It's clean inside and out. They have a ramp for the elderly and physically challenged. My bride, mil and myself had dinner here on 12/23/25. I knew it was new to the area but had no idea how long it had been around despite being born in Mississippi. Any restaurant that has been in business for over 4 decades, has to be doing something right. The Chicken Biscuit with Gravy was excellent! The Hashbrown was perfectly cooked, nice & crispy outside and soft & flaky inside. As good as the Chicken was, the star was the Blueberry Donuts. I've never seen somewhere that offered a donut as the side for your combo. My wife who is a big fan of blueberry cake style donuts, said these ones at Connie's were the best she ever had and had to go get another one to "share" after only giving me a small bite of the first one. She said to give it 3 thumbs up. In addition to the great food, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, which is not always the case with many fast food or fast casual restaurants lately.
