We waited at least 10 minutes before our server appeared. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry. Our drinks didn't take long but since there was hardly anyone in the place, at least two people that appeared to be managers and 4-5 servers it seemed a little long for beer. Our order came out quickly but the chicken was cold and tough. Perhaps left over from lunch rush- it was 12:45- and microwaved. Our slider burgers were NOT cooked. In addition to this our server appeared to be high as a kite or on some type of medication that I might want to know about. A typical Chili's vibe but the music was way too loud for time of day and noise in the restaurant. I am not old, would like to have a conversation, or perhaps that is why the music is loud. To get you out the door. When we left all but two servers were standing around a booth talking to a friend. Not against socializing on the job but there were people obviously waiting to order/check out. Don't waste your time or money.

It was so bad that the top bun of one of sandwiches had slid off before we picked up our order and the tomatoes ended up on the service tray. If the trays were as tended to as the tables, you can guess where I put the tomatoes. I've eaten at other Zaxby's before and they were never this filthy. I'm hoping the facility was this filthy only because we were arriving after a massive lunch rush but I have my doubts.
