I believe their prices are the cheapest in Portsmouth, and yet the quality of their food is great (even the chips are always nice and fresh having been cooked in clean oil, and not kept heated for hours on end). It's such a busy place there's no time for chips to go stale anyway! Their Chinese menu is full of all your essential takeaway favourites at a great price and their king prawn dishes are my favourite as they feature a huge portion of proper big king size prawns, not the pale imitation you get in many places. Service is always polite, friendly and as quick as possible, and of course you can phone in your order then collect it to save waiting.

The food is brilliant, with the lamb shish in particular being gorgeous - obviously fresh, good quality and just-chargrilled - and the salad is crisp and fresh also. The chips have got better recently too; at first they were quite soggy and almost inedible, but somehow this has got fixed recently and they're bloody lovely! My only real gripe is that they won't take cards or even a cheque, everything is cash only, and you can't order from places like Just-eat or whatever which makes things a little inconvenient as I don't usually carry cash around. Given how good the food is though, I can't complain too much?

Accusing me for blackmailing! I politely tried to explain the Arab man that returning food due to low quality is not considered to be blackmailing in the UK. After several attempt asking him to stop recording me, as I haven't given him permission to do so, I was kicked out of their store. I found this reaction super intimidating, and got the impression that this kebab store often got a lot of complaints from costumers. I will never make any purchase from that kebab store again. I have never before experienced such a primitive and rude behavior against costumers. This experience was outrageous! I would give 0 stars if I could.
