I normally don't leave reviews but today's a new day. No complaints on the food. My complaint is the rude young girl with the spider lashes working at the window. So.... I ordered a simple 8 piece meal, was told it was a 15 minute wait and they had no biscuits. I decided the wait was OK as it was the food my mother had requested so they sent me around to wait from drive-through. After 35 minutes and multiple to go orders and walk-ins getting their food, I decided to go in and ask about where my food was. Finally, at the register I gave my receipt, and she said my order had been cleared. She did get right to work, trying to fill the order, but after all that time said she had added only a side to the order for my trouble And 45 minute wait. They obviously had issues that day and customer service is obviously lacking, I doubt we will be back. read more

The last several times I have been to KFC they are always out of something simple corn, green beans which they don't carry anymore. They were out of coleslaw. The chicken is getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. The employees are not very nice. Well I should say the manager was not very nice so I canceled my order and I will never eat there again. read more

food was good but customer service was awful! no ice available in ice machine and girl waiting on me rolled her eyes at me when I asked for ice with my drink. Majority of workers(4) spent the whole time outside back door talking and smoking with people in a car there. place was dirty, trash can running over, bad experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Went today (National Fried Chicken Day) for a quick pick up order and the front door was locked! I could see my food sitting there, getting cold, and workers inside, so I started pounding loudly on the front door. Finally a person came and unlocked the door and said she would bring it to me. When I asked "Why the locked door?" She responded, we are closed because we only have three employees here today" Good planning. Especially right before the dinner hour. kinda sad when i can ask for fresh food and still get old food i was there today december 10th at 7pm and asked for fresh food and when i got to the window checked again asking if it was fresh as i told the employee at the window the food i get is usually cold and she told me she knew it's usally cold and my food was fresh but tell me why my food looked hours old then? bad service to me employees clearly don't care enough to even have the job. read more

Horrible treatment. Got burned by their extra hot gravy bowl. It burn through bag and spilled on my stomach and thighs . Called store back and told them. Guy replied 'what you want me to do about it. Eventually got manager to comp my meal. Haven't been back there yet to eat. Complained to corporate and talked with a representative of Kfc. Nothing done about it. Stores only carry liability. If you get burned or worse, it's out of your pocket not theirs. Never again. Didn't even take the comp meal. Beware of rude store managers. The one where I lived was very annoyed on phone. I wouldn't even have gotten comped for my meal. Avoid this place. read more
