The food here is hit and miss, the chicken can be well cooked and crispy or it can be soggy and slimy. There really is no consistency here as I've had many takeaways from here and it always varies. The price is reasonable if you use one of the offers they have available, or you are too drunk to care. I'd say you get what you pay for however if you opt for delivery the charges seem to add up quite a bit. The staff, again, hit and miss. Sometimes they have been very friendly and on occasion we have had some quite rude encounters when ordering down the phone. If you are looking for fried chicken, you will find it here and it will probably be of an acceptable standard. If you want a Miss Millie's I would recommend this one over any other one in the surrounding area.

The belly-busting All American 1/2 pound burger with fries and a tub of blue cheese sauce seems to go down well with meat-eaters, while there's a generously proportioned veggie option for people like me who don't eat beef. They also do chicken and pizza, but to be honest if you go to Uncle Sam's it should be for a burger, because that's what they do best. Excellent value for money!

The price is ok but that is completely offset by taste of the food, as the juicy and flavourful chicken engulfs your taste buds.
