Every time we go to this location, they never get our order correct. Tonight we ordered over $50 worth of food. Got home, almost 15 minute drive, and half our order was not in the bag. Plus while sitting in line, we had to wait an extra 20 minutes cause they had to make more biscuits. Never going back there again!!! If I could give -5 stars, I would. read more

We placed our order and were served before we could get ourselves a seat!! Nice, but.... that was the highlight of our experience. It is the sole reason I decided to give this location 2 stars. The crispy chicken was dry and the coating outside was disintegrating into dust, as we attempted to eat the chicken. It was without flavor, especially the white meat. It was hot enough, to be sure, but that's it. The fountain drink dispenser needed syrup. Restrooms needed soap. The tables needed cleaning. In case you're wondering, this is the worst KFC restaurant we have ever endured. We may consider trying it again next year. Our previous visit (last year), was at best, a 3 star rating. read more

It's a shame when your business is chicken and the local gas stations have better chicken than the garbage they serve. This KFC absolutely sucks. I've sworn it off before but yesterday is it. I can see why it's terrible because that is the reflection of the manager in this store. After calling and complaining with constructive criticism, he asks " Anything else?" Ordered food tonight and was bringing it back home to Camden. I got fillup with chicken tenders I asked for mashed potatoes instead of fries... I got fries. I asked for finger linking good sauce they said they were out. I asked for dr pepper and was given unsweet tea.. I know with this covid going around its hard to get supplies but getting 2 things other than the sauce wrong... Slow down and pace your self you will lose business if you can't get anything right. read more

KFC has always gotten our order correct. We are hoping that the chicken (most KFCs) here will start to look healthier. Slightly expensive but worth it when you have the KFC craving. Most of the reviews are generally from upset customers having one bad experience and feeling entitled when one call to the manager can make up for the experience rather then being a keyboard warrior. read more

I have been to this place dozens of times. My drive thru order has been right ONE time. Usually it is the sides that are wrong. This last visit they gave me a thigh and leg instead of a breast. Plus my chicken sandwich was UNDERCOOKED and ruined. It smelled so bad. And a VERY small bite that was immediately spit out confirmed this. At the prices they charge I expect my order to be correct and fresh...not older than I am. Give this place a miss. Go elsewhere. Kfc Paris tn ignores mobile app orders so they can do drive thru. Be prepared to wait 40 minutes for them to get your order only partially right. Dirty inside - floor is icky, tables, bathroom also a horror. Place needs a strong manager to keep staff focused and new ones engaged. If you're business is fast food, you can't take longer then a sit down restaurant. This particular kfc in Paris is always a bad experience. Came in today it was crowded already had 5 ppl ahead of me and then after I ordered and sat down a total of 7 more ppl came on and after sitting there for over 30 minutes I was the last to get my meal. Went last night and was highly disappointed. We like KFC but this location wasn't the quality we have come expect. Ordered a bucket with sides and an order of strips. The sign wasn't lit so it was hard to read as it was nighttime. The service was good, the servicer was nice and friendly. We got home and opened the bucket and the chicken was messy, skin off more than half of the bucket and the other half was so hard we had to remove it to bite into the chicken. Meh. Never thought the Colonel would let me down, but he did. We were on our way out of town and thought we'd stop for lunch. We all got the buffet, which was a mistake. They seem to have a hard time keeping up with demand. Now, in their defense, it was Sunday. And it looked like an entire church had arrived shortly before we did. But I feel like this probably happens every Sunday and they should plan accordingly. The selection is a bit more limited than you'd expect. The entire buffet is about 8 feet long. They offer standard buffet fare such as green beans, mashed potatoes, beans, biscuits, and of course chicken. For dessert they had bread pudding, chocolate and vanilla pudding, and chocolate cookies. We left full, but we're all disappointed at what was a barely mediocre experience. I will say the restaurant itself is clean even though it is fairly old compared to other KFCs. If you do stop here, order from the regular menu. read more

I called and asked for the manager just to let them know that they should always check their orders and explained to him that I live 30 mins away and how much $ I just spent and he could have cared less ! They have done it again. This KFC is the most mismanaged restaurant I have ever been in. There were 7 people standing at the buffet. Coleslaw was EMPTY. Macaroni salad was EMPTY. Green beans were EMPTY. Chicken was very low. Cobbler pan was EMPTY. If you are going to have a buffet you need one person who does nothing but stock it and keep it cleaned up. There was food spilled all over the counter and trash cans were the only thing that was full. Several patrons were complaining and waiting for food as well as complaining about the LOUD music (If that's what you call it). I have spoken yo the District Manager and that doesn't help! read more

While visiting this place with my boyfriend we were completely irritated and unsatisfied the whole time. The woman taking our order was very rude and unprofessional. I am a worker in the food industry as well and know what is proper and not. Workers were running around yelling and after waiting 15 minutes for our meals my boyfriend finally asks what had taken so long and the women who took our order explained how the cooks just left and went on break while there was several orders waiting. When we finally got our food nothing was fresh except for the chicken. The cookies were rock hard and the fries and macaroni and cheese were cold and not fresh what so ever. It all seemed as if the workers did not have a manager on duty to make sure they were doing their jobs right at all. Despite the newly renovated building, the service and food is HORRIBLE. I went to the one in Paris Tn. the other night, I had some veggies cooked so I was just going to pick up some chicken to go with it. I did not buy it, they wanted $15.99 Plus tax for 8 (EIGHT) Pieces Of Chicken. Their pieces are very small, I think they cut a breast in 4 pieces. A few weeks back my girlfriend and I were hungry for some chicken so we thought I would try the newly renovated KFC in Paris after swearing it off after serval bad experiences over 3 years ago. Thought that since they up graded the restaurant that I would give it another chance. Well first time I went and got us something to eat I went inside and ordered. The customer service sucked and it took over 15 minutes to get our door. My girlfriend got the chicken sandwich which was dry and barely warm. The fries were cold and the slaw they got off the buffet they had step up in the restaurant The employees were yelling at each other like it was a play ground rather then a place of business. I don't know where the manages was because I as to speak to her/him but after waiting another 10minutes they still never appeared. If I had the owners number I would have called them but couldn't find a number posted anywhere. So even after the renovation the service has gotten worse and the food isn't any better. Please stay away from this place. You will only be disappointed after you leave. read more
