While the staff corrected the mistake, it was an inconvenience that should not have happened in the first place. Mistakes can happen, but better attention to order accuracy would help prevent situations like this and improve the customer experience.

We ordered and were waiting for the order. I am handicapped and it was cold inside the restaurant and told my son and granddaughters for us to eat outside. We had waited over 5 minutes and they had not finished the order. So I left them inside and stay outside. My son brought the 2 trays out for us to eat and he was followed by a very rude worker, who identified herself as the manager and accused him of stealing the order. I had the receipt and told her our number and she had to admit it was indeed out order. My son said he knew it was our order and that he should at least get an ice cream treat for her false accusation. She said she was not going to apologize to him. It was very windy and he and I held out the trays as one and the wind came and wiped the trays up. She then accused him of hitting her with the trays and she was calling the police. We both were holding the trays but she only accused him - probably because he looks Chinese, as does one of the children. I told her we had the order clarified and she should go back into looking after the poor service her business was giving other patrons that were trying to eat their lunch. She said she was calling the police on my son, and I said we were both trying to hand her back the trays and she could go back inside. The police came and gave my son a Notice of Criminal trespass and he would have to leave the property. We did not get to eat the food as the police stayed by us after they served the warning. Why was the Trespass warning given to only him? We both were offering her back the trays? Could it be that I am white and he is Chinese? Not that we will go back to any Freddy's in the future, Freddy's should be more selective in who they offer management positions to in the future, and be especially careful about how they treat minorities. Bad treatment for a minority, extremely slow service, loss of meals and a manager that indulges herself in having a minority potentially arrested instead of fostering good customer service relations. Absolutely a zero score for Hospitality!

I could tell by the price on the screen she didn't get my order correct. At this point I need to point out the girl was talking 90 miles an hour and for this old Texan (76) I didn't understand a word she said. Now it's good she probably has her corporate the speak but at the expense of enunciation. Oh, and while I'm here, the menu board has been broken for a month or more on the outside lane drive thru. Anyway I get to the pay window and tried to explain my order was apparently wrong. She's still talking faster than anyone can understand, so I said MA'AM, MA'AM your still getting my order wrong. Slow down! At this point she tells me I'm yelling at her (I can't yell, my voice is too deep, however it does come from my diaphragm as a projected voice too many years in construction.) Anyway she gets mad at me and runs to her boss. The manager, I assume, got me taken care of and I went to the next window. No problem. What I would like to see from this, is, the employees slowing their speech down so someone can comprehend what they say. The management needs to go thru their own drive thru to hear what we hear. Someone that doesn't know their corporate monologue so they don't know the words the employees are supposed to say. First of all a quarter pounder bun has seeds and is bigger than a child's burger buns. I want to get what I paid for don't make any substitutes unless you're paying for it.​
