I love the jalapeño poppers. They are one of my favorite things and Jack-in-the-Box I go to unfortunately it feels like sometimes they've been cooked already and they're not fresh. I love the taco deals and I'm noticing they have other deals as well that I didn't know about unfortunately though sometimes the service is not as great. read more

Damn this chicken sandwich looks nothing like the picture on their menu. It is dry, thin and to crispy. Damn it's so hard I just threw it away. The fries were nice and hot. The employee was was nice. Time to start cooking my own food. read more

Wow after my last review I spoke with the manager and she made it right. After tonight, I will not be coming to this location again. This was the last straw. My pickup time was 8:15pm I arrive at 8:05 and there were two cars in front of me. Instead of parking the first car, we sat in line for 15-20 min. I get up to the window at 8:28, the curly head young man had an attitude when he tried to charge me and I told him I paid online. Of course when I get home my food is cold again and I live 3min away. I love Jack in the box but this location sucks and im done, I can't do it anymore. SHUT IT DOWN OR GET IT TOGETHER. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED EVERYTIME. read more

This is the WORST Jack in the Box in all of Sacramento!!!! Service is horrible, foods always cold, and you'll wait at least an hour if you decide to go through the drive through (wait about an hour in a half if you decide to go in store to order). Avoid going to this Jack in the Box if you can, and go to the Northgate or West El Camino location instead! read more

It is the only Jack in a Box in the area, and I usually like having my nightly tacos and chicken sandwiches. The are may be a little sketchy. There are homeless people with ran down vehicles parked on the side of jack in the box. I did a mobile order and rolled by to the jack in the box window. I asked if i could get more buttermilk and the cashier gave me a long weird pause and looked at me like I did something terribly wrong. I, again, asked for buttermilk and she handed me buttermilk and demanded 50 cents. It felt so disrespected and disgusted the way she handled this. I have no issues paying more for it but the disrespectfulness was not needed. All she had to say was sorry, but I will have to charge you for extras. I highly recommend some customer service training. This has made me not want to come back to this Jack in the Box. read more

Rude customer service! The way they work they don't greet you. They don't say thank you after you get the food from them. My guess is that they don't appreciate the customer. read more

Black lady in the drive thru on 3-11-2026 at 3:20 pm was VERY RUDE acted bothered because I was ordering , I asked if she could blend my shake more when they make it & she said "I guess" , "will that be all ?" Me : "yes" Her: "pull forward " smh Definitely won't be Back Very unprofessional whatever problems you got leave that shii at home ! read more

I received the wrong item with my order. Instead of the double Jr. Jumbo Jack that I specifically ordered, they gave me a chicken sandwich. This was not what I requested, and it caused some confusion and disappointment. DO NOT GET DOORDASH FROM HERE read more

Gotta love comfort food! I arrived in Sacramento a little after midnight, and knew that my options would be limited. No worries because a childhood staple was open! I am 100% a loyal fan of Jack in the box, and think that the food is delicious, freshly made, and most importantly: cheap! We ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese, 2 tacos, & a 3 piece jalapeño poppers. Total was less than $8 and my mom made the comment that it was way cheaper than what she expected for the amount of food we received. None of these items made it home on the 5 min drive as my dad and I inhaled them. read more

Walked into this place of business 9/07/25 at around 8 pm there is 4 employees working one in drive threw and two making orders two males and one female... no one greated us as we stood at the counter the female employee was making herself a meal still not greated smh ‍ one of the young men finally after 4 mins said I'll be rite with you the site is dirty I had to take napkins and clean the table which has food and pickles in the set the soda machine is out of ice and more then haft the sodas are out has to get our drinks made for us behind the counter they can truly do better honestly one of the young men was polite whom helped us yet that young lady needs to know it's not okay to be cursing in front of customers while she is on the clock and in uniform this lobby should have been clean there was four staff visable not being a total B word yet you guys gotta do better read more

The people who assemble / take orders here are either idiots or thieves. When you order 18 pc wings, they only give you 12 pc. When you order 12 pc wings, they only give you 10 pc. I waited 15 minutes to get to the drive in window and then another 10 minutes to get my food and the order was wrong! Did the manager only schedule one person to work? I have never had a fast food experience this slow. Moreover, the food is way over priced. Look at their reviews. They tell you all you need to know. read more

Horrible experience at this Jack n Box. The guy and girl working at the drive through on 05/25/25 at around 8:15 pm were rude and completely miserable people. Our food was cold and they missed part of our order. Will never go to this jack again! Looks like I'm not the only one complaining, they have a long list of bad reviews. Looks like they need to get new staff! read more

I went to pick up something quick and out of the 4-5 different items I got, everything was cold/not good. I felt like it wasn't fresh and maybe a couple of hours old. I wish I could say something was good but honestly it wasn't. Really disappointed. They even made me park (which means it'll be fresh sometimes?) but I was wrong. There were no cars in front or behind me so I wondered why the food wasn't fresh but I think they just made it early and gave it to the next customers. Probably won't be back here. read more

The food is disgusting. Went through the drive through for a quick bite and the fries were covered in crumbs from other food (probably fried in the same oil). The tenders were still raw/frozen on the inside and inedible. We have been coming in for years and recently it's gotten so bad we will never be back! If this review does anything, I hope it nudges the staff, manager to make sure oil is cleaned regularly. I'm sure a vegetarian wouldn't appreciate having chicken tender crumbs on their fries. read more

This Jack in the box is always missing an item on the menu ‍ I'm not sure if this Jack in the box is just in high demand or their inventory person is not doing a good job ‍ but at the same time it's Jack in the box, a very popular fast food chain with great food options I do feel that they are fairly slow as well, there always a line at the drive thru but I love the fact that they are about the online food option in the area after 11 pm outside of In n Out and Del Taco read more

Not open 24 hours despite what everything says. Was counting on breakfast to avoid airport food. Don't count on this spot.

***WARNING PLEASE READ*** This is the worst Jack in the box ever. The employees are always rude, lazy and mess up your order. What really brought me here to review this place is because I want to WARN others to double check your order ESPECIALLY if you are a type one diabetic. We ordered a DIET DR. PEPPER and after a couple drinks my boyfriend began feeling extremely sick instantly. We then tested the soda and this place gave him a regular soda. Had we not had these test strips and if my boyfriend finished the entire soda he would have been in the hospital in a diabetic coma!!! We are currently now dealing with his dangerously high blood sugar. Never going here again. Also wanted to mention that they forgot items that we ordered as well. read more

Quick & kind service. The sausage & egg croissants are so good. Way better than MCD's breakfasts

We have come here for a late night craving twice, hence the drive thru. We love their bacon cheddar wedges! First time we got them, they had hardly any cheese or bacon on them. I think just enough to cover one wedge. Usually at other JINTB it is doused in cheese and you have to eat it with a fork. Okay fine, maybe it was an off night or they were out. Next time we came, specifically asked that they put enough cheese and told the gal that they did not before. She reassured us that the person making it was a veteran and will put lots on. She was so confident that I didn't bother checking it before we left. Um that would be a no. Still very skimpy, might've covered Two wedges! so disappointing! I will try again later but damn, show me the cheese!!! read more

This place is complete TRASH! the service is very slow. I'm standing in line behind two people waiting to be help and the employees are just walking by without a care in the world. No type of courtesy to say I'll be with yall in a sec. We all waited 10 minutes and still no service so I ended up walking out. As I was leaving I notice the guys that were in front of me leaving the restaurant as well empty handed. They need to tear this joint down and build a Sonic burger read more

TO THE MANAGER: This is a review regarding your associate KEVIN. He has exemplary customer service. Great experience in the drive thru because of him. It literally says that it's 24 hours but whoever works the graveyard shift did not get the memo. I'm not sure If the management knows that they're closed. I haven't been here for so long I forgot how bad this location and the one on Norwood was. They really don't have much prepared in the morning 6-7amish. Salads aren't even done in yet... or maybe they don't want to prepare it for the order. read more

This owner or manager at this location should be fired or replaced. They never have what's on their menu. The place is dirty inside and out. If you drive by at 1:30 am and the lights are on and you go through the drive through they say that are closed, like I said in my earlier review and Jack B business manager, if that's even a real manager always replies to the review with the same response.
