One of the better KFCs I've been to in Britain. If you like KFC in general, then this is definitely not a bad branch to go to in the area. My group just finished a hike up Corn Du and Pen y Fan, so we were absolutely famished and looking for something to eat - this KFC definitely did the trick!
~ Atmosphere:
This KFC is actually quite clean on the inside. There were plenty of people eating in, but tables were still kept free of mess and sanitised. Most fast food restaurants are filled with trash and far too disgusting to eat-in, but I wouldn't have minded eating in with this KFC. Well done to the staff!
~ Customer Service:
Quite good. We had a big order and there were loads of customers, but it took not 1 minute for our order to be ready - it came so quickly we weren't even sure if it was ours! Nothing was missing, terrific service (pick up your own salt and napkins).
~ Food:
Really lovely for fast food. The chicken was very juicy and skin crispy - just as it should be! I think a huge part of this is that this place seems to be quite busy. I find that a lot of KFCs in Britain end up with dry chicken due to there not being much of a turnover. However, all the chicken pieces I've tasted all seemed to be freshly cooked and very yummy! Don't forget to pick up some salt for your chips. Their chips were great, but I forgot to salt them so that took a lot of enjoyment out of it.

Overall, a great KFC branch. Obviously, it's fast food - so the 4 star rating is comparatively to other fast food joints. This one is definitely at the top end. read more
