Perhaps the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a 4 piece tender meal. Nothing out of the ordinary, no special requests or instructions. I was told to pull around for my order. 25 MINUTES LATER, she strolled out with an incomplete order. This location should have its franchise license pulled. I could have shopped at Stracks, bought the chicken, went home and cooked it myself in less time. Ugh, this KFC is seriously the worst. It's always something. I've actually been here when they've been out of chicken. The last time we were here, the boy behind the counter was unbelievably rude. He was actually staring us down, and didn't ask us anything politely. What came out is "So whatchu want?" The counter was sticky, the napkins and lids were all over the place. So we get to our house, and we have four pieces less than what we order. So we call in, and that part was no problem. They tell us we can come back tomorrow, they took our name and that was that. We came back the next day, and lo and behold, when we opened our box, there were only two pieces. My wife and I have stopped here 3 times on our way to Michigan. I'm not sure what's going on but it's getting progressively worse. The first time which was about a month ago we stopped and got 2, 5 piece chicken tender meals. Everything was pretty good. About 2 weeks ago we stopped and ordered 2, 5 piece tenders but not meals (there was too much food with the meals last time). The tenders were scrawny with way too much batter. This Friday we thought we would give them another chance. We stopped at 1:15 in the afternoon, ordered 2, 5 piece tenders but they could not serve them because they were still frozen. So we thought we would try a chicken crisp sandwich. Could not serve that either because that's made with chicken tenders and they were frozen. So we drove away. Sorry, can't go back. read more

Lately if I do get KFC I have been getting bad service and today made it my last time there. Around 6:30 I went there and the girl at the drive thru said they won't have chicken for about 30 mins so I drove off. Around 7 my boyfriend went to get it and she told him it will be about 45 minutes to get chicken. My bf said you guys said it will be ready in 30 and that was a half hour ago. The girl said "hold on let me check" then she came back and said " we do have chciken" my bf ordered and then ordered an extra side of Mac and cheese. You have other options so don't waste your time here. I'd say that KFC chicken is pretty good almost anywhere that you would go - but what brings this one down is the incredibly slow and least interested workers that I have ever seen. Clearly the food is OK since there was a long line at the drive-in and an equally large number of people waiting inside but the workers didn't really seem to care - slow slow slow with a mixture of staring at the order screen like it held the answer to all of life's secrets. Not one person that left there while I waiting was happy ... skip this one and maybe the management will get the message. read more

My sister and her children just visited this store. She presented an old version of a $20 to pay for her order at the drive thru window. The first associate (Brittnay) did not recognize the bill and showed it to another associate. This associated didn't recognize the bill who then took it to the Manager (Ralph). The Manager instructed the last associate to call the police if my sister didn't give them another $20 bill. When she asked them about the money pen to identify counterfeit bills, the Manager told her they didn't have one and that it was their policy to keep the alleged counterfeit bill and call the police. My sister was placing two orders one being paid with the "alleged" counterfeit $20 bill and one with her debit card. At this point, she didn't want either order and asked for a refund on her card. The associates didn't know how to do the refund and produced a receipt so she can verify later that the money was refunded to her card. My sister had to insist that they give her a receipt as the Manager did not want to provide it!! My sister asked the Manager for a business card to contact the corporate office and the Manager responded there were no business cards. When my sister asked for the number her gave a number scribbled with no area code!! Can't accuse people of passing counterfeit bills if you can't authenticate whether the bills are indeed counterfeit!! Who runs this place?!! read more

This is by far the worst kfc. The staff is friendly but the food is far below par. The size of the tenders could pass for the popcorn chicken. This has happened on my last two visits plus I was shorted two tenders in my ten dollar share. You don't even have to count to ten to fill the order!! The girl asked me the type of sauce I wanted, repeated it, then gave me the wrong sauce in my order. What?!
