Long roadtrip and needed a solid place to stop for lunch, we debated but decided on KFC. We had a great experience, and the man who helped us was so friendly to us and to his coworkers and truly everyone around him. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was in a grey shirt. So happy, so helpful, such a pleasant experience! Also, the food was really yummy :) read more

I love the prompt and friendly service. Meals are always delicious, a favourite of ours is the country fried steak. read more

KFC - Spaghetti and meatballs meal - Chicken Wings Near Me - Price, Utah

Service was pretty good very polite! But this is the second time I have ordered a 3 piece all white meat (2 Breasts and a wing) but got all dark meat (2 thighs and a leg). It's just plain old common sense! It's really not that hard pretty simple really! read more

They have had a difficult time finding staff...however despite being short handed ... they were great!! The food was great and even though it took longer than I would have liked,...they were so happy and pleasant and were fantastic with their communication... I'm happy to spend money here and grateful for the folks that were working! Thank you for being awesome!!! read more

Staff had us wait for over 30 minutes for our dinner. No apologies. When I asked for our dinner after 30 minutes of waiting I was told they were short staffed a quick sorry and they walked away. They then made our food, mind you people came in after us and left while we were still waiting. Another family ate their entire meal while we were waiting. When it finally came out the guy said we were not the only customer and also walked away while I said it was not normal to wait so long. If it was going to be such a long wait, we should have been given a heads up. We were passing though and will never stop here again. Besides the long wait the waiting staff was extremely rude. read more

First time trying the chicken pot pie and lemonade shake. Loved them both! Very clean, friendly helpful helpful.

The slowest KFC of all KFC's, probably in the entire country. It takes about 25-35 minutes to get an order. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now and it has been 42 minutes since I placed my online order. They are also often out of root beer and usually one or two other things. read more

Passing through town stopped at KFC for chicken and we were told it would be 30 minutes for chicken. WTF? WHY? What was more irritating is that we saw all the trays of chicken full. Who was that chicken for? Save your time and eat some place that can make chicken in less than 30 minutes. read more

The staff is mostly friendly and the restaurant is clean but if you go plan to camp in the drive thru lame for your entire lunch break. Freezing to death takes less time than this KFC drive thru does. I sure hope my chicken sandwich is worth the wait .... Oh wait it's just KFC so nothing special.,... tell me again why I ever bother to go to this location, I think I would rather choke on subway's artificial tuna. read more

The absolute worst run store ever. Went there for lunch at noon and they didn't have any original recipe chicken. Says it'll be a 30 minute wait. Stay away. It's not the first second or third time this has happened. read more

The KFC in Price is bad. They never get my order right. The food is mediocre at best. It leaves a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department. Their service is usually very slow. I gave them several chances but I won't ever go back. I cannot recommend this KFC. read more

Ordered online pickup and waited until scheduled pickup time. Arrived at restaurant and called for curbside. Waited 25 more minutes and call again. Employee said they had to cook the cook the food but it was just coming up now. 10 more minutes have gone by. I think this is the worst service I have seen at a 'fast food' establishment. If I could get a refund I would do it and leave. Very poor service, this will be my last trip to a KFC anywhere. Cleared my order was the comment when I called. I am not leaving without my food. $25 order. This is theft read more

Every time I've been here I've been asked to park out front for an excessive length of time because they never have food prepped. More egregious is how filthy the premises are and how even during a global pandemic the manager doesn't wear a mask as she breathes heavily on your terribly late order read more

Wow. Kayla the new GM was very friendly and helpful! I had just left Wingers frustrated. She made my night and I will be back.

Just run away from this place. Unable to deliver food in a timely manner, and the dining area is filthy. They don't have enough staff on hand to accommodate customers in the store and in the drive thru at the same time. Took almost 45 minutes to get a $28 order fulfilled, with a steady flow of a new customer every 5 minutes or so. read more

Redefining the term "fast food" in a new way, by making it slower. Spend 1/2 hour getting nugget meal and even then I got a sandwich! Terrible service please don't go there!!!! read more

This location doesn't carry grilled chicken. Just a heads up. Due to this, I didn't order anything. The people I was with did place an order, and everything was good. read more

Omg so so so so slow!!!!! Dingy employees!!! Took 30 minutes for order but food was good

This place absolutely sucks. They never have food ready. The card reader never works. My order is never right. Worst place in town.

Had an interesting and poor experience, ordered 12 piece chicken (only had enough chicken for an 8 piece), ordered a rootbeer float (didn't have rootbeer), ordered a famous bowl and the famous bowl was not given in the order. Kind of a bad really experience read more

AVOID this location at all costs! I've waited 36 minutes out front for two chicken strip dinners, it's not even lunch yet. The doors are locked so I can not go get my money back. Something is very wrong with location!!!!!! read more

I don't understand all the bad reviews they did a great job even though they're understaffed. I showed up in an RV and they were kind enough to meet me at the door, take my order in a timely matter, and brought it out to me. Best KFC biscuits I've ever had great job!! read more

I honestly feel bad for the manager here because this KFC is such a joke, it's sad. I've only come here 4 times maybe in the 2 years I've lived here because it's just so frustrating. First time I came, waited a little over 20 minutes for my food, & they forgot my wedges. Whatever, I still thought I'd give it another chance. 2nd time I came I waited almost 45 minutes in the drive through because they apparently gave my order to the car in front of me & it took them another 25 minutes to remake it- after I had already been waiting over 20 minutes. 3rd time I came it wasn't so bad. I came earlier in the day after an appointment & they had me park & I only waited about 10 minutes for my food. This last time has me pretty convinced not to come back though. I ordered online & called when I got there. (15 minutes after placing my order, the quoted time said it would be done in 10 minutes) The lady who answered told me that they don't have my chicken so I'll have to wait at least 20 minutes. Why do you have an online order option if you're going to show up 15 minutes after placing the order & be told you have to wait another 20 minutes at least? I forgot this KFC is 100% okay with making you wait 30-45 minutes for your food. I can literally go eat out for the price & time it takes here. All I ordered was a 8 piece bucket. I asked if I could cancel my order because after getting off of a 10 hour shift, my fiancé just got off a 12 hour shift, we were starving & not going to wait annnnnother 20 minutes at least. I was told if I wanted to cancel my order I had to do it online since I ordered online. Understandable. But then I went online & it said to cancel my order I need to contact the location I placed the order with or call the 1-800 number. So I called the restaurant back because she told me I could cancel it online which wasn't true- & she got snappy & an attitude & said she already told me she can't cancel it online, despite what it says & she doesn't know why it says that but I need to call the 1-800 number. Finally after calling the 1-800 number & waiting on hold for over 20 minutes I was able to talk to someone who cancelled my ordered & refunded my $40. Online ordering is apparently just as big of a joke as this location given how many hoops you have jump through. read more

They never have extra crispy or breasts ready. It's always at least a 20 minute wait unless your willing to settle for "extra greasy" Original recipe. I've even been told"we're out of chicken " at 6:30 pm. Really, does anyone here know what KFC stands for??? My advice, stay away! read more

Im not one to usually complain but seriously this just upset me. I have worked in food industry and i know how frustrating some customers can be but that is the job. my husband and i went through the drive through and they couldn't hear me when i tried to order so i had my husband yell so they could hear. Then when we went to the window to pay they didn't say anything. they didn't acknowledge us at all. They didn't say hello or good morning or anything the only thing they said was how much our food was. They didn't even tell us when they were done giving our food they just shut the window. Not one single work not good customer service and they need a lot of help. The food wasn't that great either. My chocolate shake was nasty. read more

Came and ate here for a late lunch, went through the drive-through. I got some extra crispy legs with biscuits, cheese curds, and a crispy chicken little. I had to wait a few minutes for my cheese curds so the guy offer me a free drink while I waited. I told him no thank you I only drink water so he gave me a bottle of water and a cookie. That's really great customer service. I had been getting kind of frustrated because I really like KFC/ANW. But the past several times I've came they didn't have any extra crispy legs and when I got my papa burger they started wrapping them in paper rather than putting them in a box. So the burger would be all soggy. Just a little heads up hopefully they change back to putting it into a box I request to have it put in a box from now on because it comes out perfect and doesn't get all soggy. Thanks for the cookie and the bottle of water. I love me some crispy legs. read more

I would give it a zero if I can. Seem like they out everything at 6pm. Wait 20 minute for my food and bit into half cook chicken. I like my chicken cook read more

Super nice! Upgraded our meal for free since we had to wait a couple minutes for our chicken.

They just remodeled the establishment, so I would give a 4.5 on curb appeal. Value, I'd give Zero stars if I could. Advertised value was 12% lower than what they charged me. When I went in to discuss this with the employee at the register, a very inconsiderate employee got snooty with me, as though I was attacking him for overcharging me. Is it possible to leave a Negative Star value for customer service? read more

This place is filthy. The dining room, the bathroom, the counters all look like no one has wiped the down in ages. The A&W root beer was out and it was going to take an hour to get it filled. Also, they had no hamburgers (half of the items on the A&W menu). The KFC side of the menu was just okay. read more

They aren't very well staffed so it was a time waster but it tasted as good as any other kfc.

I agree with the former review. Waited 30 min. and had to call for the manager to finally get my order. Tables were dirty, bathroom was dirty. Everyone acted like they were new and had no idea what to do. When asked if I could get a refund, manager said she was not authorized to do that. They would not give out an incomplete order (had to wait 15 min. while they made more fries). So the hamburger was cold when I finally did get it. Others had chicken orders and were waiting while they made more biscuits. Very disorganized. Avoid at all costs. read more

Horrible service and staff. Always forget most of your order, or send you around the side of the building to wait and then forget about you. Always out of product but don't tell you until after you've paid. Staff is basically incompetent and the management must not be any better. This place should be shut down. read more
