Horrible experience. First, forget about calling. They will not answer the phone. I called a total of 18 times with no answer regarding a mess up on my order. So you'll have to drive back up to the restaurant to get the rest of your order. Second, they will not apologize for making a mistake. They will however make up excuses and be extremely rude to you for their screw up. The woman in charge even raised her voice at me for her mess up!!!! Third, chicken was extremely oily. So much so the skin was falling off the chicken. The worst of it all, they gave me what appears to be a half eaten chicken tender! Absolutely appalling. Who runs their business like this?! KFC is usually good. But this specific location is awful. I ordered a meal for 2 people. It was supposed to be five pieces of chicken, I only got three. And the chicken itself was soggy!! Fried chicken is never supposed to be soggy. I'm very disappointed. I will say though, KFC gave me the opportunity to review my order and I was given a refund and some points for my mobile account. But if I can't eat at this location, I'd have to drive all the way to Springdale or Fayetteville to use the points, because I'm never coming back here!! read more

What has happened to KFC nowadays it use to be a great place for chicken. This KFC is very clean inside I will give them that. But the food in the buffet now that's a different story When we stopped here for lunch I ordered the buffet and what a disappointment it was. There was never enough chicken to feed to many people. It was a chicken derby when they brought out a few pieces at a time. When they brought it out it was pretty much gone by other patrons who got the buffet. The beans and coleslaw was just terrible. No staff they closed the lobby and made us order from drive in. We ordered a family size bucket of chicken and asked for half and half they told us they we're all out of the original. Very very horrible service. We haven't eaten here for years cause of this very reason and now after like 14 years we decide to give it a try again and boom still no good place to eat. read more

Sorry to give this 1 star as this Kentucky Fried chicken is normally much better. The buffet bar had dried beans, no chicken or coleslaw. The restaurant was busy but no one was attending to the buffet bar. Tables were sticky and dirty. Floors.were covered in trash. Manager was jumping over the counter to take a short cut to the soda machine. Customers were giving directions to staff to have tables cleared. While we there two signs were put up. One said if trash is put in receptacles when they were full, they would get kicked out! We watched one server leaning on the counter watching the manager while he put up signs when the floors had trash all over the floor. We won't be coming back. read more

The Siloam Springs KFC doesn't even deserve one star. I've visited several times and keep getting bad service. so, tonight I placed an order online. I knew I ordered at the location it wouldn't be ready when I arrived. Knowing the service I've received in the past, I knew it would take forever to get my food. According to the site, my food should've been ready at 7:08pm. I waited until 7:15 to pick it up. When I got to the location, the food wasn't ready. they told me that they didn't have any brownies either. I asked for a refund and she said they couldn't give me one because I ordered online and it's different than the store. I was told I would have to call the number to get a refund. I called the number and got the runaround. still never got a refund. I finally received my food at 7:30. My cake was turned sideways. my gravy was laying on its side. when I got it home, it had leaked into my bad. the breading on the chicken was soggy and my Mac & cheese was cold. We were craving some KFC last night. Unfortunately the experience was not good. We ordered two sides of mashed on macaroni and cheese and one slaw. Ended up with two slaw and no Mac!! The person who took our order kept having us repeat it back. When she restarted the order after all that it was still wrong!!Then when I went to put the gravy on it was the consistency of water!!! The gravy is usually epic so I am hoping the recipe hasn't been changed. All of the side dish containers were not filled to the same level. The biscuits looked like only one side rose as the other side looked collapsed. It was $40 for a 16 piece meal. Didn't get what I paid for. Very disappointed. Got there at 8:55 the other night. They were out of original and they told me they weren't cooking anymore even though I offered to wait. Manager (based on uniform) was pretty rude about the whole situation. They don't close till 10pm. Not the first time I've been disappointed here. KEEP DRIVING My step dad and I went in to have the buffet. It was 2 PM. (Not rush hour) There was one other guest in the dining area. Every table was filthy. Around the drink fountain there were straw papers and spilled drinks. There were napkins waded up and stuffed in the storage doors to keep them closed. Trash was over flowing in the trash cans. The food on the bar was dried up. (Crusted over) The biscuits were hard as rocks. There was a lot of grease where the chicken was which to me meant it wasn't drained enough before putting it out on the hot bar. The floor was a safety hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen. It was so filthy and wet with spills, you could have easily slipped and broke bones. The staff was standing around behind the counter visiting and cutting up. The manager did not seem to be concerned about how her store looked because she was right in the middle of the fun. One of the girls came out and announced to the rest of the employees that she would empty the one trash can. (This one was located right in front of the food bar and flies were all over the trash. Again, right in front of the food bar.) The manager went to the food bar and was half heartedly stirring things while talking with the other girl. The one doing the trash told the manager that she wished she was pregnant so she didn't have to do anything. (Referring to the manager being pregnant). The one changing the trash can started hollering about not being able to pull the liner out because it was so crammed full, it was stuck. She then dragged the can over to the counter where you place your order, and was really putting on a show for the other employees. (Grunting and making a big deal of the liner being stuck.) Most all of the staff thought that was funny because they were all laughing about it. One of the cooks in the back came out and pulled the trash bag out and then went right back to handling the food without washing his hands. When she was done with that bag of trash, she went behind the counter, still not washing her hands or attempting to clean the dining area, food bar or drink counter. Another customer walked in (now there are four of us in the dining area) and she waited on him, still hasn't washed her hands. By the looks of the windows, doors, booth seats and everything else in the dining area, nothing gets wiped down on a daily basis or even possibly on a monthly basis. It is layers of filth. If the dining area is this filthy, I can only imagine what the back, where food is prepared, looks like. It is a shame that you buy a franchise and your staff runs the place in the ground. If this place was cleaned up and your staff was trained correctly and had a manager that took pride in their store and set a good example, you could make a lot more profit. I understand when a restaurant has been busy, it may look like this, but after the rush is over, all hands should be out cleaning up. Not letting it go. This place was just nasty and we won't be back. My recommendation to the owner would be to close the store, clean from top to bottom, sanitize everything and clean out your staff starting at the top and work your way down. You have guests that come in that may have a compromised immune system and this could make them extremely sick or worse. I won't say this resturant was the cause of my stomach issues that evening and the next day, but it does make me wonder. To other customers, I would not recommend spending your money or risking picking up a sickness at this resturaunt. Go on down the road. There are many eating establishment's in this town. My husband went to KFC just a bit ago and was sorely disappointed. He went through the drive thru and sat there for a few minutes as requested. They then came back and said it was going to be a longer wait because they had to process their on-line orders first. Such a shame! This store just got a complete remodel and the interior of this store looks amazing. The new setup looks awesome. It's such a shame that poor management has already made this place look like a complete pigsty. I won't be back. Here's some examples of what I experienced-- 1. Kid at the counter with a "McLovin" name badge practically threw the tray at me. Complete IDGAF attitude. Acted inconvenienced to take my order. 2. Trash can was overfilled to the point where trash was falling on the floor. 3. The floor is completely filthy with remnants of food and debris everywhere. Looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in a few days. 4. Windows have remnants of something gross on them, look like they haven't been cleaned. 5. A customer asked if the employee could clean off a booth table for them to sit, the employee asked them if they could sit somewhere else. The customer said no, so the kid cleaned it off but complained the entire time while doing it. 6. Tea containers sitting on the counter by the registers were leaking and leaked tea all over the counter. The kid sat my order on top of the wet tea remnants. 7. The drink station was empty of lids and had empty straw wrappers everywhere. ...Just a disgusting restaurant. And it's super sad because, like I mentioned, it was just remodeled and the remodel itself looks great. They just don't give a crap about their workplace and it's obvious. I had a previous negative interaction with their store manager because of her rude attitude towards me while taking my order. I vowed not to come back to this specific store. But it was 3 months ago, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Her sh#tty attitude is obviously trickling down to the employees because I don't think I've ever seen such a lackadaisical staff. Was there at noon today, March 24, 2019. Only 3 pcs of chicken out on the buffet. Many people telling them there is none and it took at least 15 min to get some out. Maybe 5 biscuits, it was awful for service. If you have new employees, I suggest Sunday is not the day to train them. Very slow. read more

We stopped into this location yesterday for lunch. Our order was wrong. The cashier decided instead of fixing it, to argue about it. The manager decided to join in and tell us she didn't have time for our childish games and that her cashier was not in the wrong at all. At one point she even threatened to call the police. She also told us "This is rated the rudest KFC in the area, why are you even here?. When she finally made time to reprint our receipt, since we were not given one. She said, oh sorry about that! Her sorry was a little too late. It was a good ten to fifteen minutes of the cashier and manager yelling at us about how we were in the wrong and telling us we were childish and needed to grow up. All because they forgot the Nashville Hot sauce on my son's food. It could have been a totally different situation if the cashier would have just fixed their mistake. It is really sad that corporate allows these women to treat customers so badly and that these women are so proud of how they treat people. Our favorite place for take out chicken. The chicken is always hot and fresh. Nice large pieces of chicken. The original recipe tastes like it used to years ago. You can taste all the wonderful spices that made the Colonel famous for his chicken. So many of the KFC restaurants over cook their chicken. Not at this this location.
