard me at the speaker. I tried to go inside but they locked the doors and both just stared at me and walked away to the back. Not sure Why both drive through and done in our closed if they close at midnight and drive through at 11:00pm. I always have bad experiences with workers at this restaurant.. read more

So I go to Wienerschnitzel in Natomas and order two hotdogs with mustard onion and relish and she says 2 relish dogs. I say with mustard and onions ? And she says that what we call a relish dog. I have been to this site many times and have never heard of it called a relish dog and I said don't forget the onions and mustard. So what do I get? A hotdog with relish only. Dumbass. read more

If you go to this location please be careful & do not fall for the banana in the tailpipe. I pulled in here on a whim because I was in the area, had not been here in awhile, didn't really want anything else that was I. The area so I decided on weinerschnitzel. I was offered a special where the number 1,2 & 4 combos were $8.99 so I accepted & asked if I can have all beef & was told yes but it would be an additional cost & I was asked what size & I said large, never being told mine you that it was an additional cost for that, so when I received my total it went from $8.99 to $19.13 I was charged $5.99 for the drink (which the combo price was suppose to have included) and an additional $2.00 for the all beef dogs & another $0.60 for the large fries. Thanks for the value guys but I'm good on coming here anymore. read more

Well yeah they are expensive if you don't have a coupon. They always mail out coupons! Hubs had late night craving on our way home and I worried about not having a coupon! Yep that craving led to spending nearly $20. The coupon seriously saves you at least 30% or more so I do think that the prices are increased for that reason. I like their chili a lot. Its not too thick and has a good flavor. They're my favorite fries even over McDonald's. It's pretty much the only place to come for a chili dog. Service was friendly. Wait time in drive thru a little long but everything was made fresh to order so I didn't mind. I still like my wiener and I will return... with a coupon! read more

Chili cheese fries are always great until you find a hair mid way through eating them, not even on top..

All we wanted was ice cream. Went through drive through for a sundae and soft serve. This Wienerschnitzel/Tastee Freeze has no ice cream! Of course, since we are in the drive through, we had to wait until all the cars go through to get their food! read more

Lobby was dirty- gnats buzzing around Ketchup dispenser as it dripped onto the floor. Wait staff was friendly & service was prompt. Kraut Dog was good. The worst service ever. Racist, rude. Unprofessional. Went here on Sunday evening 7/28/2024. The boy at the counter took over 10 minutes to acknowledge us, didn't know how to accept coupons or any online offers so he goes and get some old ass women from the back that didn't know her asshole from a hole in the ground. I exit the store to make a phone call while my husband stayed seated at a table, still trying to decide what other eating places are in the area. They was both so racist that they started talking shit saying that they didn't feel up to servicing us, not realizing that my husband was still there. He got up from the table and announced that he heard it all. They both turned red and was at a lost for words. He came out and told me what had jus happened so we decided not to order from here because they might spit in our food. So please do yourself a favor and don't bother to stop here. read more

Third time that they are not serving ice cream. Funny thing is it's always at 8 pm with the same guy working.

Visited on 10/6 about 2 PM. Fantastic service and food. Checked the website to make sure it it was open before heading over. Got there at 10:05, the website says they're open til 11. Yet we arrived at empty, dark Weinerschnitzel. Unfriendly drive through staff. No hello, no thank you, no smile. They goof up your drive through order, then lock their lobby so you can't go in and get it fixed.
