Staff had us wait for over 30 minutes for our dinner. No apologies. When I asked for our dinner after 30 minutes of waiting I was told they were short staffed a quick sorry and they walked away. They then made our food, mind you people came in after us and left while we were still waiting. Another family ate their entire meal while we were waiting. When it finally came out the guy said we were not the only customer and also walked away while I said it was not normal to wait so long. If it was going to be such a long wait, we should have been given a heads up. We were passing though and will never stop here again. Passing through town stopped at KFC for chicken and we were told it would be 30 minutes for chicken. WTF? WHY? What was more irritating is that we saw all the trays of chicken full. Who was that chicken for? Save your time and eat some place that can make chicken in less than 30 minutes. read more

The slowest KFC of all KFC's, probably in the entire country. It takes about 25-35 minutes to get an order. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now and it has been 42 minutes since I placed my online order. They are also often out of root beer and usually one or two other things. read more

The staff is mostly friendly and the restaurant is clean but if you go plan to camp in the drive thru lame for your entire lunch break. Freezing to death takes less time than this KFC drive thru does. I sure hope my chicken sandwich is worth the wait .... Ordered online pickup and waited until scheduled pickup time. Arrived at restaurant and called for curbside. Waited 25 more minutes and call again. They don't have enough staff on hand to accommodate customers in the store and in the drive thru at the same time. I honestly feel bad for the manager here because this KFC is such a joke, it's sad. I've only come here 4 times maybe in the 2 years I've lived here because it's just so frustrating. First time I came, waited a little over 20 minutes for my food, & they forgot my wedges. Whatever, I still thought I'd give it another chance. 2nd time I came I waited almost 45 minutes in the drive through because they apparently gave my order to the car in front of me & it took them another 25 minutes to remake it- after I had already been waiting over 20 minutes. 3rd time I came it wasn't so bad. I came earlier in the day after an appointment & they had me park & I only waited about 10 minutes for my food. This last time has me pretty convinced not to come back though. I ordered online & called when I got there. (15 minutes after placing my order, the quoted time said it would be done in 10 minutes) The lady who answered told me that they don't have my chicken so I'll have to wait at least 20 minutes. Why do you have an online order option if you're going to show up 15 minutes after placing the order & be told you have to wait another 20 minutes at least? I forgot this KFC is 100% okay with making you wait 30-45 minutes for your food. I can literally go eat out for the price & time it takes here. All I ordered was a 8 piece bucket. I asked if I could cancel my order because after getting off of a 10 hour shift, my fiancé just got off a 12 hour shift, we were starving & not going to wait annnnnother 20 minutes at least. I was told if I wanted to cancel my order I had to do it online since I ordered online. Understandable. But then I went online & it said to cancel my order I need to contact the location I placed the order with or call the 1-800 number. So I called the restaurant back because she told me I could cancel it online which wasn't true- & she got snappy & an attitude & said she already told me she can't cancel it online, despite what it says & she doesn't know why it says that but I need to call the 1-800 number. Finally after calling the 1-800 number & waiting on hold for over 20 minutes I was able to talk to someone who cancelled my ordered & refunded my $40. Online ordering is apparently just as big of a joke as this location given how many hoops you have jump through. read more

Im not one to usually complain but seriously this just upset me. I have worked in food industry and i know how frustrating some customers can be but that is the job. my husband and i went through the drive through and they couldn't hear me when i tried to order so i had my husband yell so they could hear. Then when we went to the window to pay they didn't say anything. they didn't acknowledge us at all. They didn't say hello or good morning or anything the only thing they said was how much our food was. They didn't even tell us when they were done giving our food they just shut the window. Came and ate here for a late lunch, went through the drive-through. I got some extra crispy legs with biscuits, cheese curds, and a crispy chicken little. I had to wait a few minutes for my cheese curds so the guy offer me a free drink while I waited. I told him no thank you I only drink water so he gave me a bottle of water and a cookie. That's really great customer service. I had been getting kind of frustrated because I really like KFC/ANW. But the past several times I've came they didn't have any extra crispy legs and when I got my papa burger they started wrapping them in paper rather than putting them in a box. So the burger would be all soggy. Just a little heads up hopefully they change back to putting it into a box I request to have it put in a box from now on because it comes out perfect and doesn't get all soggy. Everyone acted like they were new and had no idea what to do. When asked if I could get a refund, manager said she was not authorized to do that. They would not give out an incomplete order (had to wait 15 min. while they made more fries). So the hamburger was cold when I finally did get it. Grilled chicken is rarely available. I ordered a twelve piece dinner which came with only two breasts. The rest was four wings, four thighs, and two drumsticks. Not much chicken for the price. It appears they just throw whatever chicken is available at the time you order. read more
