Super disappointed with this location. We were excited to find it just off the interstate as we were passing through. Unfortunately we never got served. We went through the drive-thru and placed an order for the 16 pc chicken bucket. We were put on hold then was told the bucket would consist of 1 breast, 1 leg, and the rest would be wings. The cost for the bucket was over $50 and obviously we were not ok receiving only wings. Despite it only being 7:00pm we were told that's all they had. Ordered honey bbq wings, a famous bowl and the strips meal. So as usual we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the wings! The wings were good, the famous bowl was okay and the strips were the nastiest things ever! Inedible crap! I will never go to this KFC again. How do you put down fresh wings and send out 3 day old chicken strips without a single piece of edible meat on them. My daughter could barley tear one into for the video! Just pathetic! You used to be able to get a managers special of 5 thighs for $2.99 and sometimes they let you have it and sometimes they don't. The inconsistently is terrible. And when you ask for it, the managers get super rude. I haven't been back since, way to lose all my business! read more

Stopped in last night and ordered the number 8 priced at $10.73. I was then told my amount came to $12.32. When I asked, I was told that the real price was higher than the price on board! This is totally illegal and made me wonder what else is going on at this location, maybe health issues being overlooked, etc. Tried to call the location direct with no answer and tried website which stated they are having issues with server. This place sucks. Pulled into lot called into store for a curbside pickup , we then waited 31 minutes. Called them back, then they tell me I have to go thru drivethru to pay? Why noT tell me that 30 minutes before when I ordered these people are kind of idiots running this place. We will eat a bologna sandwich before we come back to this kfc. Terrible employees and terrible food. I've personally witnessed employees dropping food on the floor, pick it up and put it in the pressure cooker. This is the worst KFC in this area of Kentucky. If you want good chicken go to Lees and avoid this place if possible. read more

The floor was very slick and wet when we came in and no signs were on the floor. When I went to refill my drink I took a hard fall straight on my rear end and back, not one employee came out. After the fall they put caution wet floor signs up. And heard employee talking about customers they just left. Not very professional, courteous or safe. An older person taking that fall could have been very bad. read more
