The person on the mic was rude and when I got to the window took my money no smile or anything and didn't tell me I had to wait when i ordered My fries was cold and my food absolutely horrible I don't understand why I was pulled up if my food wasn't fresh?! Absolutely terrible. Ordered an online order through the app: 4 pc tenders combo with Mac n cheese and sweet tea, 4 pc chicken combo with mash potatoes and mt dew golden lighting, a 10 pc spicy nuggets with fries, and an extra biscuit. Received: two 4 pc tender combos with Mac and cheese, no fries, wrong drink, and the other drink that was correct (sweet tea) had a hole in the cup so had to be chugged on the way home. No sauces whatsoever. The extra biscuit was thrown loosely in the plastic bag. Upon returning home, I called the store to tell them they got the order wrong and nobody answered. The phone rang so many times that it hung up automatically. At the end of the day I spent over 30 bucks for a completely wrong order. This location is notorious for messing up orders and forgetting items. It's my own fault for giving them so many chances, honestly, but I won't be making that mistake again. Went to this location today, no one was eating inside but I guess we found out why ..we were greeted by an employee that said take your time I'll be right back since we said we weren't sure what we wanted yet. He walked through a door and never returned. We stood there for several minutes, an employee walked from the back looked at me and then walked back out of sight. Apparently this is only a drive thru location now and needs to just lock the doors to the inside. We left after waiting and no one ever came back so I can't review food since we didn't get any. read more

$20 fill up with a side of gravy in the bag. We went here for my in laws to have dinner before we left town to go back home to Northern VA. Our GO CUP top wasn't even on and fell out in the bag as the girl handed it to us. The girl said oh the top fell off. No problem, I popped it back on. When we got home we found that the gravy top also wasn't secured and gravy got over EVERYTHING. The fill up bucket is absolutely misleading. Poor marketing, poor follow through, poor service. Teach your employees how to put the tops on correctly. What a mess. Don't even bother with this place. read more

The food always taste great. Orders are always wrong. Emphasis on always. Expect to be missing your biscuit, coleslaw, applesauce, you name it. If you order drive-through, check your order before you leave, because it WILL be wrong. Staff is primarily under 17 years old, and rotates entirely every 60 days at the most. Worst KFC I have ever eaten at in my entire life with regards to order accuracy. Store should be reviewed by corporate immediately and regularly. read more

Stood at the counter 5 minutes before order was taken (although a girl did greet us and say she'd be right with us as soon as we approached the counter). A line had formed behind us by the time another person came up to take our order. Got the $20 fill up family meal plus 2 drinks. Sides were ok, but chicken was over cooked making the wings and legs dry. Breasts were still juicy, but our original recipe was more like extra crispy. On January 1st I visited this KFC location which I have visited before and to start, they were out of grilled chicken which was I came to purchase. I was displeased they only had fried chicken, but I settled that I had already driven the distance to this restaurant. So I order a Crispy Chicken Big Box with double mashed potatoes with a large sprite, which the equalivent was Sierra Mist with light ice. I also ordered a family size popcorn chicken box and Large Potato Wedge. Once I got to the window, I was greeted nicely by a young white male, who was multitasking and taking someone else order while holding his hand out for my card. He did not confirm the amount with me nor confirm my order before he was on to the next customer. Unfortunately, due to his lack of attention, the young fellow was not available for me to confirm I had received my order in completion or even received my card back. After receiving a full bag, I did not think to check which I normally do to confirm my order is correct, I drove off without my card and half my order because the gentlemen said good night. He handed my one bag only filled with half of my order. I did not receive my receipt, card, or my completed order. I drove all the way home before realizing my order was not complete. I waited about 20 minutes before diving in to eat at which point, I discovered I was missing my chicken from my Crispy Chicken Big Box. I was furious because I knew the cashier was not paying attention when I'd reached to the window to pay. Immediately after noticing my food, card, and I receipt missing, I sped back over to this restaurant minutes before closing and asked did the young fellow remember me. In which case, he said he did and he turned around to the other staff members and said they're back. I said, you realize you didn't give me half of my food, you still have my card and you never gave me a receipt? I followed by asking to speak with a manager. The young fellow got the nearest manager, a middle aged black man. He came to the window and told me he was the manager but failed to introduce himself. I told him the situation, informed him I was very displeased with the service and suggested to him he should train his employees better and pay them closer attention. He laughed and asked me what was the name on my card and I told him. He asked me to repeat my name again before giving me my card and requesting me to describe the card. He handed me the missing chicken, didn't address my displeasure with him and his staff and handed me my receipt followed by if you could, fill out the survey at the bottom, you get a free sandwich and it would really help me out. He says that in a joking manner after I told him I was not joking, the situation was not funny and again, I was very displeased. I was completely baffled by the service overall at this KFC restaurant and not only will I not be back, but I will make sure to leave several reviews so that other perspective customers are warned of this kind of service at this location. ordered Saturday online for a Sunday noon pick up. Received text before noon chicken was in fryer. Arrived at 12 they didn't know what we had ordered. Parked. They came out three times confused as to what we had ordered. Brought chicken out, no sides. Went back and got sides. Between the chicken and the tenders we had ordered 40 pieces family meal deals with sides. Finally got home. Chicken was a mess. Mostly breading that was damp and hanging off the chicken. not sure if chicken was completely done or not. Tenders were ok. sides were small for the amount we ordered. two containers of mashed potatoes, no gravy. small mac and cheese, small cole slaw. if those were family size i will eat my hat. no sauce for tenders. Didnt even ask if we wanted sauce. 6 cold biscuits. Will never go here again. And this cost about 80 bucks. feeling a bit ripped off at the quality of food and service. Good bye KFC Lynchburg. I went out of my way to go to this location when the Wards Rd location is closer to me due to past experiences. There was one car in front of me in the drive through. First a guy spoke and asked me if I wanted a meal that I wasn't interested in. I said no, that I was interested in getting the $20 family fill up meal........no response. Then after about a minute a girl said she would take my order when I was ready. I again said I would like the $20 family fill up meal.......no response. I asked again if anyone could hear me. After about 30 seconds the girl comes on and says are you ready to order. At this point I'm pretty pissed so I said I'm coming in the restaurant. My arrival in the store 6:25 pm ish there was one man waiting to pick up his take out meal in front of me. He got his meal and left. There were two females and a male behind the counter. They seemed to be walking around aimlessly and all three of them totally not acknowledging me nor making any eye contact. After standing there for 2-3 minutes after the man left with his order I said out loud "oh well" with the female at the register to my right who still never once acknowledged me nor make any eye contact. At this point I took offence to the ignorant employees and the rudeness and decided to go elsewhere with my money. read more
