Ordered over phone - got to store and waited and waited - I had ordered 12 pieces of original chicken they filled a lot of orders while I waited - told them I just wanted chicken only by the time I got my food about 20 minutes they told me I had to get something with the chicken I said potato and gravy they put down potatoes and Cole slaw were out of Original Chicken just had extra crispy I didn't want -asked about chicken tenders they gave me 7 pieces of extra crispy and 5 chicken tenders - being stupid and nice I took the order nearly $40.00 of stuff I didn't not want - I realize this store is struggling but with this kind of service it well not survive - I gave the extra crispy to my dogs they even didn't want it - get your act together. Worst KFC chicken we've ever had. The breading hardly seemed fried, and looked gray, not golden. The crew was friendly and service was quick, but the drink station was filthy, and not a single table had been wiped clean. The bathroom, surprisingly, was clean. During the time it took to eat our meal (note: we have never thrown away KFC chicken like we did today), they had five customers and not a single person attempted to clean a table or the drink station. Cannot recommend this KFC. They need a visit from corporate and some remedial training. read more

Every time I order from this place, I'm reminded why I don't eat here very often. Between rude employees (and managers), cold food half of the time, and how god-awful long it takes to get an order made I may have just eaten my last KFC meal. I've been to KFCs in other cities and they have all been excellent, this one is garbage. read more

Food was awful it was so spicy we could need it went back took it back. They replaced it with chicken and she put the gravy on top of the bucket of chicken to grill and the gravy spilled all over the chicken and is in the bottom nothing but gravy the lid was completely off. This KFC is solid. I've not had any bad experiences here with service, food or wait time. Based on previous reviews I would say they've improved the staffing or the quality of prep and service standards. I've had the hot chicken, the Smokey bbq, crispy, chicken & waffles and the tenders all of which were done very well. The sides are never an issue, always fresh and again done very well. The staff has always been friendly and typically someone is wiping down the tables and keeping things tidy in the dining area. read more

In this case it really is a shame that you can't give zero Stars the food we received the first time we went was just horrible it had obviously sat in there warming cabinet ideas for quite a while it was very greasy missing skin just not appealing at all one thing that absolutely disgusts me is to find chicken bones that are broken every one of the legs that we received was broken held together by the tendons absolutely disgusting the sides we received were very small if you're looking for a quality chicken and much larger sides check out Bob Evans they always have discounts and they're much better the store was filthy it looked more like a warehouse floor than a place that served food and there was a smell to the place that was really put off so after calling and complaining the woman asked me what I wanted to do I asked that she had them mop the floor and the pictures I have included are from the second time only one was from the first maybe we would give them another shot she comped our meal and the second time was worse than the first by 10 at least needless to say KFC has been put on our do not go to list I hope this helps you all from the gut aches that we got read more

Ordered two pot pies and paid for two pot pies. However, the server only put one pot pie in our bag so when we got home. There was only one meal. Called the manager, she said to come back and she would give us the other one. Told her we were not going to make a special trip all the way downtown for a pot pie. I have only been to this location twice, and each time accounts for some of the most awful fast food experiences I have ever had. After waiting 30+ minutes for a take out order, it was discovered that there were five of us still waiting for our food. The cashier started looking for "Kelly" (the 'packer') who apparently went AWOL. Someone from the back said that she was "standing in the kitchen" for reasons unknown. When they finally got Kelly to come back and get my order together, they gave it to someone else who jumped in front of everyone. I didn't blame her, people were getting hungry and angry. But when I politely explained that they gave my order away, Kelly disagreed. Thankfully the cashier straightened things out, and got my food together. Never mind that I was staring at it the entire time I was there. It was just beyond reach. Sitting under that heat lamp. Around 45 minutes into the wait, a guy next to me said "I feel like I have been here forever!". And he had. Because he came in right after me. Another guy ordered a pot pie. Then waited 20 minutes or so at which point they told him they were out of them and it would take 30 minutes to bake some more. He wasn't a jerk about it, but did tease them that there were two back when he ordered. But he watched them both go to the drive through. Maybe the drive through is the way to go with this place, because it never seemed to back up. But to wait 50 minutes for a small take out order that was still wrong ... is unacceptable.
