Chicken Express isn't that cost friendly but I've eaten there a couple of times when I've been in…read morethe Magnolia area and wanted some fish. First time, I ordered there. Had to wait about 10 minutes but it was good and fresh. Tasted like southern catfish and I ordered combo with 3 filets, fries, okra and hush puppies. That was mid-April. Come mid-August, I stopped again and ordered 2 fish with fries and drink. This time I ordered ahead to reduce my wait. I get to the window and this annoying lady with bright red lipstick asks me to pay, super aggressive standing ten toes down I didn't pay. Even condescending telling me the POS it at the window and not back there (pointing towards the order speaker). Like girl what?!?! She says ima get my manager. Only to come back to the window just handing me my food. No cause where is your apology or even acknowledgement that you were loud and WRONG. I questioned her about it and purposely started driving away mid-answer. To make the experience even worse, the fish was overcooked and dry. Tasted nothing like Apr, I wasn't sure what kinda fish it even was. Fries were good but they gave me a roll instead of hush puppies!!! Lastly I ordered a 32oz soda and they gave me 28oz of ice!!! smdh

I visit this location every Tuesday and Friday and always order the same items, which normally total $9.93. This location rarely provides receipts, but I have bank screenshots showing the consistent charge. I attempted to call multiple times over several days with no answer. I was denied a refund due to not having a receipt, despite showing proof of my purchase history. I've been a loyal, regular customer for months, so the lack of customer service was very disappointing.

In this case I used the Mix & Match for 6.99 each deal which helped lower the price for all the food I got. The extravaganza without olives was a bit scarce with the toppings, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. Soo if you're really serious on getting every single ingested in every slice you might want to add a nice reminder in the notes section. The bread bowl is always my go to when I order pasta as it feels as a makeshift personal pizza!! When I opened the wings I was a bit taken back as they appeared plain and looked as if they weren't tossed in buffalo sauce as in other instances. To be honest I hope they continue making them this way, the slight sauce helped the wings retain a better crunch. I've never had a problem and hope everyone experiences the same service I've received!! Don't quite remember if they have a dining area, but the lobby is quite small!!! The pizza was supposed to be the new crust style, which is lighter and tastier than the original, but what was really disappointing about the pizza was it was wasn't cut well. I had to go back with a knife and try to extract slices from the circle, and it was hard to do, so a lot of the slices tore trying to get it apart. I don't recall the last time I've had that problem with a pizza. The crust had no crispy at all to the undercarriage, and was pretty doughy, maybe undercooked? the top looked fine. lastly, the cinnabon minis were overwhelmed by the frosting and kind of disappeared into a mass. we really didn't enjoy those either. So zero for three I'm afraid, earning a rare two star. Got to say, there's better Pizza in this town.
