Managing a large group of hungry, hot, and thirsty athletes and parents isn't easy, but Mia handled it effortlessly. I ordered the pork nachos, and they were incredible. My husband loved the ribs and mac & cheese. Of course the manager said it was no problem at all. I told her that I admired her for having to keep such a cool temper when dealing with clearly unreasonable and irate customers.
