Waited almost an hour for my food. My mom, sister and I were wanting the Super Girl bucket and there were a bunch of other people who were also waiting for almost an hour. It wasn't even that busy there! There were like 5 people in there or something. Some even walked out and my sister and I thought about it but we were really wanting the bucket that they were advertising only to be told they don't think they have any. How do you not know if you don't have any buckets?! I don't think the guy behind the counter knew what he was doing cause he had to get the manger twice for something cause someone was waiting for over an hour and got fed up on waiting which I don't blame him. Ordered through the app and showed up 5 minutes after pickup time. They didn't have 2 of the desserts u ordered and wanted to replace with a bunch of another dessert, which I didn't want. We asked to replace with chicken and they claimed they didn't have enough chicken. Asked for refund, but could only be done through the app. Didn't get the chicken I ordered, got other pieces I didn't want. Couldn't call to fix the problem, because they don't answer phone. I have for the past couple months driven through Litchfield. I've asked for Popeyes and right now usually it's between maybe 5 and 6 PM and every single time they do not have them I asked if they actually still sold them and they said yes but they're always out a couple weeks ago. Tonight we literally waited 10 minutes to po be greeted in the drive through. We then waited an hour for our food...no joke! Upon inspection, we were missing part if our order. When we spoke to the person working, they insisted it was in the bag...it wasn't. Then we were told that they were out of nuggets and it was going to be a while. Teach employees how to count. 11 pieces is not 16 piece meal. Know how to make sure lids are on the gravy containers. Don't charge for a 16 piece family meal and only deliver 11 pieces of chicken which should be 4 of every piece instead of 3 breasts and everything else is thighs and legs. I was on a trip with my family members and we were very hungry. We found this place and thought it would be nice, we get there and the dinning is closed, we then go through the drive through and they tell us to pull up to the window (it was a mobile order), the person told us that they had run out of TENDERS! At 2:42 pm! How does that happe!?!? They offered to change it to nuggets which we did because we were hungry. Fried chicken did not taste like kfc nor good chicken. Mac n cheese tasted old and was burnt and broken up and mushy. They don't have green beans no more, big disappointment. Stopped by for the lunch buffet after dropping off a rental car nearby. It was 11:30 on the Monday before Christmas. They'd just finished a large takeout for a party, but the buffet was stocked up. The biscuits were soft which is my favorite. I usually only get the original chicken, mashed potatoes, brown gravy and coleslaw and all of it was great. For dessert I tried the bread pudding which had peaches in it and I enjoyed that. While we were eating a worker kept cleaning the dining room tables as the diners left. The bathrooms were clean too. Had to literally step behind the counter to get anyone's attention to get the condiments we asked for and was not readily available at the service counter to grab ourselves. Food was good, but where are the napkins? We ordered 3 meals, received 3 drinks, and not one of us received a single napkin. This may be insignificant to some, but besides not receiving a straw for a soda, lack of napkins is a huge pet peeve of mine. read more

The food is good; it's KFC. The value for the buffet is really good. I think the staff needs to focus a little more on cleanliness though.

I had the grilled chicken during my visit. The chicken was good, but I'll don't think i would come again. I chose the grilled chicken because wanted a healthier option, but the chicken was still pretty greasy. At the end my fingers were still sticky as if i had eaten the fried chicken.
