The pizza taste great and is always on time. The employees have great customer service.

Oh my goodness To many rules to follow. Only one time through at the salad bar. Blue cheese is for salad only otherwise .25 for more. No Parmesan on table . If you want it it is an added .99. No red pepper flakes no salt and pepper. Medium pizza 18.99. WOW. I ask for extra cheese and got a dab extra. RIP OFF Soda machine does not work. We got to pay 2.50 for a plastic bottle 20oz soda. Not cold and no ice. Yuck Very dirty. The bathrooms are a disgrace. I was so excited to go there today for lunch. Sorry I did. read more

This place has the worst service in town. You're food 9/10 times is going to be wrong. I absolutely hate ordering from here, the only reason I do is bc my wife likes their pizza (when it's right) more than dominos. My advice, save yourself the trouble and get dominos if you want pizza. read more

You know what? I'm tired of the Philadelphia Pizza Hut always calling to ask me if I can come pick up my pizza after I ordered delivery because they don't have any drivers. The last time they did this they "forgot" to reimburse me for the delivery fee and the driver tip, and then when they tried to fix it they still couldn't take off the driver tip. Why even offer delivery? read more

Been going to philly Pizza Hut for 30 years always great. But worst experience ever had just now. Girl totally did not want to be there, eyes blood shot, barely moving obviously mad at someone rude as I ever witnessed a public worker. Not just to me but to coworkers as well as every person who came in to order something. Manager there and all other staff totally friendly. Totally embrassing! Go there frequently but with this treatment might need to reconsider. I was ashamed for her the way she treated all the customers coming in black and white. If don't want to be respectable go home I'm sure someone would take job. Guy there super nice and he was embrassed also. I know Philly Pizza Hut can beat that! They were always good!!! Thanks. read more

I usually don't put negative comments about a restaurant but this one is deserved. I ordered there limited time Detroit style pizza(thru app) which listed all my added toppings I wanted. I picked the pizza up and not only did it not have the toppings I wanted it barely had any toppings at all. And the kicker is it didnt even have the tomato sauce that comes on the top of the pizza(that is what makes it Detroit style). It was basically a dry pizza with a few toppings. I guess it was partially my fault for not checking until I got home. I called pizza hut to let them know and all they could say was sorry about that. I've been going to this pizza since I was a little kid this will be my last time going to this one. Hopefully they will make some needed changes...I was highly disappointed!! If anything changes I will update this review. read more

This is probably the worst experience I have had at a Pizza Hut...well I will say the servers were kind but you can tell nobody cared about the food, cleanliness or presentation! The salad bar had the worst tasting tomatoes and they were diced up like they belonged on a pizza..Not fresh at all!! Everything on the salad bar looked like it had been cut the night before placed in a freezer because there was so much water in the cucumbers, and tomatoes! There were no beans, carrots, olives, cauliflower and sunflower seeds on the salad bar! The pizza looked like the manager or cook just yelled "Just throw some sh€+ out there!" Most of the pizza was burnt and the pasta looked old and dried out!!! Just poorly managed and nobody cares and plus they have a leak from the A/C on the floor with vents hanging halfway from the ceiling!!! read more

Greasy greasy pizza . But heck it's pretty good inaint going to lie and say that I'll never eat again bc that would probably be a big ole lie read more

Absolutely terrible! Long wait to be seated. Long wait for menus. Long wait for drinks and even longer wait for food. Had to ask for plates three times. Pizza was extremely greasy. Was never checked on for refills. Have never had service this bad ever! 26/Dec/19 read more

Below standard service to say the least. Drove 15 miles from my home in the county to Pizza Hut in Philadelphia, MS to receive an order for a dinner box which was by far not up to par. The edges of the crust were overcooked. On top of that, the store stated they were out of the appropriate boxes to pack the dinner in. So we walked out with all these single boxes which did not include my wings. They failed to include my Parmesan wings that should have been included with the order. I called the store to report the missing item when I was placed on hold for at least 10 minutes. I finally hung up and called back and asked to speak to the manager that took at least 5 more minutes to get to the phone. I'm not sure she was the actual manager or just a shift worker. She lacked professionalism and didn't make any attempt to make amends for their mishap. Instead she made excuses on why the worker forgot to include my wings in my order. I feel that I should have been offered some type of compensation other than returning 15 miles to pick up wings that they mistakingly left out. I would not advise anyone to visit this Pizza Hut unless some drastic changes are made in management. read more

The service is terrible. A team of sloths would be an improvement. The food is good but not good enough to be worth the wait. You will get about a 50% chance of your order being correct, however when it isn't you have already waited for so long that it isn't even worth trying to get it fixed because you will have to wait all over again. read more

Rascist manager, nobody waits on you. Unorganized more than a woman in her purse. You have to sit yourself, and also go to front to order when your dining in. The manager is a Bitch....her Name is Mrs SHAUNTA and all them cockroaches teepee me out. I will never be back. An far as delivery. Shit you might as well go get it yourself it will take the same amount of time as there delivery drivers are awful,an i love 5 miles away and they can't delivery to me but dominoes can. I find d that odd,but yet the casino I'd five miles further from the Hut an they deliver to them read more

Update: 4/5/19 STILL just as bad! Under staffed according to the staff, but does it really require 6 people when there's maybe 2 families of less than 4 people sitting inside and 2 cars in the drive thru? Food wasn't ready when I got there to pick it up. No marinara for cheese sticks (glad I looked bc there was a cup with less than 1/3 of the way full)... when asked for more same thing, so pulled around and waited for more (over 8 minutes) and still didn't get a full cup! Every single time there's only one or two people actually working. It's very sad. Dominos doesn't seem to have a problem and can handle with only 2-3 staff members. ‍‍Other pizza places that have dine in also don't have this problem so unsure why this one is so baf Love pizza! Pizza Hut use to be one of our favorite places, but this one has really just went down hill and makes it hard for me to come back. It never fails there's always a problem with my order. I order online because it's generally faster and more accurate (plus I can keep a copy of my order).. BUT apparently this pizza hut does not comply with ordering online because on several occasions it has said online my order would be ready in like 15 minutes or so and I wait a little longer and it still isn't ready when I go to pick up. Tonight we waited almost 20 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready, waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes before anyone came to the window (the car in front of us got tired of waiting and just left.. when the girl went to get our food she comes back with just the pizza and said it would be about 6 more minutes for wings!?! When I asked why she said well sometimes the ticket doesn't come in because the wing street is a separate part!! If you cannot run a business with multiple components do not open one! She said she can refund our $ and took about 4 minutes to go get the change, then as I'm filling out this book with my phone number address and random personal information that they supposedly need for me to get a refund she offers us a drink to make up for it.. My husband said no thanks because at this point he is pissed because the only reason we ordered Pizza Hut anyway was for the wings, otherwise we would have ordered from Dominos- who btw has not ever messed up my order or been late with the order..& with Dominos if there is a problem with my online order they call and let me know and fix it as soon as I order not an hour later when I get to the store! This Pizza Hut location deserves a 1, but giving it a 2 only because I appreciate the lady offering us a drink to help read more

Rarely is the service ever better than sub-par. A few years ago the cashier with the name "Sparkle" stole tip money off my debit card. I forgot to draw a line through the tip spot and she took advantage of this. The service was horrible that day. We sat ourselves and even had to make our own sweet tea. We were completely ignored. She did not deserve one penny and nothing was ever done about it after I complained. Yesterday, we ordered online to pick up in store. We get there and the cashier just throws her hands up in the air and informs us their ovens had been down and there is no pizza. They did not have the common courtesy to call and inform us of that before we drove all the way down there. They had my information to call me because I had it listed on the website along with my order. Location is Philadelphia, MS 39350 read more

We have tried this Pizza Hut several times and each time the service is horrible, the place is usually a wreck and the food is over cooked! I have to say tonight was the worst and we will not be back. Service was horrible, like usual, but a kid put the to go cups for the dressing on his ears/hair and the child's mother told him to put the cups back (yuck) and then the cups ended up in the hands of the next person who then put the cup itself in to the crutons. We were waiting for a table to be cleaned which was taking a long time for and after seeing 2 people almost fall on their extremely wet floor we decided to just leave and not eat there. So sad because we love Pizza Hut pizza. read more

On hold 10 min trying to call in order. Operator was not attentive. The pizza delivered was completely wrong, from the crust to the toppings. Also delivery took Angelynn hour. read more

Consistently TERRIBLE service! I'm a local and it's been a problem for years. Recently remodeled but the layout is awkward and doesn't work well. Wings aren't good. Pizzas are typical for any Pizza Hut I suppose. Lunch buffet is okay as long as they bother to keep food out. read more

So, I called to place a take out order as I have done many times before. The first time I called I did not get to speak to anyone. I could hear background noise like there was a connection but no one spoke. I figured it was a bad connection and called back. This time, I get no greeting, just a lady who was screaming to someone in the background, "I got a order" which was followed by laughter and then she said will it be carry out or delivery and I told her carry out. She said "Oh, it's gonna be about an hour for carry out, can u call back?" I didn't even know what to say but before I could open my mouth she hung up on me! REALLY??? I am beyond angry!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Placed an order 15 minutes ahead got to the store and the cashier said it just need to be cut and boxed. Waited 15 minutes still didn't have our damn cheese stick. Old women peeping outside the kitchen talking about help its backed up at the front counter yet aren't bothering to lift a finger. Then it seems like everyone had to take a bathroom break yet there's only one damn toilet. Then they finally get our cheese sticks they are and stiff and been just sitting here for all of the 10 minutes. Just gonna offer us a damn take home salad for 2 dollars. No thank you never again. read more

I live here. Bought food and my order was delivered short. Called and they gave me attitude. So I was put on hold after asking for the manager. While on hold I drove 10 mins to the store. The manager refused to see me. I talked to the district manager. He over talked me and wanted offer me an order of wings while making excuses for the store manager. I'll never go back......EVER!!!! read more

Was going to call in an order for 4 medium pizzas. She answered the phone saying "hold please" "ok" and 10 min 36 sec later I hung up. Called again "hold please" I said "I just waited 10 min on hold" and she put me on holdanyway. I was just down the street so I told the wife to bring kids and we'd go there to eat. I arrived 5 min after being on hold b4 and they wasn't busy at all. Salad bar was practically empty and asked for silverware she pointed to behind the greeters bar. I asked is plastic forks all u have and she said she bring it to my table. She brought 2 forks we had 5 dinning. I had to ask 3 times for drinks she brought 1 drink wrong and I told her Dr pepper not sweet tea and she set the tea down on the table and didn't bring a Dr pepper. Pizza came and thought shed bring plates but didnt. When i asked for plates she pointed at the salad bowls then went and got 4 plates. My son went to the front asking for a refill and delivery guy pointed at the drink machine in the back and said he could get it himself. Poor pizza at best, even worst if any service. But they were nice and smiled when they did nothing. read more
